Awesome sushi with huge portions. Cool spot with great service. Definitely a place to go in Spokane. Nice vibe. Great saki selection

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The place had a clean, friendly atmosphere. The service was excellent. I ordered a few rolls and 2 custom, Alaskan Island Rolls. I got the bluefin tuna roll and the mango tuna roll. All 4 rolls were fantastic! Will stop by again when passing through Vacaville.

I came in during the late afternoon with my boyfriend, and even though I forgot the names of the entrées we ordered (I have a picture to show!), everything was incredibly delicious. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend this place.

Hidden gem, large menu with many options ! It's a small restaurant, with some outside seating . Everyone enjoyed their meal , good portions !

Sushi blossom is a small restaurant that serves a large number of people. The sushi is fresh and delicious and service is quick. We especially enjoyed sitting at the bar and watching the chefs work. Will be back!

Just moved over to spokane from Seattle and have had some outstanding sushi on the coast. This is better. Got the dragon roll, and the deluxe combo. Restaurant was packed but server Amaya came around regularly, great service. Sushi/nigiri was THICK, nice cuts and very fresh. Will absolutely be back.

Definitely one of the more beautiful restaurants I've been to in Spokane. The flowers, images on the walls, and furniture all go well together to create a sophisticated look. Service was quick and the waitress was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. The place was surprisngly packed for a 4PM meal. There are a few free parking spots in front of the store as well. Food - The raw fish is not the best I've ever had, but it wasn't the worst either. Quality-wise, I would give it 6.5/10. The plating is lovely, especially with Starry Night. Otherwise, nothing particularly special about the taste of the sushi. The portions are also on the smaller side and the wasabi is neon green. Not sure if I'm just particular about prices, but this place is quite expensive for the portions and quality. For a dragon roll, which is about 8 small pieces with avocado, tempura shrimp, and eel on top, it was about $15. Would recommend

Yum! We are still satisfied with Blossom! Their sashimi is so fresh! Service is wonderful

We visited here on vacation. At first, we were skeptical as many of the other sushi restaurants in Spokane were low rated. However, they didn't disappoint. The sushi was on point, and the servings were not selfish. We came in 30 minutes before closing but the waiters did not seem urgent. They were very kind and cheerful, helping us on anything we needed. The food came out in 15 minutes. The restaurant vibe was good, and the seats were comfy.

Sushi Blossom is one of my VERY FAVORITE sushi restaurants! Unfortunately I live 40 minutes away, so when I can go it's an extra treat! Their fish is like "buttah", they don't overload their rolls with stiff unnecessary rice! You can actually taste the delicious sake! Their spicy mayo, which I get on the side, is perfection! And the prices don't choke you. Love this place!

Service, ambiance, and food were all a 10/10! We had 3 different servers come over to bring us water at the corner booth at the sushi bar, not realizing we were already provided with some. Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and informative. This was the best restaurant service I've experienced in a long long time. The fish was fresh, the rolls were tight, and you get 10 pieces per roll! The pricing is reasonable for sushi, about $14 a roll. We will definitely be back. I'm a very picky sushi diner, not new but not adventurous and this place has a little of everything from those who don't eat fish to those who eat sashimi! We also had some sake bombs, they don't have them on the menu but they brought out some sake and Sapporo beer to make our own. The inside is small but intimate, perfect for date night. Keep up the awesome service, awesome food, and awesome overall dining experience! This type of service is what makes you guys stand out and I'm all for it! Thank you!!!

My husband was not impressed with the vegetable tempura as the veggies were cooked until they were soft, he prefers vegetables to be more al dente. I loved the vegetable tempura however and did not feel the veggies I tried were too soft. My husband traded his miso soup for my mushroom and onion soup. I tried both and they were both delicious but he does not enjoy miso soup while I do. I ordered the filet and lobster combination dinner with white rice. The filet was delicious. The lobster did not taste fresh. It was pretty fishy tasting. I told the waitress who promptly apologized and offered to replace it with a different item. She took the lobster tail and I agreed to switch it for the shrimp. She brought the shrimp out to me just a few minutes later and it was very delicious and tasted fresh. The veggies served with my dinner entree were so wonderfully flavored and cooked just how I like. My husband had the pad thai with beef and he loved it so much. This was our first time coming to Shiki and I must say we will definitely be coming back. Overall wonderful service and aside from the lobster everything tasted so good.

I decided to order the Pork Katsu curry with rice which came out to ~$20ish. The spice level was pretty mild, but the flavour was spot-on. It was cooked well, seasoned well, was not oversalted, and the balance of the dish was impeccable. The rice went great with the dish, as it should. Definitely not Coco's Curry, or anything you would expect to get in Japan, and no add-ons or anything special, so you cannot just add cutlets or potatoes like you normally would be able to at a Japanese Curry place. But this was obviously a ramen place so as long as the dish tastes good, there is nothing to complain about...which is exactly what I experienced. Service was very friendly, and ambiance was just what you would expect. I cannot comment on the ramen or any of the other dishes, but definitely endorse their Pork Katsu curry with rice if you are in the mood for a Japanese-style curry.

My husband and I ordered Spicy King Ramen and shared the kaarage chicken. The kaarage chicken came with a homemade Japanese mayo dipping sauce. The kaarage chicken was better than the ramen. I wish there was bamboo, bean sprouts, extra garlic, black garlic oil, veggies, etc. i wouldn't order the spicy king ramen again.

We were probably the second or third customer there. As soon as we sat down we were given the menus to look over. The lady was very kind and gave us a lot of time to decide on what we wanted. It took 30 to 40 minutes for the food to come even though we only ordered three things. I noticed that when more people walked in, the lady would let them know that the wait would be 40 minutes, even though only three to four groups were seated inside. I think this communication is very appreciated and respectable. I think they had a lot of online/phone orders and were short-staffed... so they were very busy with that. The sushi rolls are very small and kind of disappointing. The taste was fine, nothing out of the ordinary per Spokane standards. The price, however, is on the higher end.
