I've been to this location a few times as it is close to my office and a great spot for eating with coworkers. I've ordered online and I've also used the standard walk in order process. The food is solid and relatively reliable. I really appreciate there are gluten free items available although I do wish it could be guaranteed of little/no cross contamination. That said, I have not had any reactions here so I can't complain too much. I love that they have a fancy Coke machine with all of the flavors but the most recent visit, it wasn't working very well - super tough to get the selection to register on the touch screen. Occasionally service is slow for a lunch spot but I'll keep coming as it's convenient and gf friendly. read more

Tray (manager) and his staff get 5 Yelp stars on the Saturday that I had reason to be doing business with this Qdoba Mexican Eats. Qdoba management above this store and the Qdoba corporate giant above this location get nothing, but since no stars are an option on Yelp, I give them a 1 star. 12 days before needed, my sister places a large catering order for 30 people on-line. She pays for this order in full. On the day of pick up, in which I was doing the picking up, the order is not only not ready, it is non-existent. I am with order details, receipts and payment receipts in tow, but the order is nonexistent. Short the info conveyed by Tray that the screw up was actually generated from above his capacity, my sister now has 30 people at her home and no food on the way. She is a big event planner in Indy, she is pissed because this is not how something this easy should go. Although 2.5 hours delayed, Tray and his team hustled to make this happen. They were most apologetic for a ball drop that apparently had nothing to do with him nor his team. They were making amends the best they could and in the end, we received the order. It was fresh (clearly) and tasty and fit the bill, but landed flat a bit because it was so late to the party. So Tray, good work. Qdoba corporate giant, epic fail. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. The staff were rude and barely acknowledged us standing at the counter. The woman ahead of us ordered 3 taco and the woman who made them had absolutely no urgency whatsoever. Very slow. When it finally came to our turn to order I ordered 4 crunchy tacos for my son. A new employee used a spoon and put some very soupy watery ground beef into the first taco. I asked nicely can he please strain it a little before putting it in the tacos. He looked so confused and said, "that's not possible." I said "tilt the spoon and let some liquid run off before putting it in the taco shell please". Suddenly the slow taco lady had pep in her step and approached the counter and took the tacos from the young man making my tacos. I explained to her I was asking just to not have it so runny. She grabbed the taco that he had made and said "oh so you don't want this? Then you only get three tacos" and tosses it in the trash. This woman had an abhorrent, foul, and passive aggressive attitude. I told her forget we will not be ordering anything anymore and walked out. I've had QDOBA at catered events a few times and was never really pleased with the taste, but thank goodness I gave them a try in store. I ordered a chicken burrito with cilantro lime rice and a few toppings. I said "no" to queso but the worker must have heard me wrong as he poured queso over everything. Oh well guess I'll try queso then. It wasn't busy at all yet he was so rushed and skipped over a couple sections so I had to have him backtrack to add all the toppings I wanted. I noticed they seemed to be out of many toppings and hadn't restocked yet. So I ended up not getting exactly what I wanted in the end but it was still good. Just a little spicy for me. I really liked the dining area as it was new and super clean. There's even outlets above each booth! Great place to get some work done. They also have a Coke Freestyle machine which is always a plus. read more

There is not enough staff manning the line (one guy is doing every bit of the food prep) the food is not prepped right and it's just been a horrible experience over and over again. I had just said that I prefer this chain over Chipotle...this location ruined it and I won't be back. They were out of chicken, veg's, jalapenos and a number of items at 7pm on a Friday. The staff member scooped me crumbs of chicken and said "that's all we have". I have been a number of times here using driving over from Zionsville on my lunch. It always feels chaotic and they are always out of items. If you like Qdoba...don't go to this location. Terrible top to bottom. read more

This location does not serve breakfast!! My husband and I love grabbing some QDOBA for breakfast but this location does not open until 10:30 and don't even serve breakfast. So we drive 15 minutes to another QDOBA that does, sadly we only live two minutes down the road from this location and we were super excited when we moved up to Whitestown. read more

My husband and I are from Wisconsin and love the Qdoba near us. Qdoba is one of the few restaurants we can eat at because of our allergies. While traveling through Indiana back up to Wisconsin, we stopped at this location for dinner. I read some reviews first and had a bad feeling as many were negative saying the staff was rude, place unclean, and often times choice of toppings unavailable. Since all the other branches in the area were already behind us on the map, we decided to take a chance. We both ordered burrito bowls. Neither one of us can eat while rice, but we can have brown rice. I ordered first and the young girl at the counter proceeded to give me the left overs of what looked like extremely old and hard rice, and half the amount I normally revive at that. I didn't complain and moved along to beans and meat. All that was fine, but then I found out they didn't have any fajita peppers and were unwilling to make more. Strange... Then, a little farther along, I asked for Jalapeño peppers - Sadly, they were out of those too and were unwilling to retrieve more from the back. After my bowl was finished and I was disappointed that 2 ingredients were missing and one was straight up old and nasty, I watched my husband try to order. Here I am thinking he would be getting a new batch of rice. Not the case. Instead, he received no rice because they didn't have any and he can't eat white rice because of allergies. What is a naked burrito bowl without rice? An unfilling lame burrito bowl if you ask me. I was expecting them to offer him something to make up for the lack of rice, but they offered nothing and we were quickly informed by what seemed to be the night manager that that's just the way it is because it's late and they didn't want to make more before closing. Ok... he too didn't revive fajita pepers or Jalapeños, obviously. Long story short, we walked in for dinner exhausted from a long day of traveling and in the end we're basically told that the employees there could care less about their jobs and they care more about getting the hell out of there when the clock hits 10:00pm then they do about repeat costumers. Also, at least 25 people walked in after us. I wonder if any of them were disappointed to find out there was no brown rice, veggies, or pepers for them because it's the end of the night and the employees don't have a very good work ethic??? I would like to point out that my main complaint is with the woman in charge of that branch. The young girl that took our order was pretty nice, but obviously didn't know what to do and seemed a little embarrassed that she had to tell us to take it or leave it more or less. My advice to Qdoba is to find better managers, train your employees in better costumer service, and keep your food hot even if it is near closing time. Maybe then people won't search for a chipotle instead next time they are traveling home from a long weekend, tired, and just wanting a simple bite to eat. read more

This was a strange experience. The location is great and facility is nice but it's mismanaged. There was a couple people in the store, one ordering and one eating. I got in line and stood there for probably 5-6 minutes before my existence being acknowledged by anyone, they continued to pull out online orders in front of me and ignore me. Once this young guy got to me he just looked at me and didn't say anything, I guess waiting for me to start talking, so I started ordering. All the way down the line he continued just staring at me waiting for instructions and saying nothing. It then took him over a minute to ring up: 1 burrito bowl. Good thing I didn't want a bag because I wasn't offered one. The strangest part was eating, all the tables were disgusting with large bits of food left, not one was clean. I started eating and noticed the employee still staring at me, several times while I was sitting there. i'd assume he was hoping I would leave. I did because it was uncomfortable. No one was friendly. The food was good and fresh and they gave generous servings, which is why I give two and not one stars. Floor had tons of little trash, the woman who appeared to be the manager was on her cell phone and didn't offer to help with anything. Out of lids too and the guy offered to wrap it in tin foil before someone actually did their job and found some more lids. Terrible experience.
