My nails turned out perfectly acceptable, and I actually liked the way they removed my previous dip manicure. Unfortunately, the customer experience was disappointing enough that I would not return. I called ahead to confirm they had time for a dip manicure and was told they did. When I arrived, I was directed to a chair and work immediately began on removing my old dip. Throughout the entire appointment, three different employees handled my nails, yet not one of them introduced themselves, asked my name, or attempted any conversation. In fact, no one even asked what color I wanted before beginning the service. Eventually, I had to find a color myself by looking through the salon's social media photos. When I pointed to a design they had posted and asked if it could be done with dip powder, I was told it would require a gel manicure instead. I then asked whether they had a similar color available in dip powder. Rather than answering the question, the technician dropped the color sample rings next to me and returned to working on my nails. Again, the manicure itself wasn't bad. The issue was the complete lack of customer interaction and communication throughout the appointment. The salon has a quiet atmosphere and a lot of potential, but I left feeling more like an object being processed than a customer receiving a service. Because of that experience, I would not return.

From the minute I walked in the door I was met with super friendly people who went out of their way to make sure I was pampered. My narly feet look like a magazine spread. I felt like the beautiful lady was working on her own loved one's feet. The young man jumped right in when he was available and carried on a sweet conversation making sure of every step I wanted. Breaking skin during a foot treatment is a major sanitation concern. * Horrible Gel Application: I paid an extra $20 for gel polish that looks like it was done in the dark. It's thick, lumpy, streaky, and full of texture because it was slapped on in globby layers instead of clean coats. * Flooded Cuticles: Instead of clean edges, the polish ran all over my skin leaving a jagged, messy undone border around every single nail. Charging full price (plus upgrades) to cut a client and hand them a ruined paint job is completely unprofessional. While my nails looked okay, she rushed very quickly through it, she only "Massaged" my hands/arms for a total of around 45seconds a piece, and the water was very cold that she placed my fingers in. I was in and out of her chair in under 18 minutes. Not long into my service, her next appointment walked in and was waiting behind us and talking to her the entire time, so I believe that was why I was rushed so she could get to her appointment that was booked, I would have rather been told to come back later than to be rushed out. It has really bothered me since the service was rushed and I wasn't treated as I should have been since she was in a hurry to get my out of the chair, as it is not a cheap manicure. The lady hardly spoke to me and seemed like she just wanted to get me in and out and move on. (Update, after about 8 days all of my nails gel polish has started to lift from the back and do not look very good) I get pedicures every 3 weeks and occasional Manicures so I have had many, this is the first time I was not happy with a manicure service, as I do know what can be expected.
