I must write a review for this place because it's perfect! The place is tugged inside the plaza on Silver Creek, next to some pho places and a store selling exotic fruits. We had noticed it for some months but never gotten the opportunities to try it out. Recently I pulled my hip and could really need some help recovering so we decided to give it a try. We found the place amazing and now we tried to go at least once a week! - Although in a noisy plaza, it's very quiet inside. Someone did a great job sound-proofing the place - Very clean! The sheets, towels, floor, entire facility! - All the masseuses are VERY good! Professional, strong, get to the point. I usually go after 3hr of intensive pickleball games. Every time I felt well recovered after the session! I think there are masseurs (male) too but I have so far not tried any - In each massage room, it has heated bed to help you relax - It's close to home! Wil is the best in the business. I go William at this massage place near target in San Jose. He is my Goto massage person if I am sore, hurting, or have any pain in my body. The deep tissue massage, I receive from William is out of this world. He is extremely strong, and can apply a good amount of pressure. He'll make you cry if you can't tolerate a decent amount of pressure. But he takes your feedback reduces the pressure, but he gives you a massage. that will really, really relax you. Lovely hidden gem right in Orange/Hue plaza. Booked a 1 hour aroma therapy for myself with Nancy and a 90 minute deep tissue wellness massage for my husband with Will. We were greeted warmly by the front desk associate and promptly taken back for our massages. I had a choice between eucalyptus or citrus oil for the aromatherapy and loved the minty eucalyptus which permeated the whole room during my massage. Nancy inquired on areas of focus, pressure and comfort throughout the massage and was very familiar with all the nooks and crannies to get out the tension of this tired mom. Appreciated her attention and came out feeling refreshed and relaxed. The prices are very reasonable considering the level of experience and length ($100 for 60 minutes) would love to come back to try the dry oil scrubs. There is a shower room in the back so basically for this service I am told you get a half hour massage then scrub then shower after. Highly recommend for a local mini spa escape! I rarely write reviews but really puzzled by the 4.7 star rating... First off I have had massages for years not just in the US but internationally as well. Asked for shiatsu and repeatedly asked if they are sure they offer that and was told yes and that the therapist had 5+ years experience. But didn't get that, the lady barely used her hands/fingers on my neck and shoulders and instead used her elbows and hurt me by applying way too much pressure in certain areas and even asked me if she should walk on my back. That's not shiatsu. The massage itself even by regular standards (deep tissue or swedish if that was that) was sadly disappointing. Too hard or too soft. I wonder if the therapist went to a reputable massage school for training, I highly doubt it. And $100/$110 is premium pricing - you'd be better served at a massage envy. A few other things: the bedding was sooo heavily fragranced - not naturally scented. After I returned home i had to quickly shower so that i don't feel itchy all over. If you don't like breathing in strong artificial scents the entire massage, or if you have sensitive skin, you might want to think twice before going. Even after the shower I can still smell the scent on my body. Lastly, they use a warm towel to clean off the lotion on your skin at the end... they will wipe your feet and use the same towel to wipe the other leg and feet and then they might also use the same towel to wipe your back. I say might cos she says she has two towels on hand but if they don't use that towel to wipe your back too at the very least they are using one of the towels again after they wiped one of your feet. That to me isn't the most hygienic thing but YMMV. read more

I walked in for a deep tissue massage and left feeling disappointed. My therapist, Ellie, repeatedly encouraged me to switch to a body scrub, even after I declined. She insisted that I didn't need a deep tissue massage because I don't like strong pressure in certain areas (arms and calves), even though I'm comfortable with strong pressure elsewhere. This has never been an issue with previous therapists. I eventually agreed, but it wasn't what I needed or originally booked. She performed deep tissue on my upper body. When it came to the lower body, she suggested switching services again and skipped the massage entirely, replacing it with a body scrub and asking me to shower. The session felt rushed, unstructured, and lacked attentiveness overall. More concerning, I had clearly said no to certain techniques (like walking on my back), but this was still done without my awareness while I was face down. That felt uncomfortable and not respectful of client boundaries. I left feeling just as tense as when I arrived. She was very gentle and my massage did not feel like a deep tissue at all. It was very relaxing, more like Swedish, I almost fell asleep. Thai massage usually involved being walked on too although not always but I wasn't offered that. It was still pleasant but I was definitely looking for more work on my tight shoulders and neck. I try to get massage once a month (at another place) and usually deep tissue is painful-in a good way thought- since it feels good once all the knots are worked on. We came on a Sunday right at 10:30am and they quickly and politely got us in. It was a sketchy parking lot but the spa itself was so clean. Vee at the front was so sweet. Ellie was my therapist and she was strong when she walked on my back. I do wish she spent time evenly on my front though - it was only because I asked that she work on my shoulder cap that she turned me over.
