Great beer, great service, great merch! Had their West Coast IPA and it was delicious. Bartender was engaging and fun and had Christmas movies on the TV. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Just an overall fun vibe![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Outstanding, gluten-reduced beer! Plus, weekly events like Comedy Night, SD Bluegrass Jam, and Jazz Jam. Duck Foot brews exclusively gluten-reduced beers, all of which are full flavored and delicious. I recently enjoyed a tasty Porter past Midnight, which was full of malty, roasted flavor. Very drinkable and not at all bitter or coffee heavy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The folks at the Bluegrass Jam made the afternoon pleasant, and tacos were available just outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The smoked marlin taco was wonderful. It is hard to believe that they opened 10 years ago! I am a fan of Duckfoot, and highly recommend giving them a try!

Second time coming to Duck Foot for a Cocu Social (cooking class) and let me tell you Duck Foot never lets me down. They offer a variety of diffrent brews making sure everyone can enjoy a beverage of their liking. My go to this time was the 2am Tacos which is a mexican lager. Super smooth to sip on and light. Good addition to this cooking class. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They also offer free water, an arcade that does have a photo booth.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They tend to have food trucks in their parking lot incase you're hungry. PS you can leave your car parked overnight which is such a huge PLUS. Thanks for everything Duckfoot, see you soon!

Came here to have a happy hour after work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was surprised for how many people were here on a Wednesday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The line was a little long but moved quick! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sat in the outside area and it was very nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Tried their guava and mango beer. Enjoyed my time. Would recommend to my friends.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This would be a 5 star review because I love this place but almost everyday around 5 the owners dog comes in and non stops yelps...and its a high pitched yelp and it ruins the vibe in the place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I complained and even the staff said " I know, it really annoying but its the owners dog"

Great selection of craft beers on tap.

Great selection of craft beers on tap. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The tasting room is dog friendly and they have tables outside that are sunset facing in the afternoon.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This might be my favorite brewery in the area. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Vibes are always great and fun.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good mix of the older crowd, new parents, and young professionals.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A lot of space on the inside and the variety of beers is fantastic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food vendors are always pretty awesome. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want to try something new.

Some of the best beer in SD and I've been to quite a few breweries out here. IPAs, blondes, pale ales, etc. staff is super cool at both locations. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Cool games for guests creating a fun vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice merch too and good music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 5/5

2AM Tacos - refreshing Baja lager

Duck Foot Brewing in Miramar next to the pyramid. What sets Duck Foot apart from the rest are the Gluten reduced beers which makes it a great option for patrons who have gluten sensitivity. On this visit I went with the cerveza style lager appropriately named 2AM Tacos. I asked the bartender about the name and he said they were sitting around eating tacos at 2AM and decided that a beer like this would go good with tacos at 2AM. Great name and great story. I loved this lager as it is perfect with a meal. Love the fact that there is ample parking and plenty of seating both inside and outside. I had a great time spending my lunch hour at Duck Foot Brewing and cannot wait to go back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Dog friendly, cozy interior and plenty of outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Plenty selection of delicious beer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's close by to fellow Miramar breweries like Ballast Point and Pure Project but this place has a warm aesthetic with its own unique character.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely recommend checking this spot out if you haven't already!

I've been here twice and both times were ok. It's great that they have food trucks and comedians sometimes. However, their beer and slushies were not my type of drinks.

Never thought I'd have such good rating for this place. I hated it when they were mainly a gluten-reduced brewery. I didn't like the beers. But now, wow, what a change. They have a wide variety of beers and almost every single one that I've tried was above average! They also have lots of events and hoppy hour from 4:20-6:20 where the Liquid Jam is only $5/pint. They have seatings both inside and outside and there's even a small arcade room!

The Kook Slams IPA from Duck Foot Brewing!
    Alden C.

Always enjoy trying out the breweries in San Diego! The latest one was Duck Foot Brewing. With this brewery experience Steve and I had the Kook Slams, an IPA which was pretty good. It was a solid installment to our brewery adventuring. Flavor highlights to expect with this beer is hoppiness, sweetness with a definite dankness presence. The body of this beer is fairly creamy but still is a fairly light IPA which I can appreciate. Had a good time with my first beer experience with this brewery.

Cool small hangout spot for beer, love the drink and vibe. Price is reasonable. Will definitely come back to try out more beers

Service: We were welcomed as soon as we arrived. Everyone was very nice and very attentive. We ordered 4 items: orange ginza roll, una don, inari and the annin dofu dessert Orange ginza: oh yeah!! I usually hesitate getting citrusy rolls because they end up tasting the same as any other place or the citrus part over powers everything, but this was unique and the flavors balanced each other out. Tempura was also nice and crispy. Also love that they used lemon zest(?). Would order again. Una don: Their sauce for this is SO good and the unagi was cooked perfectly. Would order again. Inari set. I LOVE tofu and you don't see inaris in SD. We were very happy with this. Would order again. Annin dofu - this one was unique. Very almond heavy (not a bad thing). This is the only item I wouldn't get again. The tofu was tasty but I think a lot was going on with this dessert. There was a lot of texture, flavors, and color Not sure if this is normal for this dessert lots going on. there were mochi bits, tofu, matcha sauce, granola, raisins, dried strawberries(?). Fun to look at and try but kind of a lot going on. Overall: Would definitely come back. I do hope they get more employees though because I can see this place getting packed and needing more staff!

I wouldn't come with a group larger than 4! The staff were welcoming and noted that they were making more rice due to the fact they were busier than expected on a Wednesday night. We were still waiting for some friends so it wasn't a big deal! The server offered to comp a drink or an appetizer for the wait, but at the end it looked like they ended up not comping anything. - FOOD - We got a few rolls to share and they were all pretty good. One of our friends got a unagidon and seemed to enjoy it. We also got the yakitori to try and that was tasty as well. The menu isn't that big, but that's not surprising given their small shop. - OVERALL - A cute hidden gem - if I happen to be in the area I may come visit again, but otherwise will go to my usual Japanese spots.

Eg, sometimes great and sometimes you have to ask for your water or drink multiple times while there aren't many people there. But they're at least consistently friendly. As for the food, well, to be fair I've only ever ordered a house salad, tots and random typical bar food. I'd say I like the tots and maybe a grilled cheese since not much on the vegetarian HH menu. I'm not coming here for a fine dining experience, just to unwind and chill for a bit with friends who love coming here. We always sit outside so I can't speak to what it's like inside other than it's nice and open. As long as my friends have fun and love the food and drinks, I'm happy to join. Star note: - I feel like 3 stars is too little and 4 stars is too much. I'm torn!
