If I could give 2 1/2 stars I would. VERY pricey, and the crew is really small (two women----Lino oversees and does minimal cleaning but spends most of his time on the phone) so they take forever. They do a very thorough job of cleaning, but charged me $300 for a first time cleaning of an 1,800 sq ft house that had been cleaned professionally every month for the last 14 years, and then he quoted me between $160-200 for a monthly cleaning thereafter. I am very picky when it comes to cleaning my house. I had tried three different cleaning services and they never met my expectations.  Either they were too small and unprofessional (just moving dust around; charging extra for random things; or throwing a fit because they forgot to clean the fridge even though I had arranged it with their boss; another service BROKE THE TOILET SEAT on a move out clean -- how is that even possible??) or they got too big for their own good (scheduling became a nightmare from a yelp-top-rated cleaning service and they couldn't care less when i said I would take my business elsewhere). I'm really glad I found Qualiclean after all that mess. Lino, Andrea and their team have been cleaning my house every two weeks for the last six months and they have really impressed me. They listen to my preferences for cleaning, they are not afraid to ask me to check their work because they genuinely care and they are proud to stand behind their work. My husband has a work area in the garage which is a pain to clean but they do it with a smile. I have a young baby and they are extra clean with his stuff. They will sometimes even go above and beyond. Yesterday Andrea pointed out that my husband must have done some work on the front door because there were prints everywhere and then promptly cleaned it all up--honestly i hadn't even noticed the door was dirty! I'd give them zero stars if I could!!!! I had contacted QualiClean, had made an appointment for them to come in and clean. Confirmed my time and provided address and phone number. Mid day they were supposed to come, they sent me a msg via Yelp requesting to move the appt up. I do not have access to online msgs at work so didn't get it until I got off. I located a phone number and was told by the gentleman that answered that because we did not respond to his request to move the appt up (even tho I confirmed the appt) they gave the appt to someone else. I couldn't be more pleased, and I am very picky. I didn't have to list everything I wanted done. They knew exactly what needed to be done, and did it very well. We had been using a cleaning service for quite some time but their quality of work kept going down while their prices kept going up. I did some checking on Yelp and based on the reviews I read, I decided to try QualiClean. Lino got back to me right away and arranged a time when he and Andrea could come by to meet us and look at the house. They are such a nice couple!
