The office has since been taken over by Dr. Lee. My daughter Noa has been going here since birth 2022. She had a wellness check today after not being seen since early last year since I didn't find it necessary. I noticed the office staff has different people and all very nice and more attentive than previous staff. It's a no fuss type of office and with being checked in, waiting in the room, and filling out paperwork and actual appointment we were out within an hour. They have great children's books in waiting room which my daughter enjoyed. Dr. Lee is very thorough and has patience. She is a great choice right now for my daughter and I felt was attentive in her needs as I felt my daughter deals with asthma and seasonal allergies. Recommended a few things, a specialist, and the medical assistant/nurse was also very kind and did my daughter's vitals and vaccines quick and easy. I held off on vaccines for a bit and no questions asked. However, I did sign a form on this last visit that they do go along with the vaccine schedule. I'll keep going here, my daughter along with myself felt comfortable here. read more

Avoid this office. The manager JANICE and staff will treat you like you're an annoyance. They are quick to be rude, smirky, and as little helpful as possible. First, they don't know the dosage of the drugs/vaccines they are administering. They will just inject your child and expect no questions. If you dare to ask any questions, be prepared for a snappy response. I asked about the dosage and it took 3 people to figure out what they are administering. Second, they spelled my child's name wrong on her vaccine card. They refused to correct the name because it was too much trouble for them. My daughters name is MELANIE and this is exactly how its spelled on her insurance card that we presented. They ignorantly spelled it as MELONEY. They expect us to just deal with it and get out of their office. Good luck if you decide on this office for care. read more

The "office manager" Janice has the worse leader ship skills, definitely entry level position. Communication skills are horrible!!! She's rude & shows lack of respect & courtesy. Does not care about her patients especially pediatric patients. I paid her co pay she demanded from me just to talk w a dr over the phone. Not even a zoom appointment. DR reassured me that I would receive a letter per request that was needed by the end of the day. It was my 4th time calling 3 business days later still have not received anything by this time I'm frustrated but still held my Composure. After explaining myself speaking with the same front desk lady that I spoke to earlier in the day , I was transferred to the "manager " without notice or request. You would think that after speaking to an office manager for a medical office in regards to a toddler My request would be sent right away especially since she advised me that the DR had already written the letter. But rather she told me " maybe I'm to blame for getting a run around due to me being difficult " when all I wanted was an answer in regards to my request and DRs Agreement. If the DR already wrote the letter why not send it. She's always rude and unprofessional puts me in a difficult situation since my kids have been patients of Tiffany Quan for years now. So after calling again before the office closed 4:45 I was placed on hold for 10 mins so I hung up and called again 5:55 I was transferred to multiple voicemails. I called blocked 5:58 and got an answer. It was the office manager JANICE she says oh let me transfer you to somebody 5:59 & once I was transferred the voicemail asked for a PIN number. She purposely kept me on hold all that time so that I would have to wait another day. JANICE is so unprofessional and likes to play games. I don't find any of this funny. I will get an attorney. My son went to Dr. Quan for 4 years, until we started getting second opinions. They had my son on 5 medications for allergies, when we noticed that my son seemed to have problems hearing us we made an appointment. The Dr. said his hearing was fine. We got a second opinion from a Dr. at another practice. This new Dr. actually took the time to test his ear fluid. As it turns out my son had so much fluid in his ears that he was only hearing at 46%. We switched to the new Dr. p.s. If you request any paperwork (for school enrollment) they will never call you back, you will just have to go down there 2 weeks later. Then expect to wait 30min. while they find your papers between other various stacks of lost paperwork. read more

This was my second time having my daughter see a dr at this office. She has now been seen by Dr Lee and Dr Quan, both of whom were very professional and informative. Today specifically, I did not have an apt for my daughter and they allowed me to walk in. My daughter was seen within 5 mins of sitting down, and our whole visit only took about 20 mins. My family has been with Dr. Quan and Dr. Lee for about 10 years. They are excellent doctors who take the time to listen to our medical needs. Due to their current schedule, it has been difficult to see a doctor, you have to schedule about 2 weeks out. I have resulted in taking my kids to urgent care. Janice pick up the line that morning and asked if she could add my kids to a waiting list if the office has a cancellation they would call me as soon as possible. Janice called me within 15 mins adding both kids and I was able to see Dr. Lee the same morning. This pediatrician is AMAZING! I love this office and everyone who works there! They are so kind and really care about your baby! I live in the high desert and the pediatrician I took my older kids to is not as great as here. My baby was born premature and they show the charts to show me her growth curve and are always keeping up on my babies other appointments and her health! They are so amazing here! Horrible. I have three kids and they've been going to her for 6 years (2 of my kids have been seeing her since birth). At first she was great, even despite her amazingly incompetent admin staff. But through the years we noticed a decline in service. All of sudden my kids were being seen by a different doctor, then a physicians assistant. We were lucky if we ever got to see Dr. Quan. But heres what totally turned me and has got me searching for a new Doc.... My son was born 4 yrs ago. There was some complications and he had some scar tissue on his shin. Dr. Quan checked him and told me it should go away by the time he's 3. He turned 3 and the scar tissue had grown to the size of a ping pong ball. I take him to her office, and the other doctor says she and Dr. Quan thinks it's best to refer him to a dermatologist. So after 2 weeks of calling her idiot staff, I finally get a referral. I call the specialist they referred me to and the number has been disconnected!! Frustrated, I went back to the doctors and they tell me they'll get back to me. They never got back to me. So amidst their relocation, I wait until they get settled because they were a complete mess (worst than usual). My son just turned 4 & I went in to get a new referral last week. The NEW doctor was dumbfounded at my sons scar tissue which is now the size of golf ball. By the way I waited an hour after my appointment time before getting called after I showed up 15 min early. I told the NEW doctor that Dr. Quan knew about it and told me it was supposed to go away. The doctor leaves the room for 30 minutes, comes back and tells me she spoke to Dr. Quan and Dr. Quan said I must be mistaken because she didn't remember any of this. Do you think Dr. Quan stopped in our room to maybe take a look or jog her memory?? NO! I was told by the new doctor that I'd get a call by Thursday for my referral. It's now Monday..and no call. Do not take your kids here. They don't care. Trust me. read more

My kids have been seeing her for 4 years but i've just changed their pediatrician due to her staffs. I love Dr. Quan but her staff are horrible. They are not helpful at all. My daughter has dual insurances and her secondary insurance is IEHP but her staff doesn't want to send authorization to IEHP to get covered all of her deductible for MRI at Lomalinda... I've have two kids my oldest has been coming here for 10 years and my other son now 2 has been going been going here since birth. I love this doctors office. I love Dr. Quan and even though I haven't seen her often her PAs are amazing. They listen to me, they take their time. I have health anxiety so I sometimes I over due it with my kids that everything is wrong with them, but they take their time, explain to me if I'm completely crazy lol or they send me for tests just to be sure. I have never got the "I don't know " or no it's fine without an explanation. The staff is also very sweet and even though their wait times have been long in the past, now during covid I'm in and out, the wait has always been worth it though. Ive read some comments saying they never call back or they haven't done certain things. You have to understand EVERY doctor/doctors office is going to make mistakes. Whenever they have done something whether forgot to call or maybe didn't submit something they fixed it very quickly. I always recommend dr. Quans office for all my new mommies! read more

My son has been with Dr. Quan for 10yrs, since birth and while I have no complaints with her as a pediatrician, I absolutely hate dealing with her office staff and trying to get an appt is ridiculous. Also in the 10 yrs we have seen our actual Dr. Only a handful of times as they have a revolving door of full in drs. After 2 days of research, I de.cided on taking my 3 children to Dr. QuanI I see a couple of bad reviews here and I feel a responsibility to share my 2 cents. My kids have been going there for 6 months now and I am very satisfied. The staff is professional, the facility is very clean and new, and Dr. Quan spends quality time to answer all my questions (and as a paranoid parent, I have a lot of questions). At first I chose Dr Quan for my daughters pediatrician based on location. She was very close to us. That's changed. I absolutely love this doctor! Love her! I don't know what I would do with out her. My daughter loves to visit her. She's been seeing her since she was a baby and she's still her primary physician at the age of 5 and I don't think that'll change for as long as she'll have us. She's so very attentive and really takes her time to listen and explain things. She truly cares about her patients. I thoroughly enjoyed getting calls from her following previous appointments. She asked questions and expressed any concerns or would help me to keep an eye out on certain things. I don't think I've ever had a doctor that expressed that level of personal interest. OMG! A&B ! "Above & Beyond" There are only three words I can think of to describe the level of hospitality I received from Dr. Tiffany Quan's office. It all started on 7/14/17 my Autistic son wasn't feeling well at all after recently being bit by a tick. there's this one nurse there that every time I go she just seems like she doesn't want to be there. I get it , its work who wants to be at work... but a job that requires children and health I feel like the energy should be more light hearted. The first time my daughter got her shots the nurse didn't do anything to make her feel comfortable with her she just said " mom hold her " . then aggressively gives the shot. she did it to aggressive I said " dang " aloud. the second time we came back for her appointment they gave me the same nurse to give my baby her shots so me being nice I gave her a second chance because maybe she had a bad day the last time, welp nope I think that's just how she is her energy is not it . she again didn't make my baby feel comfortable and then aggressively gives the shot. also, when I took the band aids off she had a scab so to me that means u went to deep while giving a shot because I have never hd a shot scab up unless they didn't do it correct. Dr. Quan has been my daughter's pediatrician since the day she was born. She was wonderful from the very first day she visited us in the hospital. It is true, the wait can be painfully long, as with most other medical offices, but it varies day by day. I try to book morning appointments to avoid lengthy delays and always requests to see Dr. Quan herself. I try to be well informed before our visits and tend to ask many questions. She is very attentive to my concerns and sometimes even gives us a personal phone call to follow up. That is truly a doctor who cares! Highly recommended! I would very much like to give a -99 stars, unfortunately I can't find that option , but I will keep trying. My daughter came here since her first month, and in 5 years we have never once met Dr Quan ! It's like a hidden object game where the damn object is missing in the picture. We have met here so many other doctors or PA's or whatever they are, and most of them either don't actually have kids or they graduated at the university of Backwater USA. Numerous times we came in with a child borderline on bronchitis and the docs looked at us and said "just give her Tylenol for fever, it doesn't look like she has pneumonia yet " YET ?!?!?!?!?! We have been asked numerous times if our child has asthma , even though they hold her records in their hands, and they are the only ones seeing her. also the appointments go great , you make them, you show up 15 minutes early and then you wait 2 hours past your time. They forget about you, and after complaining loudly , they decide to let you in. On three occasions we ended up in the ER or the urgent care within 6-8 hours after seeing the doctor. We have a new insurance and we are going somewhere else in January, I am running away from this place like the plague. You are better taking your kid anywhere but here. read more

I only write reviews when it is necessary. It can be for great service and extremely poor service. This is the ladder as normal, when you arrive in a doctor's office you are asked to wait as everyone is well aware. I arrived late to my daughters doctor's appointment and even spoke with front reception that i was running behind. Considering this specific office has made me wait a couple of times over 45 minutes I didn't think it to be an issue. When I arrived I was told that I needed to rescheduled after being late by 16 minutes. Considering it took me since August to make this appointment, get my daughter out of school early it is quite simply put to me that the staff in the back would like to go to lunch. The front office person understood my frustration and tried to recover me as a patient, but not at the behest of his direct report. There are many doctor's there with great reviews. This office over books and tries to make as much money as possible like the next. But there comes a point of common courtesy as they had none towards my daughter or to myself. I would much rather take her to a place and recommend to others to seek out other options in the Inland Empire area. Furthermore, i was hesitant to stay on since the doctor that was seeing my daughter left for Kaiser and considering I have great coverage I can go anywhere. I still decided to give them a shot and the first time I walk in late and not the other way around I am left with having to leave without my daughter being checked out and now looking for a new provider. Everyone that decides to read this long review, please remember there is still customer service at this level and it is not ok to be treated without dignity and respect which the nurse and doctor team did today. I say again, please consider this as you look at providers and decide if you believe your time or ypur child's time is worth coming to a place that cares about themselves versus there own patients. read more

From the start I have had problems with the staff here I have been waiting since March for a referral for my 4 year old every time I call I get the run around I'm so tired of dealing with this place and their careless, my sons eyesight is getting worse but of course they don't care. As a mother of a cancer patient you should know that if anyone does their HW it is us! We learnt it the hard way and when it comes to our kids health NOTHING is more important. If you are looking for someone who would read from a text book and have no idea how to do their job and all you wanna hear is (I am sorry and I dunno) then you are in the right place. I brought my daughter here (cancer sibling) hoping to find the health care I am looking for which unfortunately didn't happen. You are just a number here and unless you are on top of things all you will get is unprofessionalism and incompetence. Do NOT bring your kids here! I have nothing negative to say about Dr Quan. She is very polite, professional and shows interest in her patients. Although I like her I am kind of disappointed in Dr. Lee she is also very polite and caring for her patients but... She doesn't seem to talk with confidence which make me doubt if she even really knows what she is doing! I recently took my three month old to be seen and she would use words like "maybe", "I think", "it seems". I felt like she was just playing a guessing game. I also had to constantly ask her questions since she wasn't informative unless I would ask. In addition I didn't like how She was in a hurry to walk out of the room! Instead of making sure I didn't have any other questions or if I fully understood what my baby had. After that visit I am strongly considering either switching or just asking for Dr. Quan, I don't want her seeing my child anymore! read more

My girls, who are teens, come here now after the Pediatrician they have seen since birth closed his practice. My oldest is a competitive cheerleader and has had some injuries and other issues over the past year or so which has meant I have had my mostly healthy teen to a Dr more than normal. I have always gotten in to see the Dr when she has needed to without delay, our lobby wait is never more than 5 minutes and her Dr. always takes plenty of time with her and is diligent in being sure that she is healthy and well. We get whatever we need as far as referrals to specialists and treatment. If I have any complaint it would be only that she is overly diligent in being an advocate for my daughters full healing. ;) I have been very happy with all of her staff and with Dr. Quan. read more

Ever since they moved to Rochesters, the visits have been morbid. I've been there 3x since their relocation. For each visit, the wait has been 1 1/2 - 2 hours. The new facility is very nice but nobody wants to hang out in the waiting room for 2 hours watching cartoons. read more

However, for a couple years now there has been a decline in the service. I have had paperwork delayed (not ready when I was told it would be), LONG waits and now, I was not put on the schedule for an appointment I made days before. Love the Doctors here but they must do something about their room temperature. The lobby was uncomfortably warm and the rooms were not much better. We couldn't wait to get outside to cool off. Been coming here for years. I don't know why I haven't switched yet. Up for recommendations anyone?? No matter what time of day I come I wait a minimum of 30-40 mins just to get in. Then once we finally get in to see the doctor it takes at least another 20 mins. Also, I have 3 kids and they can never schedule their well check ups together. So I have to either do two separate appointments at different times during the day or two separate days. They definitely don't cater to parents at all. read more

I've had the displeasure of interacting with Shawn Yamamoto and Tiffany Quan each only once for my 3 year old daughter. Dr Quan, funny enough told us to do nothing and wait it out for the body to heal itself when I took my child in for a severe cold/flu fever/coughing which has lasted for 3 weeks already. Dr. Yamamoto, from only one interaction with her, I see she is impatient, does NOT like to listen, likes to talk a lot in repetition, and maybe she could care less because she rushed out the door and dodged all the questions. Needless to say, if you want to waste your time with these clueless ladies, then by all means go here. If you want your time to be valued and your children's health to be respected then go elsewhere. So I ended up taking my child to urgent care, thank God, the doctor there actually stuck around to speak/consult with us and prescribed my daughter some antibiotics.
