If you're looking for people to come into your house and break things, then take them and refuse to bring them back, QualiClean is for you! So I hired these guys to clean my house. They've got a bunch of good ratings on Yelp, and they were available at a moment's notice. Great right? So they showed up and I told them what I wanted done. One of the biggest things I wanted them to clean was a dirty wall. I pointed that out to them and they said no problem. But they didn't do it. Whatever though...the rest of the cleaning job was pretty good. But then I saw that they broke one of my plantation shutters. I sent them a text right away and they responded. The owner insisted on coming out to take a look at it for himself, which he did. He then took the broken part and said that his handyman would cover it. That was in mid-January. Fast forward to the end of February and I still haven't heard anything from him, so I sent him a text. He claimed that he ordered the wrong part, so I should just hire a handyman to do it and he'd pay me back. Only problem is that after calling several shutter places, none of them were willing to repair anything they didn't sell me. So I started texting them again, telling them I want them to fix it. But I didn't hear anything back. So they broke my shutter, took the broken part, refused to fix it, and then refused to give me the part back, saying they would mail it. Horrible company. So the other thing about this is that I tried to pay them when they rendered their services. The maids told me since I was going to pay by Venmo, I'd have to pay later. Fine, whatever. After they left, that's when I discovered that the piece was broken. I then called the owner who sounded shocked. Today he told me that the maids called him and told him they broke the part, which is why he told them to refuse payment. So either A) he's lying to me or B) he knew that they broke something but didn't say anything to me until I brought it up. Either way, not someone I would want anyone doing business with. He also threatened my by saying he's going to show a picture of the "yellow" piece that broke off. Fine, whatever. I don't know what he's done to it in the six weeks that he's had it because it wasn't yellow when I gave it to him. And that still doesn't justify him breaking something of mine, taking it from me, and refusing to return it. ***UPDATE*** Today I actually talked to Marcelino Barrita (the owner) on the phone. He told me that he was going to refuse to give me back the part that he took from my house because he did not want to deal with me anymore. He also told me that he was not going to fix the shutter either because I already wrote a negative review, so there was nothing left I could do to him. I used QualiClean while I was living in a townhome in San Jose for about a year during COVID for biweekly cleanings and for our move out clean. Lino and the crew are AMAZING. The availability and then the flexibility they show make them super easy to work with. I changed a clean 3 times and they were accommodating and responsive throughout. The house has never sparkled like after a clean with these guys. The house was cleaner after our first clean with them then when we originally moved into the house. Being on the maintenance program kept it looking and smelling fresh all the time! Then when we moved they did our move out clean- again- the house looks better now than when we first took it. The crew comes in well prepared and moves quickly and efficiently. They even cleaned my ceiling fans and window sills without my asking- that just solidified my satisfaction with them. Called and got refunded $50 which I was ok with. 2) the next day my wife and I noticed scratches all over our new $2k stove. The decals where we turn the knobs were all missing from being scraped off. Contacted the team and they ordered new decals but refused to accept believing their employees did the damage. Really? Why would we damage our own stove and we use the knobs everyday. Just so happens to be magically damaged the day u guys cleaned. They also did not replace the decals so now I have to scrape off the old damaged decals and replace with new ones. I asked for additional refund but they did not want to provide it. I paid $230 And the damage and time to fix my stove costs more than the $230 I paid to clean. 3) after coming to check out the damage the 2 guys decided to call me a liar after telling him that his workers damaged my stove. The company just refuses to accept any responsibility. I have on video from my security camera as he walks out calling me a liar. This is your best customer service? All in all ruined mothers day and a headache to deal with. Will be filing chargeback soon unless they decide to offer me some refund and I will update this review. read more

Lino and Jason came to my rental condo in a very short notice on a Sunday. They are professional, fun, and did a great cleaning. The price per hour is good, and they were generous on the clock. They even fixed my screen door's wheels. A small suggestion is that they provide a two hour window for arrival time, it'll be nice if they can shorten that or call me half hour before arrival. I guess the cleaning industry all does the window thing but it's just so inconvenient for the customer. read more

I've used this company at least 3 times over the last couple of years. They have been prompt, professional and get the job done. My condo is on the 2nd floor, has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and living room area and kitchen. It can get quite dirty having 3 people live there. I usually get a clean when people move out so new people can move in Lino, the owner usually sends out a crew to clean. Each time they have come and cleaned my place I have been quite satisfied with the quality of the work. They do a thorough job and are prompt. My tenants were impressed with their work as well. Everything is so clean! I hung out for the two hours and watched the progress, and I understand why there are so many reviews referencing the price being higher than expected. Basically most people (like me) probably underestimated the amount of mess but I watched these 3 ladies work and they really did work the full 2 hours. I have a 700 square foot apt and had them do a general clean all over and a deep clean of the kitchen and bathroom. It takes a lot longer than you might think because they take everything apart and clean it and put it all back together (oven, range, fridge microwave) but that's what a deep clean is supposed to be! I'm really happy with the outcome! The women were very nice, one spoke a little English but I understand Spanish and can speak enough to get by so it was not an issue. **********UPDATE*********** Buyer beware!!! No insurance!!! Two cleaners came by while I was at work and let my toilet overflow, completely destroying my condo and causing $20,000+ in damage. They also left the garage door wide open (meaning they did not lock up when they were finished). I am so pleased with the service I was provided from Lino and his team! My family and I are moving out of our townhouse and we needed a serious deep clean. Our carpets had dirt staining from all the people coming in and out from the move and my master bathroom shower was in bad shape from my home's hard water. Excellent experience. Lino made me feel completely taken care of from start to finish. After a horrible experience with Green USA Cleaning Company, I kind of prepared myself for the worst. I didn't want there to be any confusion, so I told Lino every detail about my house and what I wanted cleaned, etc. I was very worried it was going to be too much or too difficult to do in said time frame, etc. He quelled my concerns and just let me know that they have seen it all. No matter how difficult a house is to clean or how long it takes or what kind of hyphy products they need to use, they will get the job done. Simple as that. They did a deep cleaning and he explained clearly everything that was included. I also added on the inside of my oven, fridge, and windows. There were cobwebs and years of dirt/grease/soot whatever else caked onto the oven/shower/stove, etc. (since before I even moved there) and it was spotless when I returned home. They even threw out all my old food for me and empty bottles in my bathroom. Even the fireplace/furnace was spotless. And let me tell you, I live in an old mountain home. I thought it was impossible to look this clean. Also, they put all my beauty products back in their proper place on the bathroom counter as I had asked. The one thing I couldn't stand about cleaners growing up (I know, first world problems) was stuff would go missing. Not the case here at all. My boyfriend was amazed at the oven and the shower when he arrived home. My cat was so excited he was doing donuts around the house trashing the place afterwards lol. Lastly, when I opened my bedroom door and saw my bed, I was LMAO. The cleaners had put this boob pillow my bf got as a gag gift right in front of all the other pillows on this perfectly made bed lol. For example carpet cleaning is separate and cost additional money (which is not obvious from website and yelp recommendations). - It's preferred to be there while they cleaning, so you can review work and provide immediate feedback. A day before I was asked if it would be fine for a 4-person 1-hour clean, which was nice for me since I could save some time. The 4-person team came almost on time. Started immediately on deep cleaning my heavily soiled apartment. I asked about window blinds (vinyl) cleaning, and Lino made a comment that replacing them would be cheaper than cleaning them. It was great because that saved time for deep cleaning other places. I have a one bed one bath and after an hour my whole apartment became shiny white. Mold in bathroom were gone. Greaseless in the kitchen. All floors brushed and swept. Carpet vacuumed. They even organized the stuff on the countertop (which to-date I kept the organization). Wish I have taken some pictures to show. To be fair I have not used another cleaner, but their performance is accurate to their previous 5-star reviews in my experience. My first time ever using house cleaner. I haven't got a chance to do deep clean my house for 6 years. However, one of the tenant moved out, and the bathroom + room were super dirty and smelly. I browsed around Yelp and found Qualiclean. Talked with Lino on the phone and scheduled appt. They showed up really on time at 2pm. I asked them to clean a whole house including 3 bathrooms , 3 beds, kitchens and all windows. Overall, I was really happy with the outcome. They had 4 cleaners working non stop for 3 hours, and clean a lot of mold , grease, and spider webs out. My house is clean now. Will come back to them again for cleaning PS: I had around $800 cash in one of the drawer that was opened during cleaning. However , it was still there so they are really honest people. read more
