    Gross. This place was disgusting. Don't stay there. dark and creepy totally not clean checked into my room with a bed unmade and sheets were not clean. Asked for another room not much better.

    Nope! Pass this place up. Rude and not welcoming front desk. Did not accommodate me with a king size bed nor a room near the elevator as I was carrying heavy bags. 2 out of 10 on cleanliness 0 out of 10 on customer service Dingy and just trashy all together Stay away or pay a few more dollars and go elsewhere. Never again. stinky lobby and rooms. Sheets stained with either period blood or fecal matter. Very disgusting.

    Bed bug our crew member found at their home just a day and a half after staying at this hotel.

    Beware, has bed bugs! I made reservations for various rooms the week of December 16th to 21st, 2021 for a small film shoot project I produced. When we arrived to the hotel we had to request to switch out of one of the rooms because the sheets were dirty. Unfortunately, the room that we got switched too ended up having bed bugs and we didn't do a good job of checking for them. Two of the crew members got several bites throughout our short stay at the hotel, and just a day after coming home they one of them found a bed bug in their apartment. Not only was the place unclean, the staff were incredibly unresponsive and unhelpful. I tried contacting the manager several times the week between Christmas and New Years and wasn't able to get a response until I sent them a threatening email on January 5th. Not only did we have the bed bug issue, they also added a bunch of bogus charges on our credit cards and were ignoring our requests for a refund. Turns out that the invoices they had sent were full of errors and they were charging us the "correct" amounts. They gave us a meager discount for the bed bug issue, which did not come close to covering the $1000 I had to spend on an exterminator for my crew member with bed bugs. They were also incredibly inflexible with cancellations due to a covid case. I will never be coming back to this Quality Inn and I wouldn't recommend anyone ever stay here.

    ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WHERE DO I BEGIN!!! This the a portion of the letter I send to corporate about this hotel. I have contacted the Health Department about my concerns. Upon check-in to our room on 09/2/2022 at 7:50 PM we noticed that the room had the following issues: 1. No waste basket anywhere in the room. Noticed when we went to throw out our dinner trash. We were heading down to the pool, I was in a swimsuit, and we stopped by the front desk to tell them we needed a waste basket. The woman at the desk in an extremely rude tone asked "Well did you do an early check-in?". I informed her no we just checked in an hour ago. She said fine we will have a basket sent up. I asked her if she could take my trash that was in a paper bag to put it in a trash can she had next to her behind the desk. She said there is a trash can out the front door around the corner I can take it to. I informed her "No, I am not going outside in my swimsuit to take the trash out" and left it on the counter. 2. The room (walls, ceiling, floors, bathtub, doors, mirrors) were dirty and disgusting. 3. Black mold on the ceilings. Noticed when I laying on the bed at 1030PM that night. 4. Black mold in the bathroom. Noticed when I went to take a shower after the pool. 5. Mold on shower curtain and around bathmat. 6. Floor so dirty that when the children took their shoes off and we walking around in their socks we noticed they were black on the bottom. The room had a hard floor, no carpeting. 7. That night we rebooked at another hotel. In the morning I went to the front desk, told them I wanted a refund and was leaving. The front desk gentleman then called another person on the phone. He then informed me that they would only refund me the cost of the nights I didn't use. 8. Zero outlets in the bathroom at all even though the sink, toilet and shower were located in it. 1 outlet in the outside bathroom area. 9. No working vending or ice machine on my floor. 10. Ice bucket and tray dirty. 11. Entrance door dirty. 12. Bathroom door dirty and falling apart. This is totally unacceptable! We stayed, with 2 small children, in a room with black mold.

    Clearly states $299.00 is the max amount.

    While the room was nice there is no way it was worth $369.00 plus tax. $425.49 is ridiculous. For 1 night!!!! Never again!

    I can't say in words how impressed I have been with the service and the quality of stay at Quality Inn & Suites in Danbury, CT. The beds were very comfortable, they have a nice heated pool and the cleaning services and front desk people were always courteous. We stayed here because the pricing but received 5 star service. Thank you Akshay and Sai for your professionalism and service before self attitude. You both made my families stay at your hotel very pleasant.

They're uncomfortable and make my back hurt so bad I can't walk the next day. When price line said this place had a pool and a hot tub I got excited. It was one of the mystery deals where you don't know which chain you're booking until after you pay. Ok maybe this will be Hiltons chance to turn my opinion around. Yeah... So there's an accident on the expressway slowing us down we've been the car for HOURS it's been a pretty crappy week could really use a few minute soak in the hot tub so I call the front desk to ask nicely if they could please grace us a few minutes when we arrive as it will be 9 minutes to 10 when we arrive and we'll still have to check in and change. The front desk had the opportunity to make my week better and my stay more pleasant and chose not to. It closes at 10 no exceptions. It's Hilton policy... too bad their policy isn't to provide an exceptional guest experience. My policy is to leave 1 star reviews for subpar services no exceptions. We decided to buy a Spencer Sofa Roll-arm 93" by 24" and we love it. The new furniture gives the ouse a new look to our great room. Our Spencer Sofa is impressive. We choose our fabric and color including customize the cushions with help of Ellen Kily - the designer and associate. Ethan Allen did a beautiful custom finish on our sofa. I love the firmness , size and number of all the sofa cushions. They are a high end furniture company and the value is absolutely there. They did finally fix it on the last day after several requests and email and because now water started leaking from the pipes. We had to use our clean towels to soak up the mess. Due to this issue we missed our prepaid breakfast two of our days here. Breakfast was nothing to brag about. There is coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning. AC had dirty vents so breathing was an issue and the fridge was very noisy.

I know that you can't please everybody and trying is next to impossible, but while I found the mattress to be rock hard, the first words out of mom's mouth was how much she loved the mattress and got the best night of sleep she's had in a hotel in ages. I have a pillow top mattress at home, so this isn't the hotel's fault. The other thing we loved was the check in experience in this sense. We couldn't help but mention that one of the things we were doing was going to singer Daryl Hall's restaurant/night club in Pawling, NY. Our check in clerk had absolutely no idea as to who Daryl Hall or Hall and Oates were whereas we've seen them play live five times. So the other check in clerk ( Rebecca ) starts belting out her rousing rendition of their classic " Rich Girl " trying to see if her fellow employee knew the song. He didn't, but to her credit, she showed a ton of personality and enthusiasm, which you don't necessarily get with a lot of people, especially when you deal with the public all day long. There was one downside to the hotel and that was we heard every horn honk, screeching tires and whatever else was going on outside the hotel. While I understand that a hotel can only do so much, it definitely needs more insulation or soundproofing as it can make it hard to fall asleep. The hotel however did make do and tried its best to put its best foot forward and if in the area ever again, I would stay here again.

Immediately I received alert someone use my card at Walgreens 1hr away from this hotel. It's a headache! (hours on the phone) calling the credit card to dispute all purchases that I did not made.
