It was a little difficult finding the place but they were able to guide me. Located on the 2nd floor next to Ritz Carlton, there are quite a few quaint little salons here. I decided to come here because of the reviews and they accept credit cards with no extra charge. My eyebrows and upper lips threading were done well. The skin below my brows is pretty thin so if it doesn't get cut I know they did a good job. She also massaged in some aloe vera gel to soothe the skin. And the pricing is decent. Pratima did a great job! I overplucked my eyebrows years ago and am still suffering from the fallout with super patchy/sparse brows. At other salons I have been to, the threaders would remove too much brow in areas that were already too thin. At QueenP, my eyebrows look neat and full and the patchy areas haven't been disturbed, so they can continue to grow back and fill in the gaps. Very pleased :) read more

Over the past couple of years, I had my fair share of eyebrow threadings in FIDI. If you can name that eyebrow threading place, I have probably been there at least once. I am happy to say that I finally found my go to brow place. For some, this may not seem like a big deal, but for me, I am jumping for joy. When my brows are on point, I feel like I can conquer the world lol. When I first walked in, Pratima was very friendly. She introduced herself and even shook my hands. I told her that I wanted my brows to be cleaned up and the rest was magic. She took her time and I noticed she was very gentle. Afterwards, I noticed that my skin was not red and she got rid of those pesky tiny hairs around my brows. I didn't even need to use the aloe she offered! My eyebrows were out of control. I had been holding out for my next LA trip but it became apparent that my eyebrows weren't going to make it. I initially found QueenP on LivingSocial and I contacted Pratima via Yelp. She was quick to respond and confirm my appointment on a Saturday. I had walked by this building dozens of times but I didn't realize the second floor is full of independent beauty and hair specialists. It's really a great set up! The only thing is that the front door is locked on Saturdays and her "buzzer" didn't work. No worries though; there are always people going in and out of the building. I have had my eyebrows threaded many times before but no one has ever taken the amount of time and care as Pratima. Her regular price is in line with others in SF (and her LivingSocial/Groupon rate is wonderful of course) and she really makes that the work she does it excellent. I was late for our appointment, so she told me I would have to wait until she had a chance in between her other clients. As someone who is really sensitive to pain, Pratima is the best!! She is gentle, quick, and is patient with me while I'm squirming in my chair. I love how she takes her time and makes sure to do a precise job! I hadn't had my eyebrows and lip threaded in ages, and was in dire need of it. I actually walked to a couple different places but I either had an hour wait or was ignored (front door calling up to a suite). I walked into 660 Market St for another location, actually, but there was a four person wait and I didn't want to wait so long. I just needed a quick fix. I saw QueenP's door was open and walked in asking if she could fix me up really quickly. She did. I hate the lip threading usually because it hurts like mad but she did a fantastic job and I have to say it was my least painful lip threading experience. Now my eyebrows are looking fab again. I found this place of Groupon and I really loved it. Conveniently located 2 blocks from my work I can totally run here on lunch break to get things done. There's are only 2 ladies who happen to be sisters that work here and when I came in on a Friday afternoon they seemed quite busy so I suggest calling in ahead of time to book an appointment. I did a quick walk in at 12pm on a Wednesday and she was able to take me right away. I was hoping it wasn't busy but I probably would make an appointment the next time I go. It took me 4 years to find my eyebrow lady, and I found her, she's the one! I was planning my proposal and everything! Pratima is awesome! She simply looks at my eyebrows and bam! There's my look! It doesn't even hurt as badly as some other threading salons (I'm a huge wimp...God help me when it comes to childbirth). Pratima also has online booking so I make my appointment ahead of time and then she fits me right in. I'm able to get my eyebrows done and then walk over to my hair lover Joseph right in the same building/floor.
