We loved every dish ordered, and they took great care of us; they even brought out an extremely well plated fruit boat for our 10-mos Grandaughter--who was as quite the handful at the time. I have been wanting to try this place for years and since I can order through Uber Eats we decided to go in person and give it a try first. We were super happy with the whole experience. I ordered the Waikiki Roll, the Sushi Saute Roll and my husband had the Sushi and sashimi bento box. Everything was super fresh and we were served quickly. The service was nice and attentive. I used to dine in and take out from there very often, their services are like a hit or miss, but never had 10/10 there. This place was a surprise. Mostly because I didn't know it was there. My daughter and I love sushi and even with having to take her two little kids it was a fun experience. QQ Sushi & Kitchen is our go-to place for sushi in Spokane WA. We discovered it on the Inlanders Best List as one of the top sushi places for multiple years. This little sushi restaurant is close to home, affordable, and delicious! We have been here multiple times and each time the food is delicious. We try and go during the off-hours as it can get very packed and tight. We also noticed that if you go on the off-hours you get your order plated on the sushi boat! The restaurant dining area itself is small and no bigger than a standard living room. The servers are very friendly and the food is made fresh and to order. I was very happy to see that they use just enough rice in their rolls to hold it together. The fish they have sliced on top of the rolls are thick and meaty! The sauce combinations they have with each roll compliments the dishes nicely. I loved the pickled ginger they had and the wasabi/horseradish on the plate was also very tasty. In summation, we will definitely visit QQ Sushi & Kitchen again. We hope they take into consideration how busy they get and move to a larger building. The food here is absolutely amazing and it is always plated well. This place is close to home and will always be our sushi place of choice in Spokane. read more

I like this place. I think you get a lot of food for your dollar and service is always friendly. My favorite roll exists here - the fire lion king which comes out on fire and they put it out. There's baked salmon on top and everyone who's tried it really likes it. The sushi and sashimi bento box is the best deal you can possibly get for your money in this town I think (not pictured). For $18, you get soup, rice, a handroll, tempura veggies and shrimp, pan fried dumplings, about 4 pieces of sashimi and 5 pieces of nigiri. I can't give it five stars though because of several reasons. It's not the best sushi I've had and I'm comparing it to places I've eaten in Hawaii and Japan. The ratio of filling/rice/fish is almost always too disproportionately too much. Seating is cramped. Your clothes may smell since the space is so small. Lastly, they don't take reservations.
