They're the cleanest salon I have ever been to and I absolutely love Jenny's work. Her dip powder nails last me an entire month and let me tell you that I put my hands through hell and back. They're constantly in water, I deal with lots of chemicals and acids because of my major in school and even have to clean certain glassware with industrial grade acetone and my nails still last. The powder never lifts and my hair never gets caught in them after they grow out. Jenny is also extremely professional and very sweet. She always asks if you like your nails and if you wanted a nail shape change and, I have never had a bad file job from her. She never rushes you if your indecisive about picking a nail color and is just my favorite nail tech ever! Highly recommend Jenny and her work! read more

They don't care about customer service at all. It is like they are all in prison. I have been going to this salon 2 times a month for the past 6 months. I came in to find a new regular nail place. Jenny the manager - but she is the owner or family of the owner, does a great job on my acrylics. But she is almost always late. I made an appt for 10:15 right after opening, she was not there to open and girl that did open at 10:30 did not even speak to me. This is not like it is the first time it has happened. My appts are always on Wednesday morning at 10:15 or 10:30 in the morning. When she got there I still had to soak off my dipping powder ( they are always trying to upsell) she knows I only have so much time which I allow myself plenty of ( 2 hours for a fill and pedi) if she starts on time. She did not apologize for being late, just told me to soak in the dish. She did not mention how to rub off the powder which I had never done before. Another girl did my pedicure ( Catlin) I am a kind person, and try to make others comfortable around me. And they know me here, Not once did anyone tell me that they were sorry about the lateness - 45min. I asked if there was a better time for me to come in as she was extremely late that day. I got no response, nothing, it was like I was not there she just kept staring out the window. Like she did not see me. So did the other girl Catlin who for my spa pedicure barely changed my polish nothing else. I asked if she was ok, no answer just a bank stare, except this girl looked like she was gong to break out in tears. The environment of this place is just like a sweat shop. They never greet you, never smile, nothing. There are plenty of nail shops out there. I guess I have to go and find a new one. I go with a family member always book 4 services and tip well. I am a loyal valuable customer, Save you money find someone who cares. At least says they are sorry for being late and thank you as they leave. No way to run a business. This salon is super clean and cute. I'm happy with the fill I got and I called ahead made an appointment and also asked about prices which I was told 16+ for a fill. My nails turned out nice I just asked to make them smaller but then it came time to pay and somehow it was $38. So I basically paid more for a fill than I did even for a new set.... so basically it's one of those places that charged extra for everything and anything. I will start off by saying Jenny is a wonderful manicurist. She's great with SNS powder, super thin and clean. I only wish they were able to stick to appointment times. The last two times I went I had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time. I've voiced my concern but no action was taken, I'm not going to twiddle my thumbs and wait because they can't get their scheduling right. This is an okay place to go get your nails done. The interior design is beautiful. Reminds you of laque nail bar if you ever seen their set up. But I'm sure they use MMA instead of acrylic powder. I've never felt my nail beds burn more while getting acrylics. Gel application is beautiful! Pedicure is also well done! But I would actually recommend this place. I got my nails done with Jenny and she fixed my nails and all. I went in with half a nail missing and she fixed it. 2 days later went back in to see if she could fix it again because it had broken off. She took three nails off and redid the acrylic and gel. She still charged me to get my nails fixed after I had already gotten them done 2 days before. And she was kinda rude when I went to get my nail fixed.. It's also overpriced. At my usual nail place I'd get what I got done (acrylic full set with gel) for a lot less. She charged me $60 for a fill, two broken nails, and gel. For that I'd pay $38-$45 at my usual nail place. I have been there twice now and have been super impressed with the cleaniness, decor, and most of all GREAT job that they do on my nails! I get the dipping powder manicure, and Jenny is fantastic! This place is a joke! Very unfriendly! I spent 40 minutes with the ONE girl (Asian) who never so much as greeted me. She was on her phone when I arrived at her table & was still on her phone (same call) when she stood up & walked to the front of the building, I surmised I was done & it was time to pay. My fill was so thick and had ripples in it. Thick on one side of my nail & thinner on the other. Their gel polish selections were boring & substandard! Another girl (who did my pedicure) was the one who initially greeted me & did my pedicure. She was ok. I will never go here again!! I went in on a Friday at 5:10 for a Manicure and pedicure. There was only 3 people working and 3 people being worked on and 3 people waiting. I was surprised that they moved pretty quick. At 5:48 I was sat at a spa chair where I waiting for one of the workers to finish up doing someone else's nail. He pretty much half assed his work and was in a bad mood since there was only 3 people working. I get it but being that I come from customer service background I would at least expect a "hello thank you for waiting". I tried to start off with some conversation but he was very short. Pedicure wasn't as great nor was the manicure. The price was decent $35. I was out the door by 7pm, mind you he rushed the whole thing. He cut my cuticles twice making me bleed. Nail polish was not brushed all the way back and you could see where the top coat was applied and on some it was not completely on my nail/polish. A day later my nail polish started chipping and my cuticle started to bleed. Two days later others nail started chipping. I did nothing crazy for them to chip. I was really excited to try a new place especially after not getting pampered in a long time. I would've much rather waited an hour or two and gotten a better quality service at Hollywood Nails down the street. read more

Okay experience. $30 for gel manicure and cleanliness is ok. For the price, I would expect better quality and better cleanliness. Staff was not very friendly but not rude either. There were several ants crawling around the table and when I told the manicurist, he cleaned them with the same towel he was using to do my nails. And the towel didn't look very clean in the first place. Mediocre place. I'm too picky to return. I figured for the service the price would be cheaper so I was surprised the price for just a manicure was what I pay at a nicer salon. read more

Called at 12 asking if they had any availability at 1pm. Woman on phone stated that they did. So I told her I would like to make an appointment to make sure we had that appointment as we were coming from Santa Clarita. She said okay and asked for the services I needed and my name. I came in as there were 3 people sitting and waiting with ONLY FOUR NAIL TECHS THAT WERE ALL BUSY! I figured they were running late. They took the three people (2 of them were together) and I heard the customer tell the nail tech that they're glad they were taking walk ins. WHAT?! Why take two walk in appointments at 1pm when I made an appointment for myself and my daughter at 1pm when all other 3 nail techs were barely half way done with their current services. I went to this location besides the bad reviews hoping that it was just maybe a bad day. No one ever said "we will be right with you". It was "what do you need?". Rude. I left at 1:20pm. I shouldn't have to wait for an appointment I made when walk ins can just come in before us. read more

I really wanted to give this place a chance because I really liked the way Jenny (owner) did my nails the last couple of times. I've been here a couple of times to have my Acrylics and pedicure done, but the last time I came here I had to wait 15 minutes after having my pedicure done to get my acrylics done by Jenny(owner), when I specifically said over the phone that I wanted to have both my feet and my hands done at the same time. I ended up being here a little over two hours. Today, I made an appointment with Jenny(owner) over the phone and I specifically said that I wanted her to do my acrylics and anyone else could do my pedicure at the same time. I repeated myself to her just to make sure she heard me correctly. When I got there , I began to start my pedicure and lady that's works there had came up to me and tells me that I would have to wait for a little because Jenny(owner) had a appointment with someone else, and they got the appointment mixed up. So I said okay I will do my pedicure first and then my acrylics last. When the lady was done doing my pedicure, I noticed that Jenny(owner) was still continuing on working on the same person, so I ask the lady that worked on my feet how long will I be waiting for Jenny(owner). She replies, she is almost done. I waited for at least 30min. Jenny(owner) then started on someone else's nails. I then ask the lady again what's going on and then she replies oh they have appointment too. After she just finish telling me that I was next. Jenny(owner) came and started giving me attitude and was very rude and she said I can do my nails with someone else. Don't waste your time and money here. WORST Experience of my life!!! Do not even waste your time going to this place. I wanted to get my nails done on my way home from work, and I saw they were closing soon, so I called to make an appointment for the next day because it was on my route. On the phone, the girl reassured me they were still open, had availability to see me, and told me to come in. So, initially, when I walked in everything looked clean, I was greeted and was asked to choose a nail color out of their book. I asked them if they had the brand OPI, they said yes, so I proceeded listing the OPI colors I typically use, and said whichever one of those they had would be fine. The girl completely ignored me, and told me to just choose a color from the book. But, the colors weren't OPI, even though she said they had that brand. Not a big deal, I decided to have an open mind about the situation. So they sat me down for a mani/pedi, but they did not put a bag or any barrier to protect my feet. I made a comment about it, and they just laughed, and reassured nothing bad would happen to me. Then the ladies came to paint my nails. I was still trying to keep an open mind, and praying that I don't contract some sort of gross infection or fungus. Anyways, she pulled out the tools from her little case, and the sanitary bag seal was broken, meaning it hadn't been properly disinfected from her last client. She did not disinfect with alcohol, and when she was done with me, she put the unsanitized tools back in the bag and into her case again. After hearing nightmares about salons that do this, I was sure I was never going to come back here. After about two hours (After taking TONS of cigarette breaks) my nails ended up looking like I did it myself at home. At that point I just wanted to leave, and did not care. Honestly, I would not take the time to write this review if my gel polish actually lasted at least a week but after 3 days both my gel polish and toe polish chipped off. My first time to this salon under its new ownership and must I say it wasn't a pleasant experience. I called and scheduled an appointment for a full set and pedicure. My pedicure was fine I have zero complain over the lady that did them. However, I was told after to sit over at the table where I was going to get my full set done by the gentalmen that had just finished up eating his ice cream, did bother to wash his hands before touching mine ok no biggie..He then proceeded and asked me " what shape" I showed him a picture of what I wanted he said " coffin" I said "yes" he then said something underneath his breath that was hard to hear and I asked him "what was that" and he responded with attitude "nothing". He grabbed a dirty nail clipper that he literally used on the client before me to cut my nails, big no, no, thats very UNSANITARY. Each time he grabbed a new tool he kept throwing it into his basket like he was upset over something. Not only was he upset but he kept pulling on my right arm that was injured not caring if I was in pain not only that but kept pulling it which there is a reason it doesn't expend its in pain. To top it off he kept going into his "soiled brushes" looking for brushes to use on me. when I see soil I think dirty so he had the audacity to use another dirty tool, at this point he was almost done for me to get up and leave. Im so disappointed with the service. All I can say is that I only paid him for the service he did but he did not deserve a tip I'm sorry but no one should be mistreated . Please, do not get your nails done by the guy with the tattooed brows his name might be RUDY. He was definitely unprofessional and disrespectful, just some advise to others that have the idea of coming here for the "good reviews"Beware of him at least. Fursure never returning. read more
