Idk if this is the right dental office I made an appt with but they never canned me to tell me when my spot was

This guy tried to rob my mom and all her insurance money. Not to mention he actually did and we had to call the insurance company to make him release the bill in which he did not do anything! But billed out treatments he did not do! Never once explained any treatments to her and did not tell her that her insurance will cover it. Be very very careful and do not trust him. Make sure you get all the receipts and documents for any treatment done. Check with your insurance in 2 weeks as well to make sure. He definitely takes advantage of emigrants elderly and truly is so sad. Unethical and highly immoral. Please do not be a dentist. Will be looking into filing a claim to the dental board for insurance fraud. read more

They use to be honest before when they 1st started at the tiny little hole; now as time past it all about how much money they make. Reception girl is very rude and not very helpful. The wife is horrible at cleaning your teeth but she the only choice. Quick and fast and after the cleaning; i still have stains from the unpolished job on my teeth. Co payment use to be very reasonable but now it's full price and same as other doctors around. I guess we have to go somewhere else for our oral health. There is no money plan for the work, they just give you a bill at the end and you have to paid what they ask. Shouldn't they tell you how much it cost at the beginning??? read more

It is a mixed feeling for me to write this review. I was referred to Dr Quang by my parents. I went there so often for almost two years that now I am not going there anymore I started to miss seeing everyone at the office. Dr. Quang is an ethical dentist and wants to make things right and I really appreciate that. I could see the genuine in him when I first met him and wanted to trust him with my teeth. His staffs are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my situation is complicated and I had to move on with a new dentist to meet ny expectation. BEWARE!! Do not go to his place. This dentist and his staff took advantage of my elderly immigrant mom promising that they would fix her teeth so she could finally chew her food properly. They lied and told my mom her insurance would not cover it and made her pay an additional $500 in cash. I found out that not only did they bill her procedure under MY insurance (ILLEGAL) because they knew it was my mom, but they also billed for additional work that wasn't done. My parents came back a week later to demand for their $500 back and but were waved off by the dentist. They insisted the insurance did not cover it (obviously a total lie). That's NOT the worse part. I don't know what they did but her gums bled for days and she was in pain for almost 2 weeks. I immediately looked for another dentist and we never returned again. In the end, not only did they commit insurance fraud and were paid more than the procedure was worth but they refused to give my mom her $500 back and put her in pain for weeks because this dentist is unskilled. That was literally all the money she had in her bank account. This is the shadiest office ever. They will take advantage of the elderly and those who don't know any better. FYI- after this post, I will also report this to the dental board and call my insurance to report fraud. They thought they could away with this because my folks are old and don't speak English but they messed with the wrong people. read more

Awful place to go to overall! Dentist have no moral. He takes my money and do a horrible job. Causing more pain and now my teeth is more sensitive. Spend over 3k on 2 teeth. Not to mention the receptionist. Super rude and unfriendly. Waiting time.... Over 1 1/2 hour every time. read more

I have started coming here 4 visits and I feel very happy every time I come!... All of staff are very friendly and polite from Reception, Consultants to Dr QUANG HUYNH. They do very good job and excellent services! The office is very clean and airy. New and modern dental equipment. Specifically, Dr. Quang HUYNH greets me with the brightest smile and shows me professionalism and respect in the process take care of my teeth!...I used to go to many dentists but there is no place that makes me happy like here!... This dental office used to be a great dental office. Dr. Huynh is an honest guy. He does not try to rob you by scaring you to do unnecessary dental works. Also, the price was reasonable. I do not know if this dental office has been sold to a new dentist. Something has changed. A staff or new dentist, trying to rob you by upcharge dental work. Also, he tried to get you to do unnecessary dental works. If you are a new patient looking for a dentist, then skip this one. If you are an old time patient, then please be aware that this office has changed. read more

I would never recommend this place to anyone, staffs so rude, the female dentist also rude, my mom came there and wanted to remove her teeth caused she got an infection and she told her that she'll get an authorization for her but 3 weeks later so called back and the staff said they didn't do it.... They ignored her.... I'll call to complaint about this to the insurance... never come to this place ever again.... read more

My family and I have been going to Dr. Quang for over ten years!! He is a great dentist and always listens to what we want ! We have gotten everything done from fills to implants and everything comes out so well and the staff is so warm and welcoming. We never feel any pain either with any procedure he has ever done. I came here because a family relative told me about them, and Im glad I did. I had been searching for a dentist that wouldn't put a huge hole in my pocket in order to get some dental work. I had gotten a quote at AltaMed for around 800 to get everything I needed done Another dentist I called was charging 75 dollars just for the first visit where , which I found pretty expensive and a kind of a rip off, I dont remember their name otherwise id state it, but if you're calling around and you get a quote for a 75 dollar first visit, its them anyways, after finding out about this place I gave them a call, they quoted me 25 dollars for the check AND the X-rays! Every other place I had called said X-rays would be extra but at this place after my first visit it was just 25 dollars out the door which included the X-rays and which I was more than happy to pay Once i got the quote for the work i needed done, no exaggeration , it was literally half the price AltaMed was charging me, and Im sure it would be three times less the other place would charge me The outside of the place doesn't look as fancy or big as other places, and its not in a great location, but don't judge a book by its cover. The people here have been very professional and have provided a great service at an extremely great price. I have been here twice already and I'm scheduled to come back a third time. This is definitely going to be the place I come to from now on, and if you're looking for somewhere that won't charge you an arm an leg for some decent dental work I'd suggest giving this place a try! read more

finding a good dentist is hard, so i hope this review helps whoever is searching for one. dr. quang is good and thorough. he tries to explain things as simply as possible and if you or he thinks you need a couple visits to fix whatever problem you have, he'll plan it logically. i've had my deep cleaning here and although that's never a pleasant experience, he was professional and made me feel comfortable even in the scary dentist chair. his office is kind of in the ghetto, next to a substance testing center hehe. of course the cleanliness of the facility and the quality of the machinery matters, but his office has the proper tools to do what he's gotta do for ya. it's only him at this office, so he does see several patients at once, but i've never felt like he overbooked. i think his receptionist books pretty well, overlapping them so that while my mouth numbs, he can go check up on another patient next door. read more

Dr. Quang always gave honest opinion and great pricing because I am one of those americans that can't afford insurance. He helps the patients more than himself IMHO thats why I recommend all my friends that are looking for a dentist to him. He's good at what he does and we have never had a complaint with him. Absolutely love this office. The receptionists, dental assistants and Dr Quang are all so awesome! They really care for your needs and do their best to work things out for your advantage. One of the receptionist even offered for me to bring my daughter in and said she would watch her if I wasn't able to find a sitter so that I could come in to see the dentist. The pricing at this place is phenomenal especially compared to other dentist offices. When my boyfriend was having extreme pain and had no insurance I had to shop around for the best place possible and this is where we found our God sent help. read more

Didnt make an appointment nor do I have insurance but they took me in happily and the wait time was very minimal. Made me feel right at home and didnt make me break the bank with the xray or the tooth extraction. Definitely recommending to family and friends. read more
