OH YES! Three cheese nachos with the spicy queso, yes yes yes! I drove a half hour out of my way to get some food here as there is no Qdoba in my city. I haven't had it in years and I was craving that queso. I was greeted by very friendly workers. I ordered the nachos with the chips on the side so they didn't get soggy. I am in love with the cilantro rice. I got some black beans on the nachos and guacamole, and a little of the white shredded cheese. MMMM MMMM!!!! The green salsa is very good, not too hot and very flavorful. I also got a black bean and rice burrito to go. The biggest burrito ever! It was three meals for me! The restaurant and bathrooms are sparkling clean. The only thing that was unpleasant was their parking lot is a nightmare. They share the parking with other businesses and there was nowhere to park, I parked at the parking lot in the next building and walked over to Qdoba. read more

Good food, terrible experience. The servers behind the counter were super friendly. I wanted the Cholula chicken but wanted to try it before getting it and one of the employees gave me a sample. You can get a lot more free toppings here than in Chipotle. Quality of food is good. One of the managers (in the picture) was super rude. He was telling his employees not to give big portions or to give less. He was so stingy. His attitude was also rude. They advertise as many toppings but when my sister and I asked for a few different ones he said "You can only have a few." So we had to choose 3, which is ridiculous. I will never be back here and will 100% be going solely to chipotle. My sister said when he's not there they give better portions and are nicer. Not worth going here when managers are stingy and rude. read more

Usually a chipotle lover, but decided to try Qdoba today for the first time in forever. I started ordering and the servers were super nice, but were very stingy with the amount of food they were giving. At this location the manager was out watching the workers, and I think that made them a little nervous. As I was going through the line deciding what I wanted, the manager was really rushing me. For example, after I got some corn he nearly yelled, "any cheese or sour cream". I panicked and said yes, then realized I could have also got guacamole and other toppings rather than just cheese and sour cream. I felt like the manager intentionally rushed me to get me to build a lighter bowl. Overall the food was good and the location is clean, my experience was just ruined by the bad service. read more

Normally, it's pretty decent in here. I mean it is what it is today they had a free burrito with any entrée purchase so I ordered the three taco entrée and then the burrito should be free with that purchase. I started getting heat for that even though I showed it to them then the app went out because it's overwhelmed, and the manager was arguing with me is fine. We have orders coming in. Is that why my app is saying that the app is overwhelmed and it shut down right now whatever happened to the phrase the customer is always right anyway I was getting blamed that it was my phone. I'm like well. The phone was extremely expensive and it's a week old. It can't be my phone. I'm pretty certain it's not Not the best experience I felt like an idiot. I recently saw an ad for their tortilla soup bowl and it was so inviting. I have been dying to try it but there is no restaurant near me. Luckily, I went out with friends and there was one nearby. I stopped in for the bowl, not realizing that you still have to select all of the items that go in your soup. I was a little worried about this but I think I made good choices and kept it pretty traditionally a tortilla soup. I got grilled chicken, black beans, rice, corn, pickled red onion, a side of mild salsa, a scoop of guacamole, and topped it with shredded cheese. It was amazing! This is the first time in a long time I did not feel disappointed by a fast food place. I would absolutely go back if there were one closer to me. I went at about 9:00 and the store was set to close at 10:00 p.m. however, the two people working behind the counter were extremely nice and welcomed me as soon as I came through the door. The place was very clean, hopefully it's always this way, so I was very excited about that. I told the staff that I was here for the first time and they explained to me how things go and we're very helpful in me making some decisions. I also grabbed a chocolate chip cookie because who passes up chocolate chip cookies? But I wasn't as impressed with the cookie. Just a personal preference but I don't really like super hard cookies and it lacked a little flavor. But again, the tortilla soup bowl was divine! If you have not had a chance to go to Qdoba, you definitely should make time. read more

Foods always fine, I always get a medium side of chili crema for $1.50 every time I go, today I go and order it the boss goes " we don't do that size for salsa". From the second I told my husband that my family is from Wisconsin he's been asking me, "Did you ever go to that one delicious Mexican food chain?" And my response has always been, "Taco Johns? Yeah, they're alright." Then he'd go into a long explanation about how he can't remember the name of the place but it surely didn't have commercials with a monkey riding a dog like I explained about Taco Johns. So imagine when we moved up to Chicago from Texas and he saw them everywhere... he would've probably gotten me into one sooner, but after the brief seconds of seeing one he'd promptly forget the name again. He finally saw one when I was in the car with him after we'd already eaten so I now believed him that such a place existed (and that it wasn't Taco John's). So I settled on this Qdoba simply because it was closest to us when we (but really I) were out looking for my next restoration project. Upon entry, I thought it was kind of confusing to figure out which way to go, but once I realized the menu was on the left I had the layout down. The staff was quick and pleasant. They asked if I'd ever been here, made some recommendations, and filled my order all in what felt like under a minute. People compare Qdoba to Chipotle, and I love me some Chipotle, but honestly there's no comparison. Qdoba does so much more than burritos, tacos, and salads... they have taco bowls for crying out loud (which is what I got)! And they have three different types of queso and they're all delicious and grain-free. And guac is FREE! My taco bowl was so yum and I assure you I ate the entire thing, bowl included. I also got some chips and queso on the side and pretty much Shop-vac'd that into my pie hole. I will say this location did seem a tad on the smaller side because I'd imagine it would fill up rather quickly on a good day, but we were there when it was snowy and cold so other than a few other taken tables we didn't see too many people. Regardless, I'd absolutely come back again and again. So to clear up why I'd never heard of Qdoba living in Wisconsin... because I lived in a small town with a population of less than 5,000, we didn't have cable (so I wasn't worldly), and the internet was only for watching hilarious short videos like The Evil Strawberry and using MSN Messenger to stay in the know. *insert song lyrics as my sign off/away message* read more

Best fresh Mexican food. WAY better than Chipotle because the meats are charbroiled not cooked on a flat grill, the salads are better, and guacamole or queso sauce is included at no extra charge. And their catering is amazing. I wish there was one closer to me. read more

We go here occasionally just because it's basically the only Qdoba around. But yesterday, we realized how bad this location is. Typically, most Qdoba's give you a free side of chips with your bowl but not this location. We got two bowls: one was Adobo chicken and one was Cholula chicken. The guy at the register (looked like the manager?) didn't even ask what we had and charged us for two Cholula chicken bowls which was more expensive. And we didn't realize it until after we left the restaurant. Not to mention, the guacamole looked old and gross. This is so disappointing because we love Qdoba, but this location is not great. read more

The yelp info is incorrect, they do have Curbside Pickup and they are friendly about it, unlike rude Chipotle. Guac and Queso aren't extra. Good options. Flavor is about what you'd expect from a chain but isn't bad at all. They also have a good app rewards program. I've come here pretty often during the pandemic and enjoyed it. Burrito is a huge portion. I wish they still had taco salads with the big taco shell (do they have it? or ever had it? I thought I remember they did, but it might a pandemic casualty), but otherwise I love them read more

Qdoba is one of my favorite fast food retreats so when most of the west suburban locations started to close last year, I was ticked. The only one remotely close to me now is the one north of downtown Wheaton, on Main St. A couple months ago we made our first trek over here. It took us 45 minutes but was completely worth it. The manager was very friendly and we'd mentioned our trip and love for the taco salads they made. She threw in free drinks to thank us for our loyalty and was great to talk to. Tonight we went back only to find a note on the front door saying they were temporarily closed due to an electrical issue. We started to pull away when I decided to call and inquire if they'd reopen within an hour or so. The gentleman that answered was very apologetic and said to come back over because they were reopening in a minute. Ten minutes later we walked through the front door..and into a line of 20 people. The folks who work here bust their tail to make quality food very quickly, and are extremely friendly. Tonight, they also offered apologies for the wait. The same manager (brunette lady) was there again this time and was again overly courteous to us. Fast food is fast food but some restaurants take it a step further and offer amazing service and great food. This Qdoba is one of them!! read more

I love Qdoba. My intense interest in Mexican food is a little unhealthy, actually, but I could have way weirder quirks. This location is nice, and relatively new! The staff is friendly (a little too friendly with concern to one of the cooks, who shamelessly hit on my 20 year-old sister [he was about 45] and gave us both free drinks), the service is fast, and everything is clean and inviting. They also have a plethora of vegetarian options that actually taste good, which is fun. I recommend: black bean tacos with queso and rice on them; 3-cheese nachos with black beans and rice on them (notice a trend? I like black beans a lot); tortilla soup with extra tortilla strips; the quesadillas; the burritos. Yum! read more

Searching for some fresh tasting Mexian food I remembered Qdoba was very close to my house. After reading the reviews on Yelp and seeing that they give the first scoop of guac and quest free I was sold. I was also sold on the fact they they have quest. YUM. I've been a loyal Chipotle customer for years even through their "health scare" I even drive several miles from home to go to Chipotle. But, but, not anymore. I found my wrapped burrito with chicken, lime rice, pinto beans, guac, cheese and sour cream to be perfect. I went close to 5pm so everything tasted hot and fresh. The burrito shell was soft and perfect. The chips fresh, light and crispy not salty. The guac had no red onions (YAY!) Very pleased. Will go again to try other items. read more

The food I ordered to go was not good the salad bowl has 10 sprigs of lettuce and the size of a child's portion . The chicken had so much fat it was inedible . Very disappointed and will not return. Reviews seem to be 4 stars but i call this place average. Its a step up from Taco Bell but not quite on the level of Chipotle. I had 2 chicken tacos and 1 steak, and the flavor/seasonings of the tacos didn't catch my attention. Compared to Chipotle, Chipotle's meats have more seasonongs. Additionally, 3 tacos here are $1.50 higher. My first visit here wasn't all that attention grabbing. I don't see myself returning anytime soon. read more

Basically, this is a Chipotle with a more interesting menu and higher quality food. I know, I know, that's controversial. Here are the five reasons why you should make this Qdoba your go-to for burritos/fast mexican. 1) Steamed tortillas. At Chipotle, they're only heated. Burritos at Qdoba stick together so much better! 2) More variety. A delicious mole barbeque sauce. Three kinds of queso. Two types of rice. Five types of salsa. Quesadillas, tacos, salads, naked burritos...and the choice to combine smaller portions of each into a single entre. 3) Way more flavor. The brown rice is actually better tasting than the white. Now I like chipotle, but Qdoba goes gourmet. It is just more interesting flavor-wise. 4) Great staff. They're fast and nice, and they even remember me. Although that might not be a great sign for my waistline... 5) The drink machine. If you haven't seen the touchscreen soda fountains, they're worth a try! Near infinite beverage combinations. Better than chipotle. More options, like tacos. I ordered 3 tacos for $9. But they were DELICIOUS. Lots of different options. Tasty is an underestimate. I like this place because most MEXICAN places offer low grade quality meat, etc -- I did not taste that here. I got my 2 y/o a kids meal with a quesdilla, chicken. They even let me switch the drink option into another side for her. (no organic options for kids drinks) They had seltzer water too. Yay! The service was great. Very good experience. First time to Qdoba, we have been to Chipolte a few times and this, at least to us, is very similar. The manager (or at least I think it was), saw us come in and blankly stare at the menus so he came over and helped us out. He answered a few questions then was there when we ordered. He also offered us a few chips to try out. It was nice as he genuinely seemed to care. Gold star! Two thumbs up for the Coke Freestyle machine. I love those. read more

This Qdoba is probably really similar to all the others, but since this is the one I go to, I'll review it! Good service. Even when there are crowds, the line moves quickly. It's similar to chipotle, but doesn't seem as spicy as chipotles' meat. The different salsas give the hot heads their choice. Nice place, really clean, really good location in a strip mall. I'm glad it's here because it replaced my beloved and now defunct taco fresco down the road. read more
