Just went to this Qdoba for lunch today. I've been there before, thought I'd write a review this time. The food is good. Nothing special. But for a good lunch or dinner, it can really hit the spot. The service is also good. The employees are friendly and they keep the line moving at a nice clip. My biggest complaint for today was that there were no forks, low on napkins and the tables could have used a quick wiping down. Maybe it was because it was lunch-hour and the place was hopping. Or maybe they were short on staff. Either way, it doesn't look good from a customer point-of-view. I gave this establishment 3 stars because of the above problems. But also because there's nothing much that sets them apart from other Mexican restaurants. read more

Wonderful employees and management that know us by name and make each visit great! Food is always hot and prepared correctly and tables and floors are clean. Every employee is nice and will answer any questions that you have. Great guacamole and the chicken burritos make this half hour drive each way worth the trip!!! Qdoba is similar to Chipotle, although not quite as good. I prefer the burrito at Chipotle so I stick with the tacos here. The food isn't bad, but they need to improve on value a little to bring me back for more. read more

I am writing a review for the Qdoba Eats(#203) on Edward Mills Road. We ordered a large catering order for 120 people. At our work, we have many dietary restrictions: vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free. Crystal (manager) was so helpful. I gave her an order of 13 different types of burritos and bowls to make and I needed it by 10:30 am (before the store opened). She and her staff Mike, Arceli, and Rudolph, arrived very early to get the food ready. When I picked it up, I was amazed -it was so well organized with each type of burrito/bowl on a tray and clearly marked. The food was amazing, everyone enjoyed it AND we had tons of chips and cookies. Thanks again Crystal! It was our first time catering from Qdoba 203 and we will definitely use them again! read more

Amazing food and awesome customer service! Catered a meal and because there was a computer glitch Qdoba didn't receive the order. Juan and the rest of the team jumped into actions and prepared my meal immediately. It was delicious and my entire party commented how good it was. My thing is that this is similar to Chipotle with a couple minor differences (for me anyway). One thing is that you do have a bigger choices in burritos as far as flavor. I'm a big fan of the queso burrito myself with either chicken or beef. Again, nothing special but solid. Chips and salsa make for a nice touch. It's a little more expensive than Chipotle (not by much). I give them 3 stars for creativity for trying to be a little different than other chains. Not like the burrito joints I'm used to (ala El Famous in Summit) but still decent to eat. I might try a quesadilla and or soup (both looked pretty good) on another visit. read more

Items are always fresh. This location is well maintained and the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. They offer one of the awesome soda machines where you can add flavoring to your soda which is awesome! Prices seem higher than chipotle and I am not sure why that would be. But I also don't frequent either to truly know if one is better than the other. I definitely like this location and am never disappointed in the service or the meal. read more

When I am looking for something between Taco Bell and a traditional Mexican restaurant this is one of my choices . My office & I get our lunch every so often from here. A few of us switch off & it seems like we have the same experience each time. We have been the only ones standing at the counter, one girl just looks at you, keeps fixing the plates & foil, no acknowledgement of when you will be helped. Finally a young man takes our order & if you ask for more on your burrito bowl, it seems like an annoyance. I know we aren't crazy when saying this because other reviews expressed the same. We used to go here an average of twice a month for lunch, but no more. The queso cups seem smaller than they used to be and they never fill it all the way, 2/3 if you're lucky. I do not think the price reflects that. Chips are insanely salty and burrito bowls mostly rice. I always ask them to go easy on the rice but they still shovel it in. They seem quite reluctant to give you an extra scoop of any of the veggies. The employees behind the counter can be rude, not all the time but more so lately. We are taking a break from here in search of somewhere better. It can't be that hard to beat. read more

Better than Chipotle imo. The chicken here is always tender and flavorful unlike Chipotles. The tequila lime chicken is awesome! So nice to have chicken that doesn't have fatty/hard/burnt pieces like Chipotle. The queso is great also and the steak is tender too-also unlike Chipotle lol. Yes, the bowls/burritos are slightly more expensive but they don't charge for guac so in reality, it's basically the same price as Chipotle. I also love the variety of things on the menu. They have grilled quesadillas, soup, tacos, nachos, and of course bowls and burritos. There's also a good selection of toppings such as cilantro, chopped jalapeño, and chip slices. After 1000 pts, you get a free bowl/burrito if you join their rewards program and a lot of the time if you look on your receipt there's a short online survey you can take that will give you a code in the end to redeem for free chips and salsa.
