They lied to me about replacing my brand-new battery, only to find out they swapped it for an old, used one. The very next day, my car broke down and I had to bring it back after spending $2000 on repairs. My car was kept in their shop for almost two months, and after calling every day, I was given excuse after excuse. When I finally got my car back, I found out that they had broken my window and didn't even bother to tell me about it. After reading several reviews, I can now confirm that Lou is unprofessional, and the mechanics are rude and dishonest. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. If you've had similar issues, I suggest reporting them to the BBB.

They told me certain things would be done and they were not. Communication became terrible and the work did not match what was promised. It honestly felt like they just tell you what you want to hear to get your business. Be careful bringing your vehicle here. It may sound like a good deal, but in my opinion it's not worth the headache. I wish I had taken my car somewhere else.

In the photo, you can see the remaining broken pieces. When we showed it to Mr. Mark, we were treated in the most discriminatory way possible. He told us that it had been broken for a long time, threw us out of the shop, and mocked us for being Latino and not speaking English well. He shouted "Go, go, go!" while making hand gestures for us to leave, as if we were animals, accompanied by two other men. We are senior adults--my husband and I--and we had never experienced such mistreatment in our lives.

I chose EF Tire & Auto Repair based solely on the excellent online reviews and because it was conveniently located near my home. I didn't have a personal recommendation, but I'm so glad I trusted what other customers had to say. From the moment I dropped off my car, I received outstanding customer service. The team treated me with kindness, empathy, and professionalism. They understood my situation and kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. Because of their honesty and transparency, I felt completely comfortable leaving my car with them and going to work without worrying. Although the repair took some time, I appreciated that they were being thorough and making sure everything was done correctly rather than rushing the job. At one point, my car required a specialized repair that could only be handled by the Hyundai dealership. Instead of simply telling me to take it there myself, they personally transported my car to the dealership for me. That level of service and dedication is something you rarely find today. I had a 2019 Ford Transient Connect and then brought in my Nephews 2007 Dodge 3500. Dale, the owner and his Son treated me like a long lost friend and are real square shooters and gave honest advice in regard to my equipment. I'm an Aircraft technician for a major airline and former Fireman / truck maintainer so I have a good idea what's going on! Dale was beyond fair with me and saved me Thousands in repairs With good advice to his detriment. Example, He could have fixed my Ford Transient Connect costing thousands but advised me "the transmission overall a defective design, I should get rid of it and sell it as is. " I traded it to car dealer and a year latter I received notice from Ford regarding it's transmission replacement.  I saw the review below involving the guy with the 1975 Eldorado and asked Dale about it. As an aircraft mechanic for 42 years, I can tell you as a technician we are not perfect all the time and sometimes things go wrong. Even the owner of the 1975 Eldorado admited it "Serious mistake but things happen". To me, It's how you recover from your mistakes that count! After speaking in depth with Dale about the issue and the video and photographic evidence he presented me, I feel Dale went above and beyond to remedy his mistake and fairly assuage a unsatisfied customer. However, as a Technician I have found in Life there are people you just can't make happy or they want things for free. I now have a friend and Transmission go to guy! Stopped by and the owner Kenny greeted me and I let him know I was there for an oil change and for my front brakes. It was a GREAT experience. It was not an all day process. Kenny was kind. He explained to me the service and I was happy to know my car will be fine. After the service, I definitely felt the difference. And now my parents car are running even better than before Idk how my parents conned me to running their errands while I'm visiting them but everything happens for a reason. My parents now have a trusted mechanic and a car with new brakes and an oil change. It also didn't cost me an arm and a leg nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of as a female.
