THIS COMPANY HAD ME WASTE TWO DAYS WAITING IN ANOTHER CITY FOR NOTHING. I hired this company to clean and carpet clean my condo for a move out inspection in San Jose. The 3 cleaners were actually pretty good and showed up on time and did more than requested. The carpet cleaner on the other hand was supposed to show up at 1230 after the cleaners left. I called at 1250 to see when he was going to show up and they said he had to take his lunch and then get gas and he then would have to drive 21 minutes to get there at 130. At 145 they called saying he had to get gas still and his van broke down and that the battery died and was trying to get it jumped. This was the only day I could get a babysitter and I had to leave to get my son so I rescheduled for the next day for an appointment from 9 to 11. They mentioned a discount for the inconvenience. At 1055 I called them trying to find out where the cleaner was and they didn't answer 4 calls and 2 texts until I finally said I'm leaving to get my son lunch and they finally responded. They said the guy was at another job and the customer didn't mention they needed their stairs cleaned so it took longer than expected. He showed up 30 minutes later with a broken machine and said that he wouldn't be able to do the job but still wanted me to pay for the cleaners. I drove all the way from Livermore to San Jose and back twice with my one year old son trying to get this done and all I ended up was with a a promise of a discount that they never even gave me. They followed up saying they don't know when the machine is going to be fixed and I have a hard time believing that a company this big only has one carpet cleaner. They say how they want to make your experience stress free when it comes to move out inspections but yeah right this place did nothing but stress me out and jerk me around. I understand things happen but this seems like nothing more than a bunch of lame excuses and a company who can't deliver on their promises. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else. read more

This is long overdue review. I hire this company a while back, so even if they tried to make things right, they don't see to understand the importance to have a trained and happy staff. Why I am saying this? Well, because they rush in my house, and the problems that we encounter: * They are way expensive for the job done, (charge me around $ 400.00 for 3 hours cleaning) * They don't pick up things to clean under * They are not careful when vacuuming, hitting my furniture and some of them have chips now * The ladies don't speak enough English to communicate properly * The bathrooms (2 1/2 need more than bleach and soap) we live in a hard water area and my shower has spots. * The last straw, they clean my stove with some kind of bleach leaving a film in my new glass range (mind you the results) * I don't know how they moped my floor, it looks worst now that before * And the last but not least, I don't know which kind of vacuum are using, it leave a really bad smell around the house Also, as other Yelper wrote, they look already tired and with bad attitude for the work, even I offered some water, which they accept without hesitation, I know what it means to work and not to eat anything or drink any water. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER hire this company again for the lack of professionalism and cleaning skills. Also, I noted one of the ladies was receiving a phone calls or text, maybe from the head office, to rush or finish quick and head to the next job. (I am assuming this but maybe is true). So, long story short, refrain to hire this company. I have a better results hiring a different company and way cheaper than this one. Now knowing that they don't have insurance, bond or business license, if something is broken stolen or damaged, who is going to respond for this? read more

Avoid this company, they are very unprofessional. I had an initial appointment that went well. The second appointment, they did not show up, and when I contacted Lino he insisted I made a mistake on the agreed upon date. However, I had the e-mail showing the date we agreed upon and that he was wrong. I never pressed, and just accepted the cleaning date that was a few days later than what we had originally planned. The 3rd time I set up an appointment ~18 days in advance. The week of the appointment, I sent two separate reminders with some notes on cleaning products. Late the night before the appointment, Lino sent an email saying that because I did not reply to his original email 18 days ago accepting that date on the exact day the email was sent, that my appointment was not booked but that he could show up at 6:30 or 7 AM that day instead (Saturday). In reality I had replied to his original email the next morning after he sent it, and he had 18 days to let me know he was withdrawing the appointment day and time that was offered and instead he flaked out the evening before the offered time slot. This was obviously ridiculous. He sent the email at the last moment knowing I would likely never see it until the next morning, when it would be past the time for his alternative time offered (6:30 or 7 AM on a Saturday, get serious). I had reached out to QualiClean for deep clean service for 300 Square Foot area covering Kitchen and bathroom. Prior to booking the team for service, they had quoted me for 2 hours of cleaning with 2 cleaners. However, 3 cleaners arrived to perform the deep cleaning. There was zero communication of the extra cleaner and the additional charge to go along with it. This is poor communication and customer service. Upon calling the manger, I was able to reduce the extra cost but still had to pay above initial agreed amount. The cleaners were directed to the areas for deep cleaning. Once the cleaners had finished, upon review, the kitchen cabinets were still left with spider webs, dust and not deep cleaned at all. The work done was not satisfactory at all. The cleaners did clean the bathrooms. Overall, I would like to highlight an area for improvement: communication, better cleaning equipment and deep cleaning service at fair price. read more

I've had the pleasure of using this company at least 2 times over the last couple of years. They have always been prompt, professional and get the job done with a smile. My condo is on the 3rd floor and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room area and a kitchen. With 3 people living there, it can get quite messy. I usually get a clean when people move out so new people can move in to a fresh and welcoming space. Lino, the owner, usually sends out a wonderful crew to clean. Each time they have come and cleaned my place, I have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality of their work. They do an excellent job and are always on time. My tenants have also been impressed with their work. I would gladly use them again. A little tip: I have had success by contacting them via email through their website. Finally tried another cleaning service after having a bad experience with so many. I used to have a regular cleaner but she moved away. Recently my house has been a mess and me and my wife work allot so there's really no time or energy. We also have a 2year old son who seems to love making messes. I called qualiclean and was hoping for a same day cleaning and they agreed and actually showed up. They gave me a quote over the phone kind of a guesstimate since they couldn't actually see my house but the price sounded fair so I agreed. They showed up on time and did a really good job I was impressed and there was no language barrier. They cleaned spots in my house I never even thought about cleaning. My daughter was about to be released from the hospital and I wanted her to come home to a clean house. It was a real mess because she had been sick for a long time. I called to request a next-day appointment and Lino was able to schedule a cleaning right away. He was flexible and offered all the services I needed, including cleaning the oven and refrigerator and doing the dishes. He sent three cleaners. The crew brought their own equipment and supplies. They went right to work and cleared up clutter, dirt and dust. They needed a half hour more than was quoted, but Lino called me to get my approval before they went over the expected time. I was extremely pleased with Lino's team. The booking process was super easy, they give you a 1 hour timeframe for arrival. (most places give two hours). They send two people, so it takes about 1/2 the time. Lino asks what you want cleaned when you book, and you give as much or as little detail as you want. My favorite thing though, is that he comes at the end of the cleaning and asks if you are happy, or want anything else done or redone BEFORE he takes your payment. They got hardwater stains off of things, got my stovetop looking brand new, and were able to get stains of my floor that i thought were permanent. read more

Lino on the phone met my needs with only a day's notice. He came with the crew and got them working right away. My place was a mess but the crew was very professional and left it spotless specially the kitchen and bath. They charge by the hour with the only inconvenience of having to carry cash or pay a surcharge for credit card payments. I would suggest to have plenty of change also since the final cost might be different from the original estimate and they might not carry enough change. Recently had a baby and couldn't get around much let alone clean my house. Recommend by one of my friends, called in to get a move out cleaning done on my 2 bed 2 bath apartment that was not in the best of shape to say the least.
