Initially I was confused. The menu was very simple but a bit uninforming. Then however, we picked our soup base and then headed over to the incredible arrangements of vegetables, sauces, and so much more. This place is an incredible modern style location with minimal distraction and traditional food. Our waiter was super kind and didn't know too much English which made it more enjoyable. Tips. :cook the beef quickly without letting go. Try anything you haven't before. Get hot tea and specify. Don't get the boba, next door has real tasty boba. Price was perfect for what we got. Loved it.

A good place for Hot Pot, and when we visited service was perfect. I like that each person gets his/her own pot of broth, but the rest of the food can easily be shared. I had the spicy both which was just hot enough to give plenty of flavor to the food I'd cook. We ordered a small selection of everything, I didn't taste the meat but my friend enjoyed it (she got brisket and sheep), I especially liked the shrimp, lobster balls, mushrooms, dumplings and Packchoi cabbage. There is a buffet with condiments in the back of the room where you can help yourself. Hot Pot is all they offer and it's $30 per person, plus drinks. A great way to have fun while eating something different!

Qi Lin Hot pot (Kirin Hot Pot) Mo was our server and he was amazing super nice very attentive and was always checking on us. The food was delicious the two of us ordered about 7 plates of meat and it was super fresh. The sauce bar is also super clean as-well as the complimentary sides bar we weren't cut off and they also have a free birthday drink coupon! I can't say enough though about Mo and how great he was! Definitely will be back. This hot pot place is a hidden gem all you can eat 30$ and not busy at all! Part of me hopes they don't become super popular so I can keep coming with no wait but I wish them the best and hope they get many customers! Thank you guys so much for a great birthday!

I've been to most hot pot places in Denver and I honestly think that this is one of the best places to go. This is very similar to Old Town hot pot (my other favorite) but is a much better location for me so I'll definitely be coming back. In my opinion this is one of the best all you can eat hot pot in town. The price is $29.99 for adults (I think they have different pricing for lunch). They have a good selection of broth. I really liked the tomato, the "truffle" is more of a mushroom broth I think and not actually truffle, the silky chicken is a bit plain. We ordered a variety of things and all of the ingredients came to us with great quality with a couple of exceptions: the shrimp didn't seem very fresh and the broccoli seems a bit old. The sauce bar is very extensive and they offer some appetizers like spring rolls, roast meats, and sesame balls. A suggestion for the restaurant is to include a couple of recipes for people who might need ideas on what to do at the sauce bar. The interior is very appealing and well designed. One critique is that the service wasn't very fast. This is understandable as it was the opening week when I went and they were very busy. Our orders came to us a little slow but we still had plenty of time to eat before our 2 hour limit was up. I'm curious to see if things improve next time I go.

If you want some classic hot pot flavor, without much fanciness and glamour, this place will do great. The store is pretty straightforward; You order your meats and broth, then head to their buffet for additional fixings and make your sauces. Their options aren't huge, but they carry the most important ones like lobster balls and other seafood. The scenery is pretty cozy, hole-in-the-wall vibe, with little style projectors on the walls to make it less drab. And the service could be better for meats, as they did wait til the end of our session to meet up with us again. Better luck next time, I suppose.

Great local hot pot restaurant. I came with friends who had not tried hot pot before. The restaurant is clean and tidy. They have a great selection of seafood and meats and vegetables. There's some appetizers like cucumber, salad, spring rolls, and edamame at the sauce bar. Lots of vegetarian options as well. This restaurant has individual soup pots. I had the spicy soup base which was perfect. We finished dinner with ice cream, which is part of the whole meal. we all had a great time!

Either the broths lacked flavor, the meats weren't fresh enough, or the overall experience just didn't live up to the hype. At one point I genuinely thought maybe hotpot in Colorado just wasn't for me. But my friends, who absolutely LOVE this place and come here all the time, basically forced me to give it a try, and wow, I'm so glad they did. From the first bite, I could immediately tell this place was different. The broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting in a way that makes you want to keep eating even after you're already full. Everything tasted fresh, high quality, and actually well-prepared. The meats, veggies, noodles, and sides all complemented each other perfectly, and the whole experience just felt cozy and satisfying. Another thing that really stood out to me was the service. Every server I've interacted with here has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They genuinely make the experience even better because the atmosphere feels warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. You can tell they care about making customers feel comfortable and taken care of. Now it's literally all I think about whenever the weather starts getting cool outside. Like the second there's even a slight chill in the air, this place immediately comes to mind. It's become one of those comfort meals that you randomly crave late at night because nothing else compares. The kind of food that warms you up completely and makes you leave feeling happy and full. Honestly, this place changed my opinion on hotpot in Colorado completely. If you've been disappointed by other hotpot spots around here like I was, PLEASE give this one a chance because it is on a completely different level.

Overall: Not fully what I expected for hotpot (more details below) but they give generous meat…read moreportions and good service. Would come to back to try their Korean dishes but would prefer to go elsewhere for hotpot unless a friend has a strong preference for this place. Food Cuisine: I was expecting either Korean hotpot (Jeongol) or Korean Chinese fusion because of it being a Korean restaurant and their main selling point - AYCE hotpot. It seemed like they tried to do something between regular Chinese hotpot (but without the in-your-face bold broth flavors) and Japanese shabu shabu (but minus the ponzu and simple, straightforward flavors) with some side Korean kimchi. They also had some typical Korean dishes and lots of alcohol options. The broth: None of the four broths we tried had a wow factor. Maybe the mushroom was the one to try. -Bulgogi is mainly salty and not well flavored. I don't taste any reminisce of a bulgogi flavor. My partner thought it was basic but he thoroughly enjoyed it. -Miso was good but it's hard to get that wrong. -Spicy Thai tomato flavor was okay. -Yuzu jalapeno was also okay but it was novel. It reminded me of a lighter and less rich version of Tom kha soup with yuzu and jalapeno instead of lime, lemongrass, galangal, and chili. The meats: Generous portions or maybe they're good at gauging the right portion for the number of people. We only had to make one meat order (lamb, pork belly, tripe, beef) during our order for a group of four and we ate every bit of it. The hotpot ingredients in the back: A decent variety of veggies, mushrooms, meat/seafood balls, seafood, and noodles. All seemed to be washed well and fresh. The sauce bar: Decent selection. A couple of interesting, not-so-typical sauces and mostly typical hotpot sauces. Service: Every table has a service button and an ordering tablet so you don't have to wave anyone down. Very nice staff who stays on top of maintaining the food and area. Space: Lots of seating. Leg room is not great for tall people unless you sit on the ends. Personal Note: Group vote - half of us liked the hotpot and would come back for the hotpot here and the other half of us were not into the broths and would prefer to do hotpot elsewhere. Note: The half that would not come back are the ones who grew up eating hotpot in the US and in Asia (we've tried Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese style hotpots), so that might make us two more critical with higher expectations.
