I, like some others, learned about Keegan and Bosch Plumbing from a local/popular Vegas realtor on Instagram who touts Bosch as his go-to for plumbing needs - after also doing some due diligence and reading the reviews for Bosch, I thought why not. We bought our house in 2023, and the home inspector had noticed that the guest room shower's handle was loose, causing some water to drip from the cartridge whenever in use. Because it was a guest room rarely used, I paid no real attention to it until now, and the drips seems minimal enough. After having Travis from Bosch come out for an annual water heater flush (don't forget to do this everyone), I had him take a look at the issue, and he noticed that the cartridge (and other things in the shower/bath) had corroded to such a degree that the cartridge itself couldn't even be taken off. Because this guest bathroom will eventually be used every day, I didn't want to take any chances, so had Travis supply some options. Travis called Keegan (the owner of Bosch), and he immediately came out to troubleshoot. He analyzed the issue, and the recommendation was to replace the entire tub. So much corrosion had accumulated that leaving it as-is might have caused more extensive home damage down the line (flooding, structural damage spreading to other areas, etc.). While not excited about replacing the entire tub, it was something I had to do...and Bosch was able to have it entirely replaced the very next day. I was warned that a new tub might necessitate replacing tiles in our bathroom floor that get nicked up or broken from the demo, as well as extensive drywall replacement. More added on costs, but this was unavoidable. Well, after Travis and Roman from Bosch spend over 12 hours the very next day, not only does the new tub/shower look amazing, but ZERO tile work had to be done due to Bosch's ability to perfectly situate the new tub and not destroy any tiles, and the drywall work needed to do is FAR more minimal than anticipated. Not having to do this additional work was a lifesaver. All in all, I'm very glad I used Bosch and will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs. The professionalism, clean-up, and attention to detail was fantastic, and I will be recommending them to anyone I see. On a sidenote, don't let a small drip or leak go unchecked for months/years like we did (i.e., don't say to yourself "we never really use that room, so who cares"). Also, for new homeowners, really analyze all facets of the home's plumbing when doing home inspections. An innocuous comment from the inspector about a small water drip or loose handle might seem irrelevant at the time because you just want to finalize the deal, but down the line these "small" things can lead to replacing bigger things. I'm glad Bosch caught this before this turned into a nightmare. read more

The leak started in my upstairs bathroom and was seeping down through the ceiling into the garage, and my mom had discovered it and was understandably freaking out. They guided me through the repairs and took the time to answer all the questions from my warranty company over the phone, which was really tedious, and I appreciated that. Such great service. I called to get an estimate for several plumbing issues that I have in my house that was built in 1999. They took care of all the issues that I was concerned about. They replaced my water heater which was about to fail, and my water softener which wasn't doing much good. The owner took the time to get me a warranty on a Moen faucet which saved me some money. My laundry room had a sewer smell, and Bosch was recommended to fix it. I was charged $175 to replace the studor vent. The part can be bought anywhere online for less than $30. It took no tools to install it, since you just screw it on like a jar lid. I guess that's what they mean when they mention a "senior discount." Couldn't be more professional, pleasant and honest. They worked efficiently and were fast, on-time and very helpful with some other issues I was wondering about. We had another company give us a quote for today's project also - the company begins with a G and you see their vans around town. We saw red flags immediately when they described significant work including cutting through the hard wall. Their quote was extremely high and when I said I was having two other companies coming to quote us, I was asked, "How much do you want to pay?" Bosch's prices seemed reasonable and fair. Bosch performed a leak repair of my hot water line inside the wall. I initially called and Keegan the owner, came out immediately to identify where the leak was located. He was able to locate the leak and was able to arrange a mitigation company to come out and remediate the water damage. He had his crew led by Ramon to return and make the necessary repairs once the remediation was completed. They were great to work with and very professional. The gasket inside my tub handle broke. It caused my handle to lose its grip, so I couldn't turn the water off for my tub. This happened on Wednesday night around 8 pm. Here is a bit longer review if you want to take the time to read it. Bosch was one of four quotes I received to replace the main water line from the street to our house. They responded quickly to my Yelp quote and set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time and checked everything out and explained exactly what they were going to do and why they were going to it. I was also told that I may need additional parts added if the water pressure from the street was to high. The work was done the next day and I was told that the water pressure was not to high from the street and that I did not need the additional parts. Who does that these days? They could have easily charged me for parts and installation that I did not need. Another thing I really admired was that they did not try to upsell anything or offer to fix and replace other things that I had not called about. Every other company that gave a quote wanted to replace the water softener, water heater etc. Honestly I will have no need to ever get quotes for plumbing again. I will just call Bosch.
