On my initial visit, it took two hours to complete basic procedures, and I was unable to receive a regular cleaning. I had to reschedule for the cleaning, but they called two hours before my appointment to cancel because the hygienist was unavailable. I finally had the cleaning done on my third visit. Additionally, I noticed that they billed my insurance for more than expected, resulting in an out-of-pocket charge of $29 for the X-rays taken during my first visit. When I checked in, I specified that I was there for a regular cleaning, but the front desk staff did not clarify this. It wasn't until I was in the hygienist's room that she asked if I was there for a deep cleaning, which was confusing. I confirmed I only needed a regular cleaning; otherwise, I would have faced additional charges for a deep cleaning procedure. Finally, when I was about to leave, the same staff member who checked me in requested an $80 co-pay. I questioned this since I typically don't pay out of pocket for a regular cleaning. She briefly stepped away to check with someone and returned shortly to inform me that I was good to go.

I knew when talking to Gina at My Kids Dentist within 1 minute that she was one of the first people who actually understood what I was saying and immediately took action and spoke with my insurance directly and had us in the clinic being seen the very next day. We love this clinic and I can't imagine taking our kids anywhere else! When I got there I had to ask again if they took my insurance and they said yes they do and proceeded with the appointment. The treatment plan included figuring out the original implants that had been placed, color matching, one veneer to fix a gap from previous dental treatment, and bonding. The whole process took about 2-months from start to finish, as I needed to have time between appointments for Dr to order the crowns, re-order new crowns for better color matching, then he wanted me to have time to live life a couple weeks to make sure I was happy with the temporary crowns before making them permanent. I enjoyed going to each appointment. Ulga was kind and friendly. The office was clean and had little details that I found to be calming, including candles and aesthetically pleasing decorations. I got to listen to headphones while Dr worked on my teeth. He fixed a cavity that was found during my last appointment. The best part about my experience with the treatment I received was the relatable and friendly interactions I had with Dr Han. He is great at what he does, and also great with people.
