I bought my reverse osmosis water cooler with hot and cold taps almost 7years ago when we were living in Hawaii. We moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and Jeremiah has still been able to offer great customer service! My son recently broke the hot water handle (don't ask me how) but he did. I had been okay with it so far but the other day was just fed up. So I reached out to Jeremiah, told him what had happened and he was like sure I can replace that! Wow! He took a picture of the replacement part and I was over the moon it was an easy process and something I could do. He sent it from Hawaii and a few days later it came in the mail, I called him and he gave me step by step instructions - insisting to be very careful and not to get burnt. Well I replaced it - easy peasy! For $40 - what can I say, I love it! Thank you for always giving me great speedy service.

I finally got so frustrated I went searching on yelp and found Water Group 7. Jeremiah scheduled a consultation to address my concerns. He listened to all my issues and was very honest about what he would suggest and what he wouldn't based on percentage rate of effectiveness for the area and also the esthetics. So I decided to go with a reverse osmosis system to at least help with the water quality that I used for drinking and cooking with. The system unfortunately wasn't working properly due to no fault of theirs. But they addressed the issue until the problem was solved. Jeremiah and his brother are so great to work with! I highly recommend Water Group 7 for your water issues.

We've been receiving deliveries like clockwork, so I've not had to contact customer service at all. Another reason I haven't had to call them is that so many features are automated, and I mean this in a positive way. I mentioned in my initial review that I liked being able to go online and directly manage some of my account details. I just logged in to my account and the main screen is divided into: * Billing Information - where I can update my phone number, email address, and password. * Delivery Information - here also I can update my phone number and email address - for purposes of delivery, so they could be different from the billing information. Also displayed are the driver and route codes, and the next scheduled delivery date. * Account Balance - mine shows $0.00 due, probably because I have them automatically charge my credit card each month. * Open Invoices - there are no open invoices, again probably because of auto charges to my credit card. * My Deliveries - prominently shows the next delivery date, where there is a button to click to skip that delivery. Another option is to "View Deliveries." * Favorites - just has an image and description of the type of water being recurringly delivered. In the upper-left corner of the page is a menu icon, and when I click on it, the options are: * My Dashboard - takes you back to the main, initial screen. * Billing - I used this option recently to update my credit card details. * My Orders * My Account Besides their website, I receive email and phone reminders if there is a delivery scheduled for the following day. I am also able to download a PDF version of their delivery calendar, and there is even a way for me to upload the calendar of deliveries into my personal (Proton) calendar, accessible online or through my calendar app, which now shows me delivery dates for the upcoming months. As a home owner you have a lot of responsibilities where you need to juggle many responsibilities such as but not limited to finances, insurance, property taxes, preventative measures and maintenance. The other week I wasn't feeling well and stayed home from work which ended up a blessing in disguise as I had a leak in one of my 50 gallon tanks. I noticed the leak from the night before where I shut all but one valve and turned off the electric breakers. As water leaks can lead to property damage, I had to immediately get a plumber as I'm not a DIY person. I reached out to my BIL where he recommended either Allen's Plumbing (AP) or Roto Rooter. I decided to first check AP on Yelp and saw low ratings from good friends of Peter Y. and Victoria A. It's unfortunate my friends had below average experiences with AP where I was skeptical. But I trust my BIL and took the leap of faith. AP is a local company that started in 1982 servicing 24-hour service to both Oahu and Maui. The process was simple and efficient. I called first thing on a Friday morning and after addressing my issue, I was advised their plumber can be at my home at around 11am. Their dispatch contacted me a little before 11am to inform Jonah, their plumber, is on his way and arrived at about 1120am. After the assessment, it was determined that one of my hot water tanks had both internal and external leaks. I was provided an onsite quote of replacing the tank, installation, labor, parts, and disposal of the old tank. I was forewarned by my BIL of the higher than usual quote with AP, but trusted the integrity, service and professionalism of AP and agreed to the proposal. After committing to the quote, staff went on the road to secure my water tank replacement and came back about an hour later. This allowed me some time to clear the area and place more towels on the floor as water accumulated. When the staff returned, I advised them to use the side gate for a much easier access to the wash room. Luckily it was a breezy and sunny afternoon, ideal conditions in transporting the water tanks and installation. It took about 3 hours for Jonah and his colleague to disconnect and remove the damaged tank and install the new tank. I'm no expert in this field but waited patiently as I do have solar panels which perhaps caused extra steps in removing and installing. When I saw one of the staff load a box with the leaking water tank into their van, I sensed the task was soon to be completed. Prior to Jonah leaving, I did also mention my sink fixture in one of the bathrooms needed to be replaced where he also gave me a quote. It was already late so it was agreed I'd be calling back once I've made arrangements to have my sister house sit for me due to my work schedule. I paid my bill in full and the boys left my home. I had some minor tidying up to do as the laundry room floor was still wet. Overall, an amazing first experience with AP where I'd be sure to contact them again. I am impressed of their service, professionalism, dedication and knowledge of their industry by providing the service to get the job done. Note that due diligence is also required by the consumer. Highly recommended.

Saturday morning, after 14 yrs my water heater finally tapped out and started leaking through the…read morebottom insulation and panels. Thankfully, we caught it in time!! No water or mold damage to my unit or the connecting unit.. whew...!! I messaged a few companies via yelp and some were very slow to respond (days later), but Allen's Plumbing were surprisingly instantaneous. I'm sure it was a bot at first, messaging me for heater info, but once info was submitted, Kane (Allen's rep) contacted me and started appointment process. By Sunday I was locked in for a job assessment appointment. Though there was some unplanned, uncontrollable challenges the day of assessment appointment, Kaohu (Allen's scheduler), was able to request necessary information / photo's to keep the work process moving forward. Thankfully this made things so much easier and faster. By the end of the phone call I was booked for heater replacement. Following day I received another call from financing as I chose to finance the repair instead of out of pocket.. (yes they have financing options).. they let me know that I was approved for financing and that they would furnish me with a quote. Later that day I received the quote for 3 repair options: 1) replace in kind, 2) replace entire system: heater, solar panel, circ pump, piping and valves, or 3) downsize and upgrade to hybrid system. The quote was very transparent! Cost to replace, discovery work, tax credits and even cost of equipment and valve replacements that was not included in option 1 package. I took a gamble and chose option 1 - 'replace in kind' hoping my existing equipment and valves were still good and functional. Thursday came and the technician's showed up.. I call em the 3-J's: Jonah, Jesse, and Jaren (haha). They got their tools and equipment situated and got right to work. Pulled out the old heater and installed new heater. Relocated existing pipes and circ pump to now sit on top of heater, freeing up some space in my already small/ storage less townhouse.. The team was very polite and kind, worked well with each other and very respectful with noise.. I almost forgot they were out there working lol. Anyhow, the boys got it done, left the place cleaner then I gave it to them and walked me through the install and changes before they left. Really appreciated the work they did and how professional they were. Side note: option 1) replace in kind. This option did not include circ pump, mixing valve and or controller. If my equipment didn't function correctly it would have been additional cost to me. So big gamble on my part. I'm highlighting this because the guys made every effort to inspect existing equipment and since found in good condition, did not replace it 'just to make the sale'. So I felt effort and honesty should be highlighted in this review. I really REALLY appreciate that about this company and work crew. They weren't out to take my make money. Overall.. great job to the 3-J's and admin team! I highly recommend Allen's for your next job. Mahalo for making this experience a less painful and enjoyable one. A hui hou -Happy Customer

As they have told me before purchasing the machine, it took exactly 1 year before I needed to replace with a new filter. Since 8/2018, I no longer buy any plastic bottled water. At the beginning, I could not taste the difference but now when I drink plastic bottled water, I can taste plastic. Whoever is thinking about purchasing Kangensui Water Machine, I seriously recommend to purchase one. Hano Naka, Inc. sells machines from Japan. This Christmas, my sister gave me 2 (two) "Maguchan". This works like a detergent but free of chemicals. Since my washing machine is big, I use 2 maguchan & 1/5 of Oxi clean powder detergent from Costco. (I used to use a full amount of Oxi clean powder detergent before) To my surprise, this Maguchan stuff works like a magic. It gets rid of the smell though I only used 1/5 of detergent in stead of full amount!!! I am telling all my friends to try it too since it will not pollute the river & ocean. My sister told me 1 Maguchan is $25. I was told that you can buy it from Hano Naka Inc. as well as J Shop on Young Street. It ended with an extremely efficient Lyle replacing the faucet quicker than I could reconnect to the internet (seriously, that really happened). He also graciously took the time to explain and educate me on why the toilet is fine with just a few minor adjustments and how my electric bill could be unintentionally impacted with raising the temperature on the water heater. Lyle could have simply replaced the valve and flapper in my toilet and easily adjusted the thermostat in my water heater as I requested, but he didn't. He chose to save me money instead of pocketing additional profit for his company. In this day and age, that rarely happens. Requested HECO to come out and discovered the 100 amp breaker melted the plastic behind it and basically fell apart. Anyways, by just providing him a picture he could tell just the breaker needed replacing instead of the whole panel, which would've costed thousands. Johny is super knowledgeable and friendly. He ended up checking all my breakers and if there were any overload. Basically made sure everything is safe and up to par. Got everything done within an hour including having HECO come back to reenergize my house. Everything is back to normal again. So thank you very much Johny and Grand Hawaii Electric. I couldn't even figure out how to stop the water from coming out and within minutes water was pouring down the stairs and leaking into the floors below the kitchen. After calling everyone I could think of, including the board of water supply, with no one providing any help, I typed in "plumbers" into Yelp and started cold calling down the list. First Class Plumbing was the third company listed but the first one that seemed to care. I was warned that I was calling after hours so I'd have an emergency fee if I wanted service now... I joked "fine - this is an emergency" and was told I'd get a call back as soon as they could get ahold of one of their plumbers. I went back to trying to heave buckets of water into a nearby sink and received a call back 15 minutes later. The plumber was so calm, and after hearing that I was still dealing with gushing water, explained to me how to stop the water flow. He asked me to send him pictures of the burst pipe and the faucet and got off the phone to price everything out including replacing the pipes and faucet. After doing all that work he told me what the cost would be and then said it was no worries if given the price I didn't want to continue on - or at least wait until it wasn't an emergency (an extra $150 charge). I said I definitely wanted the service and he came right out and fixed the burst pipe. I would already have been raving about this place for their competent service if it had been a normal scheduled appointment. But the fact that this company and the plumber were there for me when no one else was, and went above and beyond walk me through how to stop the problems and extremely quickly look into part costs for me before I ever even agreed to the service has made me a loyal customer forever!

The response times were less than 5 minutes after I left a message. Both times their services were exceptional. Jomar and Spencer showed up on scheduled appointment. There were some heater modifications that needed to be done and Jomar explained how he would do it without going into any walls or removing other barriers. I highly recommend Rock-O-Rooter and they are my 1st contact for Plumbers services on my phone.

Our kitchen sink drain was leaking at the P trap. Might be a common problem, could have been bad installation initially, but nevertheless, Ogami Plumbing was able to fix it! It was such a relief that a real person answered the business line when we called. You don't know how frustrating it is to call a business, only to hear a recording that doesn't take messages. Ogami Plumbing not only ANSWERED the phone, they provided a quote and had a plumber scheduled in no time at all.
