They are very professional I went there and the owner told me 10 minutes to do my nails and, I wait 45minutes. Also, every person they get there they told them 5 minutes or 10 minutes and they only had 1 person for pedicure and 2 doing manicure why they said 5-10 minutes if everyone is busy they think people don't have things to do. Very upset with this place. Really dislike the main lady there. I have been coming for 2 years now I am going to have to find another salon they always be changing the price for me and I get the same fill every time! they send text messages and emails saying 10% off and because I went at 1 pm and the message was sent at 3 pm so I went back so I could get designs and I couldn't get a 10% off they don't even know what 10% off is it's not a dollar!!! Amazing staff with a genuine concern for the clients satisfaction! I bring my mom here and she always leaves with a smile on her face. The staff doesn't rush and does what ever they can to ensure you're happy. They always seem to have the newest colors an application techniques. Everyone is friendly, and if you don't have an appointment they will try to help walk ins as fast as they can. Henny us amazing she will try to satisfy her customers the best she can. My feet are still sore 4 days after a pedicure service with gel polish. Which for some unforeseen reason was taking an extremely long time and painful. The 1st tech kept filing and was digging UNDER my nail bed until I started to bleed. Day 2 after I've begun Epsom salts soaks with warm water on my feet . Also day 2 my left elbow started itching bad out of no where. I'm starting to think it staph from leaning on the chair's armrest. My goodness I was trying to save time and stopped here. I'm praying that I don't get a fungal infection. I'm so sadden by this experience. Please Wipe down your equipment between services ergo "armrest" with clean cloth and disinfectant. Invest in an autoclave and use it. I've never left any nail or pedi service in pain before. The woman who applied the gel polish was good and saved the service but the damage was done by the first lady. I'm suffering now. My feet hurt as I'm typing this FOUR days later. read more

I walked in today to get a dip manicure and they told me they would be with me in about 3 minutes. 45 minutes later they finally decided to call me back just to tell me she can't take my acrylics off and it would be an hour. This is a new business I don't know how their customer service could be so terrible. When I walked in no one even asked me what I was coming for if I hadn't said Hi first they probably wouldn't have even helped me. Awful service DO NOT COME HERE. read more

Amazing place. I was there about 2 weeks ago and was my first time getting dip powder. Helen was my nail tech and she was so nice and friendly and we made each other laugh. This place was recommended by a friend, first off they have a good selection of colors, be expected to pay high price for minimal design that should cost around $5.00. I would understand if their customer service was great and therefore we pay for that along with their quality. They were very unprofessional and rude. I did not know what color I wanted and very time I request a new color I would get an annoyed look from the girl that was helping me. They pond me to a guy that did not talk but was very helpful therefore I guess a 1 start goes for him... wouldn't recommend this place unless you want to pay more for an unprofessional place. read more

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE YET... I brought my daughter in to get her nails done for the first time so I was sat next to her. Everything started off well, the nail lady with the short red hair started doing my gel manicure and a customer walks in wanting to do her nails with the nail lady that I had and MID-MANICURE the nail lady moves me to another chair and takes this customer. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Now I'm just sitting in a chair waiting and I am no longer next to my daughter. Never experienced this before and I will not be coming back here again. read more

I cannot describe the horrible experience I have had at this place. The first time I came was for a pedicure. When I walked in, no one even bothered to say Hello or what I needed; they looked at me like a ghost. I waited over 2 hours to be served only for a half-done job with polish that chipped the day after. I asked for a specific manicure service hard gel the next time I came. I asked for the price; two days later, after I came back to get the service, it was $20 extra after the service had finished. Whatever a place's pricing is, that is it but be honest, you cannot be $20 more within two days. The place was also packed, and the lady was rushing quickly, half done service and quality. I got a manicure and pedicure; she severely bruised my right toe, and I could not sleep or walk properly. A friend even noticed my toe was swollen and red and asked why. I came back to let the lady know who did my feet; she said that's just the way my toe is and that I came here with bruised, swollen toes. This is not true, but either way, it looks terrible on her part that she would even do a pedicure on swollen, bruised feet. She denied the whole thing. Another lady that worked there tried to fix my toe and put some ointment on it. I am still in severe pain, and my graduation is in an hour. The worst mistake was getting a pedicure at QQ Salon for my graduation. I was in pain all night, and then my other toe began to hurt with severe pain. In conclusion, I had two swollen toes on both sides. So now my left and right toe on both sides were swollen, bruised and in so much pain. And for the young lady to deny it and act like my toes were like this made it even worse. My toes are in gruesome pain. read more

I am sadden to have to write this review on QQ Salon. They used to be so great and timely. They were even opened during COVID and practiced social distancing, then the state started to reopen and they now cannot keep appointments or the wait is an hour PLUS. You cannot plan anything around your appointment because you never know when you will be serviced. They want to take everyone during the day (before 3p) and appear to be understaffed/overbooked after that time. Waiting over 20min when you have an appointment is already ridiculous, but my last appointment 2 days ago, I was told I couldn't get a simple palm tree design on my toe because I didn't get a gel pedicure. As if designs came when gel was invented. This was there way to get me to pay for a gel pedi. When I asked for another tech to help, she was too busy to assist. I really hope they regain their customer service. read more

So many things went wrong during my visit to this nail salon. I went with a group of three, in which we had made an appointment at 3:00 p.m. After being rudely ushered to the back of the store, we ended up having to wait for over an hour before they took only one of us in. During the time the other two of us were waiting, two new customers walked in and stated that they also had an appointment at 3:00. We were shocked to see that the workers took them in immediately and ahead of our party - despite the fact that we had arrived a significant amount of time before them. After fully completing 1/3 of our parties' nails, the workers brought up the fact that they were taking cash only, which was not specified on the phone when we had made our appointment. All three of the people in our party only had credit cards, and they told us to use the ATM in the salon. The ATM machine turned out to be broken, and the workers suggested we walk over to the nearest gas station to take out cash. The gas station did not allow a cash back amount over $20, which was an issue because the one pedicure they completed cost $40. At this point it was 1 hour and 45 minutes AFTER our appointment time, and after this unfortunate series of events we decided to pay for the single pedicure and leave without going through with the other two. I would not recommend this salon because of the poor communication, unfair treatment, and rudeness of the staff. read more

Tried this place for the 1st and last time this week. I went in for a pedicure and full set. The technician was too rough with my big toe I got an infection!! I was removing my acrylic nails to find out that they used mma a ILLEGAL substance that can destroy the nail Completely. EMA is what is suppose to be used it easily flakes off once in acetone. I realized my acrylic wasn't coming off and was just gooey and did some searching and found it to be MMA. Horrible. Expensive. They charged me $35 for a gel pedicure and didn't even hardly scrub my feet. I had to ask for callus remover to get my feet actually scrubbed. Which was another $5. They are expensive and you don't get what you pay for. Then on top of it they are pushy. They kept insisting I get gel only for my nails and feet. Supposedly they didn't have any other colors than the gel one. read more
