Overall, excellent experience. I had a vehicle that had not be driven in almost 6 months. I knew maintenance was needed. In addition, my local AAA tow service sold me a battery about a year ago that was defective. I had called AAA and they only had come to jump start the car and didnt even look at the battery. I knew something was wrong and that they didn't want to honor the warranty. Thankfully, I found Quantum thanks to the excellent Yelp rating. I value honestly and that's what I got. James came today to work on my GMC 2500HD, it had wires that were chewed up by rodents. It was able to rewire everything that could be found, got it started and I drove it off, all done at my location. It did take a little longer than he anticipated but much, much shorter time than I anticipated. James was on time, friendly, professional, and explained everything prior to starting work. Reached out to Quantum to do a service diagnostic on my Mazda SUV that I've sadly been neglecting & just had sitting in my garage not being driven for years.
