My BFF and I were on the search for a new place to get our nails done since our trusted lady decided to up and move to Riverside so I trusted the reviews of fellow Yelpers and I'm SO glad I did! I'm very hesitant to just have anyone do my nails so needless to say I was scared going in but I'm very glad I did. This place had us already wanting to come back just with the customer service. We were seated right away with the girl working the front helping me carry my purse coffee and nail polishes, she provided us with pillows and fresh towels. The shop itself is very clean, airy and every chair is a spa chair. I had a simple mani and pedi and it was wonderful. A week later and I don't have any hangnails, Vivian did my manicure and she was great, she didn't cut my skin and shaped my nails exactly how I like them. Tracy gave me a pedicure and she was awesome and gave a great massage. I noticed everyone that worked there took their time with what they were doing and gave long massages (no rushing is a huge plus in my book)! They didn't try to push any extra unnecessary services and they didn't talk about you amongst themselves. These ladies work HARD! I respect their hard work and flawless attention to detail. I made an appointment for 4:30. they were SO busy when I walked in at 4:15. I'd never been so I kinda lingered and noticed that people were signing their names on the clipboard at the desk. I signed my name, time of arrival and what I wanted to get done...gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I was seated within a few minutes, but prior to that I was given a nail wheel of color to figure out what I wanted. It made picking out a color less nerve wrecking since my job doesn't allow much creativity with nails. I got gel nails for the first time and the lovely lady that helped me was so excited that I was giddy about it. First manicure in FOUR years. I got way too excited when they had me put on finger-less gloves before she applied the polish on haha. I got moved from the nail table to the massage chair for my pedicure. Two ladies were working on me at once. It was a little overwhelming since I'm not used to the pampering scene. It was super relaxing and I couldn't help but watch and scan the room constantly to see what everyone else was getting. In total I spent $70, including tip. $20 manicure $28 pedicure (I got flower decals so it cost more...but they're so cute!) I'm just leaving the salon and I can see why this place has such excellent reviews. The entire staff is super friendly and easy to understand. The woman working the front desk has great phone etiquette which is one of the biggest reasons why I chose to come here. Viviane did my pedicure and gave me the most heavenly foot rub. Which means a lot coming from me since my feet are sooooo sensitive I usually can't handle that. Kit did a superb job on my acrylics. I love the shape. Overall a very relaxing experience. $45 for a pedicure, fill (plus one new nail), and gel polish. The only thing that this salon is missing is a posted price list. I was seated about 5-8 minutes in! The second time I went, I was told I didn't need to make an appointment (when I had called). When I arrived I had to wait 15-20 minutes...because I didn't make an appointment lol. -- Ambience -- Very specious with lots of seating. -- Now for the Good Stuff -- Christine did my mani and pedi. She really surprised me with how quick she did my gel nails while being precise. She asked me how I wanted the shape of my nails and whether or not the shade/coating was alright. I'm very picky about my nails so this was nice. The second time I went, Jenny did my French pedicure. I think I'd request Jenny for my pedicure and Christine for my gel manicure. Since I have been asked about the wonderful wax technician before, I wanted to make sure to share that her name is Connie. She does a great job & is such a sweetie. I will not go anywhere else for my waxing needs. Still love this place! I stopped by Sunday for a Mani/Pedi with heel treatment and eyebrow wax. Talk about feeling spoiled! At one point I had a gal doing my pedi, a nice gentleman named Jack was doing my mani and Connie was waxing my eyebrows-- all at the same time. So relaxing & definitely what I needed!! I went in a week before stage 3 allowed for salons to be open, by appointment only. While i appreciate them getting me in at the time requested, my pedicure was very rushed. Lots of clients were coming in and they just wanted to get me put the door. They dug nto the sides of my big toe which caused it to bleed and it was red, swollen and painful for the next 4 days. Luckily i kept putting peroxide on it 4 times a day and it eventually healed. They also didn't file down a nail that i had asked for. They had me choose from the wall of polishes . I asked if they had more colors, like the nail samples and was told no. I saw 2 other girls choosing from the painted nail samples. -_- he paint job was good and even and the lady was nice. They also had this feet drying counter (i didn't get gel) which i though was neat. Overall maybe ill give it one more try and can hopefully increase the rating. read more

I love this salon. Max does an amazing job with my dip powder. I've been to a few places and not everyone knows how to do the dip powder. He makes my nails look natural. I'm glad I finally found someone who does a great job on my nails! After the lockdown was lifted this salon took all the proper precautions to open up. They took your temperature, gave you hand sanitizer, have pexiglass all around you almost like being in a cubicle. The salon was spotless and I felt safe getting my nails done there. First time coming to this salon today and it was a pretty pleasant experience. I got the whole foot spa package. Didn't get what the nail technician was saying at first but I kept agreeing to everything she was asking for because what the hell "treat yo self!" Lol.. Moving on to the salon itself. Everything was nice and clean. There were plenty of seats and a lot of technicians from the opening of the store. Which brings me to this...as I was driving to the location, I was reading (while at a red light) on the yelp reviews that appointments should be made because this place gets really busy. Started to worry they wouldn't have any openings but I went anyway. It was just 9am and I could see people were already getting started on their mani/pedi. Granted somebody was trying to cut me off in the parking lot and to know she was hurrying too to make it in the door to this place was funny. I waited maybe a few minutes after walking through the door at 9am. But considering how busy it started to get after I sat down, an appointment may be necessary. Overall it was good money spent because the spa treatment was a real treat. I don't do this kind of stuff often so I thought I'd spoil myself. I've come to this salon twice, regular mani pedis both times. The staff is always friendly, I always feel welcome and for someone who usually gets regular polish instead of gel or dip, I actually feel like they take their time and ensure the polish looks even and good before going to the next customer. I really wanted to like this place because all the employees are super nice! But the quality of services is not so great. Pedicures are good but the last two times I was there for one they broke my nail and didn't try to fix it just said "oops it broke". The only time I was happy with my acrylics was with Jessica she did a great job! My recent visit was not so great, the manicurist took almost 2 hours for a very basic acrylic set, he left cured polish all over my fingers, no cuticle oil, 4 of my nails are crooked, there's a big piece of acrylic under my nail, polish was sloppy and the acrylic is lumpy. I gave this place a lot of chances because some of the employees do amazing but, my last few visits were not good. read more

I have been getting pedicures for 20 years, and this morning was the worst one I have ever received. I come to this place off and on and have always had a fine experience. This morning, as I'm getting my toes done to leave on a special holiday, I was so deeply disappointed. She only filed one foot...I had to tell her that she forgot to do the other. She then only put base coat on one foot. She was super distracted, gave the worst massage and didn't try to clean up any of the polish mistakes. She then put my sandal on for me, completely smudging one toe and didn't even notice. The whole pedicure took all of 10 minutes which is also the fastest I have ever received. Sadly I will never come back because the quality of this place has gone down so much recently. read more

Well.......this was my first time coming to this place. Overall it was clean and the people were friendly. However my pedicure was not the greatest. First of all when getting a massage the lady applied lotion while my feet were still soaking wet. Usually a person would dry my legs and feet off first but she just put the lotion right on top of the water. Secondly I asked for the shape of my toes to be square she did it for all of my toes except one big toe. She cut it too short and rounded the corners and now that toe looks out of place. Lastly my white tip toes are uneven and not consistent. In addition there's one toe that is not a clean line white tip. Like the picture below. I also got a white tip full set with a gel top coat. They came out okay not horrible but not great either. The lengths of the acrylic nails are not all the same. Some are longer and some are shorter. Also the placement of the tips on my natural nails are inconsistent. The guy placed them halfway onto my nail, so It looks like I have small baby nails. I don't think I will ever come back to this place. read more
