I love the rotating menu at gravity heights, yes, I do miss the dishes I've had in the past that are no longer there but being someone who enjoys trying new dishes/restaurants/experiences, this concept is freaking brilliant. My coworkers tend to pick the same spot over and over again because of location/familiarity and I get sick of that really quick but with Gravity Heights, I don't get that sick feeling because I'm able to try something I've never had before. The service here is always good,. especially for a group. Surrounded by big offices, they handle lots of corporate events and large groups. This is also a good spot to watch a game. I came here with a large group for work. We reserved the two fire pit tables outside. It is a great place to bring a group and to be able to mingle. You order at the register, and they bring the dishes out to you. We got so many things and I didn't get photos of it all. The potato pierogis were a hit! So so good! Came here after work with coworkers and was seated in the outdoor area because we had a large party. I got a few cocktails Guava Afterglow- nice guava flavor without being overly sweet. A nice tropical drink thats not over the top tropical. Brew-nana Buzz- Very delicious, what mostly caught my eye was Liquor 43 which i love and was the perfect mixture with espresso. The banana liquor was subtle but a nice addition. My coworker initially couldn't taste the banana, but i clearly tasted it. We got a few pizzas which were great, thin neapolitan style pizza but not soggy in the middle. Im not usually a fan of real Neapolitan style pizza cause they are ususally wet and soggy in the middle these were perfect! I like the Diablo pizza the best because it was quite spicy. The potato pierogi were nicely grilled on the flat top and had a nice crisp exterior texture and placed on a bed of dill sour cream. Very delicious! We also got it with the side of spicy kielbasa, it was also nicely charred and spicy a great addition to the pierogi. The mezze plate was also a big hit. Freshly baked pita, smooth and creamy hummus with some toppings and crispy falafel. The pita bread and hummus were really good, the hummus was also topped with lentels and tasty eggplant puree. Highly recommend this dish! The dirty fries came with freshly fried homemade fries, and topped with pulled pork. I thought this dish was just OK. i guess i prefer a drier meat not the wet BBQ pulled pork. But thats just me. Tuna Tosdada was also pretty good, crispy tortilla with seared albacore and avacado, the peanut salsa matcha added a lot to it. People loved the chicken tikka masala pot pie. The crust was nice and flakey. My coworkers loved it. It was too strong a flavor for me. When I usually eat it, there's a lot of buffer with the rice, with just the crust it was too strong for me. We got a few desserts, they were both excellent! The butterscotch budino was very smooth, the butterscotch pudding was tasty and the salted caramel took it over the top. I liked it mostly because of the caramel topping. Reminded me of frozen butter beer from Harry Potter at Universal studios. The cast iron cookie was most similar to the pazooki, a cookie cooked in a cast iron pan topped with vanilla gelato cookie crumbles and chocolate sauce. There's overflow parking in the lot but I just usually park on Camino De La Reina. They no longer add the 20% tip to larger parties, service was excellent and friendly. read more

I came here for brunch with my family for my grandmother's birthday. The restaurant had so much natural light it was perfect for the morning. I had a very nice lunch with a friend here. I ordered the Lemon Chicken Kale Salad for $21, and my friend ordered the white Wild Mushroom Pizza for $22. Well, I've been back many times and Gravity Heights in Mission Valley has never disappointed. I really appreciate their gluten-reduced beers and especially the happy hour specials. The area that we sat in was around the fire pit, in the corner backyard patio, of the restaurant right in front of the patio bar outside. The ambience is alive and well. Everybody loves the vibe here. There are TVs playing sports games, today NBA & MLB. There were so many people here and it was nice. We were able to order our food and drinks and the food items all came out in very good time. The beverages were almost instantly ready, and the bartenders are on top of their game. This place is connected to an apartment complex surrounding retail stores. The leasing building is right next to Gravity Heights. I used to rent a 4k+ a month apartment in a retail area and let me tell you, its a hassle to find parking and not take a retail parking spot without having your complex email you everyday about your car potentially being towed lol! I understand this pain. Now that we are past that, let's get to why this place deserves 5 stars. The service is excellent! My server came around at the perfect times and they seem to really care if I enjoyed my meal! The stellar atmosphere with attentive service is enough for me! I got a gravity burger protein style which I dont think did the burger justice. I was going to eat with my husband later at a Vietnamese restaurant and I can only choose one carb for the day. My diabetic life is tough! Lol. I chose the Cesar salad to go with my burger. My burger was delicious bc of the caramelized onions. I didn't really taste a sauce in the burger but the excellent bacon with the much needed caramelized onions made the burger fantastic! The IPA hazy beer i had with my meal was also light and mellow. We chose happy hour since they have such a great HH menu! Everything looked good on the regular menu as well, but we went with the HH food and kids' meals. We enjoyed two orders of the cauliflower, the cheese pizza, and the smash burger with fries--all of them were so well done! ​Our kids wanted the mac and cheese with fruit (which came with fresh blueberries and blackberries), and my one year old had that plus a side of snap peas and carrots. Both kids loved their food and even had enough left over for dinner the following day. We also tried the "Kiwi Be Friends" drink, which was delicious! ​Service was fantastic. We were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday and they surprised us with one on the house! It was so good that one of our friends ordered one to-go. ($14). I don't even like matcha but the dish just worked so well together that the matcha didn't even bother me. My favorite part was the toasted almond slices which provided a great crunch to the soft salted brown sugar brioche. The diplomat cream and matcha dust also complimented the toasty bread in a way that wasn't too sweet. Wild Mushroom Omelette $18 - comes with wild mushrooms, gruyere cheese, black truffle oil, chives, side salad, sourdough toast with the option of butter and jam (apricot I think) - if you like mushrooms, it's exactly how you'd think it tastes like - the Gruyère cheese was fairly mild and didn't overpower the mushroom taste - I also couldn't really taste the black truffle oil - I like my food a little more salted, but since it's my personal tastes I'm glad I can add seasoning rather than it being too salty - the salad is lightly dressed and a good palate cleanser - I love bread, so that's what sold me on this dish, toasted on one side and delicious as always Fried Chicken, Biscuit and Gravy $23 - the rest of our party (5 of them) ordered this dish, I wished I did too bc it was that good - large portion and smothered in sausage gravy - this was a well seasoned dish and the classic flavors shined through beautifully - the crunch of the fried chicken was my favorite part, the biscuit was also moist and tender - I really like fried herbs and wish there was more fried sage bc it added a great textural contrast and pop of flavor - comes with 2 eggs, your choice of style - I liked this better than the omelette ---- Build Your Own Mimosa $37 (each additional bottle of prosecco is $37) - non-alcoholic sparkling wine is also available -comes with unlimited juices of orange, guava, raspberry lemonade, and kiwi-mint - my favorite one was the raspberry lemonade and the guava ---- Service was fantastic as well, shoutout to Freeman! They cleared dishes from our table and refilled the mimosa juices when they were low. Parking is tough but if it's on the weekend you can park in the business lot across the street. Also I'd recommend making a reservation on their website instead of just walking in, just in-case! ---- **Note: They do have a 3.75% surcharge as stated on the menu: "To help offset rising costs, a surcharge of 4% will be added to all checks. It gave me a subtle East Coast vibe even though I found out the owner isn't from there, but the interior and overall atmosphere are seriously immaculate. I really wish I remembered our server's name because he was amazing. We had a pretty big group and he stayed patient, attentive, and on top of everything. The baked oysters are my favorite thing on the menu. We also tried the cauliflower which was probably my second favorite item we tried, the birria quesadilla was tasty and loved that it wasn't as heavy as birria typically is. The chicken tinga tacos were also really tasty but probably the heaviest item out of what we ordered. Amazing!! We recently stumbled upon Gravity Heights and are so glad we did! The atmosphere is absolutely adorable, with a fun, welcoming vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. Their in house beers were fantastic, especially the hazy IPAs but what really surprised us was how incredible the cocktails were. Parking was relatively easy with 2 hour spots out front. Terrific option for weekend happy hour specials! I tried their gin cocktails and they were unique and refreshing goodness. The modern ambiance and the outside patio is gorgeous and a bonus is how they have TV's which is perfect for sports enthusiasts. Stopped by for happy hour and it was great! Tasty drinks and apps, great service and a lively crowd even during happy hour. I thought the oysters were delicious but I think the pizza was OK, - I would definitely get the oysters again but not necessarily the pizza. read more

I had a lovely time at the location, the atmosphere is on point and they have great indoor, bar, and outdoor seating! The patio is dog friendly which I am a huge fan of, they will even bring out a water bowl for them. The bar has a huge TV for sports fans. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were very through with asking and letting us know about allergens with in the foods. They also had a fantastic vegan option, and apparently they are always cooking up some more vegan creations to come to the menu in the future! Overall it's a cute date night place, fairly casual but the ambiance is elevated. Prices are on the higher side but the ingredients are high quality and fresh! read more
