There were literally 4 people sitting around when I walked in the store. Not a single one got out of their seats to ask me if I needed help. The only woman who greeted me was working with another customer. So I basically walked out after being ignored for 5 minutes. They had some decent looking pieces but I will never spend money with a company where the service is poor. It speaks to the quality of the culture and that generally also has an impact of the quality of the product too.

I left, deeply offended at the way we were spoken to and uncomfortable to be treated like COVID patient zero. We were able to select furniture for our new living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms in no time. In addition, to the furnishings, Nina was able to facilitate custom rug and window treatment installations. Finally, Nina and her team were there every step during the delivery and placement of our new furniture. I apologized, helped pick up the pieces. The owner came up to me and in front of a store full of customers scolded me and said "if you break it you buy it". She was extremely rude. I was shocked. I paid and left. I will never shop there again. Parents beware. Don't take your kids there!
