Welcome San Diego, This brewery is family friendly with all kinds of family board games for all the kiddos. Brews are one of a kind especially The Nebula Haze IPA which I am not a fan of IPA's but at 6.6ABV is pretty light and flavorful for an IPA. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a brewery that does not lack in hospitality!!!

Flight: Quantum Creamin', Project Seltzer, Boron Brown, Singularity Stout.

Love to visit local breweries and glad I stopped in here! The owner/bartender, Martin, was super cool to strike up conversation and also has an interesting background! He gave up 26 years in the biotech industry to do something he enjoys. Ordered a flight of light beers to and ended up with two growlers (one Quantum Creamin' and the other Singularity Stout. I was actually in the shopping center to meet family at the Pho place a few doors down, but since I was an hour early I decided to check out Quantum Brewing. The even cooler part is we were able to take our growlers to the restaurant! Martin is also open to having folks order from the food places and eat at his bar. Such a nice and supportive community. We will definitely be back! I'll keep bringing new people to frequent your place, Martin! Thank you!

I got along with Martin the head brewer and owner right away, and it's not just because we both like beer. We quickly bonded because he was also a biochemist - and he shows off his nerdy knowledge by naming all his beers after various scientific terminologies! Quantum brewing also has trivia on Tuesdays, which we showed up one time and had a blast. By the way, our team the Drunken -thons won 1st place that day - and we were rewarded with Quantum pint glasses. What can we say? Nerds kick ass and drink hard. After drinking, I highly recommend rehydrating your body with something soupy. Fortunately, Phở Duyên Mai is a few doors down. I've been hitting up both places in combination for a few times now, hope you enjoy it as well.

Cool spot .. no food offered at the brewery itself but there is plenty of it around. It's just one guy serving I think he's the owner of the establishment. There's board games. & cold beer don't forget the blueberry pie .. pictures here.

We visit some of the other restaurants in the same complex and finally tried this place out. They had some interesting beer flavors (red velvet) and plenty of seating seating. The bartender was nice and friendly as well. Parking has never been a problem here, there is a lot in the front and some parking in the back of the brewery in an adjacent lot. We ordered take out from a restaurant next door and brought it in to eat with our beers. Dogs are welcome here, we brought our Frenchie puppy and we all had a great time.

We came here after dinner. It's a cute small brewery. The bartender was really nice and helpful. They have variety of games, indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly as well. Very generous serving of flights.

Great range of beers! Love a stout and a sour. And lots of food choices next door too!

3.5 great improvement! I only wish the new owner changed the name or something because the previous brewery was seriously really bad. It's hard to associate something new with something that really put a bad taste in your mouth. But I cannot believe how much better the beer has gotten! And I cannot believe it went from 2 stars to 3.5 stars overall rating! The beers are definitely better tasting, very hoppy and refreshing except one- the pale ale which tasted a bit like cleaning supplies. Their IPAs are very hoppy and have a good taste. Wish they made a hazy one too. So much more and better potential then the last one.

As we parked I realized this was the former location for Council Brewing (RIP - I liked their bourbon barrel aged stout btw). Other than the large wooden council table removed and obvious branding & decor changes, the general layout looked familiar. We received a warm, friendly welcome from Remy, who shared the brewery concept and backstory. Sampled beers from their list of six offerings and said we would return. Additional return visits and fast forward to 2026 with Hopnonymous Brewing doing quite well. The front patio is built out with additional seating, table space, and another tv screen to accommodate beer loving sports fans. The rotating food truck and pop-up kitchen schedule offers a variety of eats in with Trivia Tuesdays. Hop beertenders are very nice and a positive reflection of Remy's hospitality. Customer service is key. Until next time...Cheers!

Taken from that Foreigner song. It was called Jukebox Hero. Play on words. It's common in the beer industry. Familiarity with a twist. My personal favorite is the Big Fundamental IPA, which they don't always have on tap since it's not one of the core beers here. I've tried at least 5-6 other styles and they were all top tier. Just think of this, in a time when local breweries are closing faster than they open, this place is thriving. No doubt very impressive. They recently took over the Little Miss brewing location on Adams avenue, and for good reason. Build the business. They needed this in the area. There is still enough demand for great beer as you get closer to North Park believe it or not. On my most recent visit they did my favorite beer and chatted with the owner Remy for a minute. I met him pouring the beers back when they first opened years back. Great friendly Frenchman I must say! He even invited me to come to the Adams location next week as they will be installing an air conditioning system, so I'll stop by. He has a beer waiting for me I just know it.
