Amazing experience with James. We had an accident with another vehicle and had to get a non-running vehicle fixed up urgently. I sent out the request for quote via Yelp and James responded late night and had availability to come out the next day. He diagnosed the main issue and was able to point out some more repairs that needed to be fixed before driving safely. Was looking for a pre purchase truck inspection in the Fontana area. Wanted an in depth inspection. The Truck was at a Dealership and I was from out of town. Getting the Truck to a Shop would not have worked. I was happy to find a Mobile Service. Yelp found me a few choices to choose from. I compared costs and services. There were cheaper mechanics than Quantom but the quality of work that would be performed did not compare! You get what you pay for. All in all I thought the price was very reasonable! The communication with Quantom was excellent. I had many questions and James was very patient and took time to fully answer all of them. I was very much looking forward to the inspection. Unfortunately the Truck was sold to someone else the day before the inspection was going to happen. I expected to pay a cancellation fee but was not charged one. Wanted to do an update as we had to utilize Quantum Mobile Mechanic's services for a second time. Everything that I stated in my initial review still applies, but wanted to give a shout out to James' associate, Allen, who came out this time to take care of us. Our car was completely dead...no dashboard lights came on and completely silent when we tried to turn on the ignition. Had a friend come over to try to jumpstart it, but no luck. But as it turns out, it WAS just a matter of simply replacing the battery, which we could've done ourselves, but as it's an older car we appreciated Allen running the total diagnostics and giving it a thorough check to make sure it wasn't something more serious.
