After having used Qinti Cleaning for about a year now for on and off cleaning and booking them almost every month of two, I am very disappointed in their scheduling service. While the crew that comes does a thorough job of cleaning, the person that schedules the crew has cancelled last minute two times already, even when the date and time has been confirmed well in advance. I understand if they call me in advance and let me know if certain time/date is booked and try to reschedule me, but for two times already, they have told me my booked time isn't available anymore the day before. I usually make arrangements to have the two young kids out of the house when the cleaners come, and because of this last minute cancelling without proper explanation has made me totally rearrange my schedule. One time the explanation for cancelling was 'sorry it was a typo' which does not make sense at all and so not professional. I am switching to different cleaners since it's so not worth my time dealing with unprofessionalism and unreliable service. read more

They were able to book a last minute house cleaning for me which was much appreciated -- it was an impulsive decision for me, I never had my house cleaned before but it was never properly cleaned before I moved and I can never find enough time or energy to do a proper job myself. The cleaners were so nice and so thorough, they cleaned everything in the house including blinds, stove, and inside the fridge. Many parts of my house like the bathroom I thought looked bad from age (its an older place)... now I realize were not cleaned well before I moved in -- and they made it sparkling. The manager is also very responsive / available. It was definitely a little stressful because there was some confusion on the time and price, but hopefully next time that will just be straightforward from the get go because cost surprises are no fun.
