This location is very inconsistent. Burnt tortillas should be tossed from the start. Decor is like any other Qdoba. Not much to add. Staff is fast. I'm a 15 min ride so I usually will put in an order on the app and wait till I get near the exit to submit and it's almost always ready already. But come on. Please don't serve tortillas like this. Also, there was a weird mix of fresh and pickled jalapeños but we can let that slide I guess. I've had really burnt tortillas in quesadillas there too. I haven't been to Qdoba in years, and after the experience I had today I remember why. $18.12 for a burrito bowl, drink, and plenty of attitude. Never again..... Upon entering I was bombarded with ads about their lime streak whatever it is. What it isn't is good. What is actually should be considered is pet food. Not a trace of lime, flavor, or soul. Lifeless tiny little bits of something that looks like meat bites. Glad the employee used the patented Qdoba tiny serving ladle to spoon out 6 or 7 little cubes. Don't bother asking for a second scoop, they immediately will upcharge you 3.25 for a teaspoon of trash. I don't understand how less than an ice cream scoop of rice, 7 mystery meat cubes, a tomato, lettuce, corn, squeeze cheese, black beans and a drink can cost so much more than the family owned Mexican restaurant that's about 15 mins away. You'd think with over 800 locations Butterfly Equity (owners) would have some purchasing power to negotiate better pricing??? Oh wait, private equity is gouging Americans again. Plus now they say 3 toppings only. I've never been denied that in the 15+ years of getting Qdoba. Their food is great! The service is quick and the restaurant is very clean. You can get in and out fairly quickly. The burrito and bowl options are fully stocked and they have a nice plastic barrier between customer and burrito options so you know you aren't going to have random customer spit in your food. I was impressed by how clean the restaurant was and how every ingredient option was fully stocked. The only downside is extremely overcrowded parking lot, but that isn't the restaurant's fault. Woburn turned a ghost town shopping mall into a ton of new stores and apartments, so the parking lot is always packed no matter what time of day you go. read more

The location and food are great but I would not place an order for delivery. I placed a large catering order for delivery for my work event. The delivery driver stole the order and since placed on qdoba website the delivery vendor is not able to help or refund, just qdoba. I notified qdoba store the night it happened and emailed qdoba customer service but they stopped responding and I'm out almost $200. I had to dispute with my bank and still waiting on refund. I would recommend in store but do your catering elsewhere given lack of response from qdoba to make things right. read more

Food great, online ordering and pick up fast & easy and the facility seemed clean & inviting. I ordered 2 entrees online and by the time we drove there they were warm and ready to pick up. My daughter had decided she was hungry too so we needed to add another item, which was convenient and easy up to as well. I usually go to the Qdoba in Burlington, however, a week ago when I went it was closed down. Extremely disappointing since it is 5 minutes away from my job. The main reason I go to Qdoba is for their queso and chips. The queso diablo (super spicy), is DELICIOUS. I typically get half and half (half regular, half diablo). This time I only got the regular queso because I didn't want to hold up the line with my order. Now, I'm not a huge fan of their bowls or burritos, however, their quesadillas in the past have been good. I went and got one today at lunch time, and got rice, chicken, queso, and jalapenos. They didn't stuff the quesadilla like they normally do so I was mostly eating the wrap. I'll chalk it up to them being busy and having others needing to be served. They always ask if you want sour cream and guac on the side. The girl gave me an extra scoop of guac since I opted out of the sour cream. Which was a score, come on free guac, AND an extra scoop? Score! The guac was okay today, not the best I've had there but not the worst. The last time I got guac at this location it was brown before they even scooped it into my place. Their guac today had a weird taste to it, almost as if it had taken on a flavor of something else. [Kind of like if you leave bread sitting on top of bananas and the bread gets that weird banana taste.] The line was moving decently fast for it being so busy - it was 1:30 PM when I went so the lunch rush was still going strong. The staff was nice and friendly today and the place was decently clean as well. Overall okay experience today. Still upset the Burlington location was closed, but this isn't that far away that I can't go in a pinch. Would go again. read more

I ordered a bowl with Steak at this location. The bowl was only 1/3 full. Very surprising for me because usually they give so much that it's not easy to finish your food. The woman who works here and runs the ingredient lines (light brown hair, shorter) hates her job LOL. You can see it on her face and she doesn't even look up at you. OK, I get it, Qdoba is not the most exciting place to be working at, and I am sure after a wall, you get tired of grabbing onion, scooping guad....BUT it is a job, you get paid and no one is forcing you to stay so please, get it together! They only have one coke remix machine here, which becomes a problem because we all know people spend longer in front of those machine trying to decide what flavor of carbonated beverage to get. Expect to have a line in front of the remix machine at all times, since everyone who buys something here, also needs to drink something. Even if you just want water, you have to get it from the remix machine. The entrance is also confusing, you have to go in from the side entrance door to get to the actual line to order, don't come in through the main doors. Otherwise, you would have to walk back out, go in the right door to order, as there is a separator. All in all, I won't rate much about the food, as I am sure it's standard anywhere else. But I could have swore Qdoba used to tasted better when I was younger. The new fire roasted shrimp burrito, forget that, those shrimps are super dry, which is ironic because they were being soaked in sauce until they use them in your burrito. I am not sure what the fail is, but not worth almost $9 for a shrimp burrito. read more

I'll keep this short since it's a Qdoba so I feel that there isn't too much to expect. I'm a huge fan of their nachos, so it's on my short list of recommendations. Their queso (diablo) is amazing so if you get something aside from the nachos you should get this added on. You can also pile on just about anything (aside from the queso if it's not on the nachos) and it doesn't affect the price. I would basically steer clear of everything after having tried their tacos and burritos, but ymmv. The site itself is pretty clean, but the workers do look like they hate their lives (more so than any Qdoba I've ever been to). read more

The tacos here are pretty good although i think it's a bit overpriced. And they definitely don't travel well. Sometimes i get the chips and guacamole. I love the guacamole but i'm not a fan of the chips. I'd rather have Tostitos. Also, hit or miss on how fast (or slow) your lunch will be made. read more

I work within 3 miles of this restaurant and decided to give it a try for the first time. This was a huge mistake. I ordered food online, I arrived at the time that the food was scheduled to be ready. The food was not ready and I waited 10 minutes when they finally did call my name and they gave me someone else's order. I returned the wrong order to the counter and waited another 5 minutes to get the correct order remade. When I got back to my office the food that they had prepared for me was completely wrong I had ordered a brisket they provided chicken. I had asked for quite a few different toppings they provided basically just lettuce and this watered-down sour cream that was like sour milk. Unfortunately, I only have one hour for lunch and I didn't have enough time to drive all the way back to have them correct I again. I feel this is an incredibly poorly run business that should not be allowed to serve the public. read more

I feel like you have to look at this place in two different ways because it's a chain. Qdoba vs Chipotle: Qdoba 9/10 times. Why? choice. The menu is practically identical except that Qdoba has the edge because of stuff like queso , BBQ sauce and nachos that you can actually top with stuff (Chipotle has chips with a side sauce of sorts). If you sat down and blindly ate a Chipotle and Qdoba burrito with the same stuff on it you wouldn't taste the difference....and if you say you can like TOTES TELL THE DIFFERENCE between generic spiced pulled pork A and B then you're an asshole. As a standalone reastuarant: The service in this place goes from 'pretty okay" to laughably bad. Expect to tell the person what you want 100 times right after they ask you and expect them to still screw up. "Yeah I'll have brown rice...yes..brown rice..no that's white... I asked for brown...it's okay...no..brown..you know what fuck the rice." Don't expect to eat your burrito like a burrito. It seems like half of these people couldn't bag groceries let alone wrap a burrito. The second you pick it up it will explode, guaranteed. I would just order a bowl but damn if I don't need those precious carbs. One time I got a free a burrito from this place because the employee made my burrito, rang me up, then walked away! I stood there for a solid 2 minutes with my card in my hand like an idiot while she went and talked to someone for a bit and then started mopping. Another guy came over to me and said "oh forgot to give you your burrito, sorry!" then handed to me and walked away. Located in the same parking as the Woburn Mall, this Qdoba is pretty much the same as any other. The restaurant was conveniently located across the street from the hotel where I was staying. I arrive about 45 minutes before closing and there was only one other customer in the restaurant. I ordered the mango chicken salad for $6.99. The guy putting the salad together was neither friendly nor helpful. Though he did give me a fair amount of chicken there was very little of every other ingredient including lettuce. I went to Qdoba to give it a try. To be fair, I wasn't in an absolute Mexican-inspired but, I wanted something quick, close by and a short wait. Qdoba is no doubt the contender of Chipotle. And in my opinion, Chipotle still reigns supreme. I don't know if Qdoba has a unique concept yet, other than the quick assembly line of "fresh" ingredients. There were all but just a very small number of people dining at Qdoba, including myself, which made me realize once I sat down that this location hasn't built a standard of quality. I got to choose any seat in the establishment, overlooking the parking lot. The menu is similar to Chipotle, but I could bet that Chipotle has a few more ingredients to choose from at no additional cost. But, I decided to go with a pulled pork bowl. Qdoba charges additional toppings, including cheese, sour cream and grilled vegetables. Opposed to, Chipotle, you can top your meal with any of their ingredients to your heart's content. The rice was very mushy and nearly pasty. The rice portion does not match to the sizes of ingredients to be scooped on top of it. It makes you wonder, where any of the rice went. The beans are supposedly simmered with cumin, which had lacked of any kind of flavor. You can sign up with their frequent-buyer card to earn a free burrito once you get up to a certain number of points. This light-weight burrito bowl added up to $9.10; whereas, Chipotle is roughly $7 and weighs nearly about a healthy newborn baby. Still, $10+, if I chose to buy a soda... -doesn't seem worth the value. As I said earlier, this is a Mexican-inspired restaurant. I think the only thing in the whole restaurant that was remotely Mexican is the bus boy. I'm sorry, Qdoba. Perhaps, you're still struggling as a new establishment in the area, and may feel inferior to Chipotle, which is a mile down the road from you. There are a few things that you need to iron out. I stopped by today around 3 o'clock for a quesadilla to have the staff speak poorly of me and my girlfriend in Spanish. Not knowing i grew up in a Spanish household so i understood what they said. The first time I tried Qdoba was at work, as my company had ordered a catered lunch for us all. It was delicious and I was able to fix my own burrito bowl just the way I like it. Today I decided to go to Qdoba for lunch and was severely, severely disappointed. First off the service isn't really that great. You tell them directly what you want and they still ask you questions when you already gave them the answer. "I'll have the queso burrito with steak." "Steak or chicken?" "Steak..." Secondly, the portions are just god-awful. Why am I paying extra money for a sliver of green pepper? And why is 70% of my burrito rice? I could barely spot the meat in mine and I paid extra for double meat when I saw the incredibly small amount they placed on my tortilla. I enjoyed what I made for myself when Qdoba catered, but I can't even imagine what I would have to pay in-store to get the same size portions of meat, rice, and veggies. read more

We came here for dinner last night. The person taking our order was cheerfully energetic. I had to repeat our selection as few time but I didn't mind as it was more of a confirmation that we wanted that selection. The grilled chicken taco bowl I had was a bit of a disappointment. While the chicken was fine whose taste reminded us of Chinese roast pork, the taco of the bowl itself was stale and tough. The employees were talking to each other while the restaurant was empty. Finally an employee told me that I can get a small bowl for the kid and when I ordered it the employee next to her who was busy talking said no, but it was after we had our mind set- upsetting my daughter.
