I love this place. I eat here often, likely because my brother-in-law works here, which BTW does not have any impact on my review. They have truly earned the 5 stars that I'm giving them. Since moving to the area I have been looking for a "make your own" fast food style burrito joint that could come close to my love for Moe's Southwest Grill, as the only one in this area of Oregon closed shortly after I moved. Qdoba is definitely the closest I've found this far. Qdoba is much, much better than Chipotle. I appreciated the options for burrito toppings, everything I normally order was available here except fresh (not pickled) jalapeño. I ordered a flour tortilla, chicken, bacon, brown rice, black bean burrito with cheese, cilantro, and pico. I also ordered a side of chips and guacamole. Every single bit of my burrito was incredible. The brown rice was shockingly delicious. Unfortunately my lunch date wasn't so luckily. His burrito fell apart - which we knew would happen before he even opened it due to the careless "wrapping" job we witnessed while it was being made. We both also hated the guacamole. It was basically slightly mushed avocado with nothing in it to make it true guacamole. Otherwise, I am fairly ecstatic with finding this place and will definitely return, I just won't get chips and guac again. read more

I will never eat at this location again. Stepped into the restaurant with my family a year ago, and the floor was filthy, the store in general had a dingy feel. Was there with out of state family so made the best of it - ordered a chicken bowl. Customer service was great. My stomach started hurting and started feeling dizzy immediately after eating. It's cool this location serves breakfast, probably the only good thing about this location. Customer service is pretty rude, food quality is not as good as other qdobas. Food taste is usually off and I can't put my finger on it, why? It tastes like they reuse food and fa never fresh! Like even the avocado tastes old. I don't leave bad reviews, but this warrants one. I went into QDOBA on 05/10/20 First off their hours on Apple Maps stated that they were open till 10pm. I originally had wanted Chipotle, but they closed early due to maintenance. I already don't frequent this chain because in my opinion it's a knock off to Chipotle and if anything they proved that to be true. I showed up at 9:45pm I know late, but I only went there because my first choice was closed. I walked in and the manager in charge immediately asked me if I had an online order. I told him no as I just wanted to come in and get some food and go. He informed that they were closed and that the last possible time to put in an online order was at 9:30pm. I asked, "Aren't you open till 10?" Which he stated, "Yes we are." He told me that they had decided to close early and he didn't have any products out anymore to make me food. I asked again, "Aren't you open till 10?" Which he stated once again, "yes." I then asked him why he couldn't make my food and he said that since the online orders were done they decided to put everything away. He tried giving me a free meal for next time, but honestly I was annoyed and I already don't like QDOBA so there was no use in taking a free meal when I wasn't going to come back. I'm sure on other days this is a great place to dine at, but to say I was unimpressed was an understatement. As far as I'm concerned they have lost my business indefinitely and I will always encourage people to go to Chipotle from now on. Like Chipotle but better. This is a solid American style Mexican semi fast-food restaurant. I had the burrito bowl and a taco. The Two Time taco came with a crunchy and soft tortilla sandwiched together with cheese sauce and filled with pulled pork and overflowing toppings. Like Chipotle, they have trays of rice, beans, meat, veggies, salsa and toppings to select from for the burrito bowl. Restaurant is clean and service was great, and the cashier offered to help us to our table with food trays. We'll be back. read more

My wife and I go here quite a bit. The food is really good, but this has happen twice now where I'm ordering multiple burritos and my meat selection didn't get added to one of the burritos.. probably my fault for not watching, but when I say pork, I expect pork to make it into the burrito. read more

Wow...this place was not good. I tried the gumbo which was just their tortilla (barely) soup with some rice and beans added and a bit of chicken and salsa. It tasted quite salty and seemed like something an employee made up after being totally bored with the food. The naked burrito was a bowl of plain white rice with beans and a bit of meat over it. Qdoba really is an underrated restaurant chain. They make most items in house and it's pretty darn good. You can't beat their burrito for $6-7 bucks and I'm always full. If I didn't like to cook so much, I'd probably come here more. read more

I had never been to a Qdoba before, the food was very good but it reminded me a lot of Chipotle and Baja Fresh. So if you have ever been to one of those places this will be very similar (more Chipotle than Baja Fresh). I had the Queso Burrito and it was big fat and juicy. I've been here twice since their opening. The first time I forgave them for being slow and not knowing what was going on. But my second time was worse than the first. It was all just a horrible, slow process to get the food. There was a manager-looking fellow walking around..but wasn't helping. The staff at the front were drowning in the flood of 4 customers. Where to start? This is the second time I've had food from this location and the third time I've had QDOBA. The first time it was from a different location and the burrito was just meh. But the second burrito which was from this location was really good. So good that I have been looking forward to trying it again. But now I'm not so sure I want to. We ordered through a trusted delivery service. The order was entirely screwed up. My and my son's burritos were both missing ingredients we ordered and as for mine they put in ingredients not asked for. And to make matters worse the burrito was flavorless. It was as if seasoning was a foreign concept. The best part is actually the tortilla. Which it sad because these things cost $8 a piece, and now I have to look for the ingredients that were missing. I might as well have skipped ordering food and just gone to the store and made it myself. My advice is to the manager is check quality control of what you're serving to the public and enforce it with your employees. Because if you don't care, neither will they . read more

Went the first day, got a taco salad and it tasted great, they piled the salad high which was good for the 6-7$ it cost. Went back the next day and ordered thei same thing, I probably got about 1/3 of the serving I had received the day before, I wasn't even asked if wanted it in a taco shell or bowl.. Still the same price for 1/3 the size -_- ripped off. And the soda tasted weird which they said they were aware of but didn't seem bothered to actually do anything about. this place is a chipotle wanna be & has failed miserably!! my husband & i ate there last week with our 2 year old (that eats anything) & she didn't even want to finish lunch :-( my husband had a burrito & was left with a nauseating feeling in his tummy. i had the 2 things combo (tacos & naked burrito) & after the 2nd bite, all i could think was i'd have been better off getting little ceasers (seriously that's how bad it was!). that is definitely $16 i'll never get back. we left very unsatisfied! read more
