I've ordered here via uber eats and door dash and haven't had an issue. BUT, I decided to go into the restaurant yesterday and I was disgusted. The woman preparing the food was cleaning and then started to prepare others people's plate (adding lettuce and tomatoes) without wearing gloves. She placed the lettuce on the plate with her unwashed hands, wiped her hand on her chest, and then put her hand in the container to get more items and place it on the plate. It was so gross I had to walk out of there. I got my food and did not eat it. Other people have also mentioned that they do not wear gloves. This place is usually my go-to spot for tacos and burritos but after my last order Im seriously thinking of dropping this particular spot, Pepe's Alhambra off my list. My order was way too salty...tasted like a salt burrito. the taco was also noticeably salty as well as skimpy. Definately makes me not want to go back even though it's close. A friend of mine who has been going to this Pepe's for years stopped coming to this one recently as well because they are always getting his order wrong and the order lady gave him a hard time when he returned the order because nothing that he ordered was the right thing. The San Gabriel one aint that much further so I think Ill try that one the next time i feel like Pepe's and give them a shot. Ill take my orders and cash tips over there instead. read more

Normally I like Que Ricos but they're really trying to scam customers and cut corners where they can. Ordered through Postmates as usual, and while the food was delicious, we decided to treat ourselves to dessert tonight, too. Tell me why both DoorDash and Postmates have the Arroz Con Leche priced at nearly $6 and it's literally a supermarket brand cup of arroz con leche... and to top it off, because it's just a menu pricing issue, and not a food issue, I can't get a refund from Postmates. Passed by this spot when I was visiting LA. I was hungry so I stopped in with my hubby. Place was empty but seemed very clean and it smelled amazing when I walked through the door. I ordered the 2 tacos combo with choice of meat. My choice was the Al pastor. It came with rice and beans. It was absolutely delicious. I've had a lot of Al pastor tacos, and to me.
