I am from San Antonio Texas, I have probably tried every Rusa drink in town this was one was one of the best drinks that I have tried. I also had a Sandia drink that was different but good. Texture was on the thick side almost like a purée. All in all it was great!

Businessmen getting breakfast before a meeting, young couples, and friend groups would all feel comfortable dining here. Breakfast was delicious and came out quickly. Hostess was attentive and friendly. Steak was tender but lacked seasoning, not a big deal. Loaded tots are to die for, you need to get these with your meal, you won't regret it. Would recommend if in the area, but nothing to go out of your way for. 8.5 out of 10 would recommend.

Upon doing so, you notice they've added two unusual changes -- a 2% "restaurant impact fee" and a 1% "kitchen staffing fee." We were told that the fee helps pay the kitchen staff because the wait staff doesn't share tips with them. We asked to have it removed and were told it cannot be removed. This is a problem based on principle and nothing else. There are costs associated with running a business. Pay your employees properly so that these fees don't need to be added. Be honest about it -- increase the cost of menu items if necessary -- but don't add HIDDEN fees! It makes you look slimy and dishonest. At the very least, remove the fees when your customers don't want to pay them. This really pales our opinion of this place. It's irritating and embarrassing for everyone, including the wait staff who have to explain the fees to the patrons, and in this case, receive a smaller tip.

The restaurant was lively & really cute, although the music was playing too loud, it was hard to hear our conversation that was right across the table. Hashtag was decorated in bright cheery yellow with gray & light wood accents. I especially liked the stacks of canned Spam displayed in cubes on the wall. I had the Old School Benedict which came with two poached eggs, ham & hollandaise on an English Muffin, served with hash browns for $15.25. Portion size was decent, the hash browns were nice & crispy as well as the ham which was thin & had great flavor. I enjoyed the delicious Hollandaise Sauce as well. Unfortunately the eggs were slightly overcooked & the English Muffin was difficult to cut with a dinner knife. All in all a good breakfast though, next time I'm going to try some other things that caught my eye like Chicken & Waffles & Cinnamon Rolls plus they have cocktails & Mexican Coke!

However, the environment was warm and friendly, and we were offered an opportunity to sit outside since the wait was much shorter (5 minutes). Even though we declined, our wait was only 25-30 minutes. If you make a reservation, I have no doubt you would be seated more quickly. While we waited, we ordered drinks at the bar. The bartender was terrific! I had never been to Urban Egg. Even though we were not sitting at the bar to eat, she took the time to walk me through her favorite dishes and explained why each received a high rating. When we were seated, we ordered French Toast as the appetizer (because after all, why wouldn't you)?! We moved on to our entrees, which included: The 3 Egg Breakfast with Chicken Sausage Blue Corn Huevos Rancheros Tatum's Original Avocado Toast There wasn't one bad entree. It was all delicious, hot, and tasty! Our waitress was attentive, and we watched the manager go around to each table (including ours), asking how everything was and what they could do better. I liked the idea that a leader of an establishment is interested in more than just " How is your food? Given our experience, I wouldn't hesitate to return! Terrific first impression. Thank you, Urban Egg. You and your team are excellent!

For a Friday morning, the place was busy. Portions here are generous and the alcoholic beverages are flowing. We ordered a biscuit with sausage gravy and a lemon ricotta pancake accompanied with an egg. The biscuit was decent and packed full of sausage. For so much sausage, the flavor was mild. The pancake lacked any real lemon flavor and was topped with the ricotta. The flavor never really blended and was a disappointment. The staff was upbeat but understaffed, we needed to signal several times for service. Urban Egg in Cherry Creek was fair, but lacked real flavor. I can't recall anything that made our breakfast memorable. A large crowd would probably disagree as the place was very busy.

SPACE: Located in the highlands, this place has become the new "it" spot when it comes to breakfast. It's easy to spot on the corner, has decent street parking options and cute as pie inside. Bright colors splash the walls, which are lined with booths and tables alike. Community seating is in the middle, which the girls and I were happy to dine at. The color scheme here is so fun and welcoming, creating a happy and fun vibe. SERVICE: We were greeted inside by a friendly host who explained they were on a small wait. MAKE A RESERVATION and you'll be able to skip the wait, like we did, as this place is popular and fills up fast! Our server, his name escapes me now, was SO fun. He had us laughing, excited about the various food and drink offerings and made us feel right at home. It was obvious he was outgoing and truly enjoyed his job, which made all the difference in service! SIPS: We all opted for various coffee and matcha drinks. I sipped on the iced cereal milk latte, while my sister sampled the fruity pebbles matcha and our cousin had the cortado. YUM! SUSTENANCE: Such fun and different food options - which had us craving both savory and sweet! We started with the sausage in a blanket and loaded hashbrown, which was so good! My sister opted for a benedict, cousin got the massive breakfast burrito, and I opted for the breakfast salad - which was perfectly seasoned, crunchy, salty with a runny egg on top. SERIOUSLY YUM! We also chose to try the buttermilk and blueberry pancakes, because why the heck not?! Everything came out in good time, was pretty in presentation and absolutely delicious! Portions are massive so come hungry! Here's to more breakfast dates at this new and fun spot!!

Tried the pistachio cocktail (pistache mustache), bacon hash, bourbon baller french toast, & a gluten free berries & cream pancake. Parking was really easy in the residential neighborhood. Big space inside and lots of seating! Given the name of the restaurant, I felt obligated to order some bacon. They have a bacon flight where you can choose either 3 or all 6 bacon flavors. It's $8. We went with 3 and chose applewood, BBQ, and chili lime. The had sweet flavors too but that interested me less. It comes with scissors which is genius for sharing. I liked all three but I prefer bacon to be slightly crispier, these were a little chewy. But still good. I liked the BBQ and the chili lime over the applewood which tasted pretty standard and plain. I also ordered the avocado toast for my main meal. I asked for it with poached eggs instead of scrambled. It was oooookay but I think I'm a little spoiled bc I'm from LA and we have lots of amazing avocado toasts there. Solid B if I were to grade it. I really appreciated the waiter's willingness to split the check 11 ways, that was super kind of him to do! Made all of our lives so much easier.
