Amazing experience with James. We had an accident with another vehicle and had to get a non-running vehicle fixed up urgently. I sent out the request for quote via Yelp and James responded late night and had availability to come out the next day. He diagnosed the main issue and was able to point out some more repairs that needed to be fixed before driving safely. While it was a Sunday he was awesome in quoting and getting the parts needed for Monday. Was looking for a pre purchase truck inspection in the Fontana area. Wanted an in depth inspection. The Truck was at a Dealership and I was from out of town. Getting the Truck to a Shop would not have worked. I was happy to find a Mobile Service. Yelp found me a few choices to choose from. I compared costs and services. There were cheaper mechanics than Quantom but the quality of work that would be performed did not compare! You get what you pay for. All in all I thought the price was very reasonable! The communication with Quantom was excellent. I had many questions and James was very patient and took time to fully answer all of them. I was very much looking forward to the inspection. Unfortunately the Truck was sold to someone else the day before the inspection was going to happen. I expected to pay a cancellation fee but was not charged one. I can only hope if I ever need a Mobile Mechanic in my area I find one close to how Fabulous Quantom is. So if you are looking for a Mechanic in the Fontana area be sure to use Quantom!
