I'd like to update my review since my first stellar review was for the initial estimate process…read moreonly and I said I would update (but forgot). It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!

Their guy found where the mouse was entering the house and he set traps and ultimately the tenants found it dead under the oven. It was mostly a good experience except for the melted rat glue I had to spend hours clenaing up. So, when my mom discovered termites flying iaround the livingroom, I called around for quotes. No oine would give me one over the phone. They all had to come out and do an inspections first. A few wanted to charge for just the inspection alone. So I called and hired Fenn's Termite department to send out inspectors. Juan showed up on time with his partner and they inspected the holes in the livingroom, exterior of the house and underneath in the crawl space. His guy suited up with a mask and did a long inspection and took photos to show me. The termites were building towers up to the wood floors and eating the wood. Juan suggested they do a subterranean treatment by spraying into the soil and the wood to get rid of all termites and ants and anything elses. He also suggested we tent the whole house but due to my parent's health issues, that wasn't going to be possible. We went with the spraying onlly. About a week and a half later, Fidel and Elijah showed uip in their truck on time. They even called ahead. They drilled a few holes in the livignroom floor, sprayed and sealed it. Then they got to work suiting uip and getting into the crawl space to spray. They spend a coutple of hours and assured me that all the termites and ants wouildn't be a problem anymore. There was a 1 year warranty and Fidel told me if for any reason we did see insects within the 1 year period, I could call them and they'd come out and take care of it. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that something had been chewing on my carpet and my wooden door. This is when we started to get concerned. We called our pest company to have them check out what was happening but when they came, they simple gave us some traps where they can get stuck. Throughout this whole ordeal, none of the traps that they gave us and we bought were ineffective. Fast forward a couple of days later, the rodent moved from my room to a smaller room where my dad likes to take a nap. He woke up in a panic because the rodent was on top of his blanket. This is when I decided to look for a company that takes care of rodents. I looked up on yelp and spent hours reading reviews and ended up choosing 360 rodent control. When I sent a message, they replied right away and got me on the phone to set up an appointment for a free inspection (Thank you Lee for coordinating this). Micah came in for the free inspection and spent the entire 2 hours thoroughly checking our entire house. Our house was built in 1940 and we bought it in 2012 so I understand that there's a lot of work that needs to be done. In exchange for my peace of mind, I decided to rodent proof my house with them. He explained to me what they were exactly going to do. During the day of exclusion, George, Jose, and Santiago came out to our residence at 8:45 am. They explained to me what they were going to do and did exactly what they said.
