It's fairly close to Sawgrass Mills mall and is in a plaza with a good amount of parking. Although the outside seems small, the space inside is pretty long and has a good amount of seating. The servining is "chipotle-style" where you order your food and customize it how you want it and pay at the register at the end. I shared a bowl with my partner and we got half rice and half greens, some toppings, and the chicken thigh. This was a good amount for us to share and it was delicious! We also tried their date cake and my partner was a huge fan of it. I loved how clean the inside was and how nice all the staff was. They had water cups for self service and it was cold even without ice, which I loved! When you're done with your food, you put them away in a cabinet which is constantly cleaned out by staff which helped give the space a clean aesthetic. I tried the macaroni and cheese, which I did like and the carrots, which I also did like, both solid sides something I would get again. I was able to get the kale Caesar with my plate, which I thought was excellent. It had the right amount of dressing on it. I do plan on returning to try the salmon.
