About two weeks later, I got a flat tire and discovered that my jack was missing, and another shop then found that both front fender liners were also missing. I had not taken the car anywhere else after the oil change, and I am certain these items were present before the visit. I am sure they removed the jack and fender liners because I declined their repair recommendations, and I consider this an unethical practice that has destroyed my trust in this service department. I bought my car from this dealership two years ago and was very satisfied at that time; however, when I returned for this oil change, I saw that the service area had been renovated and I am not sure if management changed, but my experience with their service has completely changed for the worse. Update: I filed a complaint with the dealership, and the service manager, Marcelo, reached out to me. He took the issue very seriously and asked me to come in, even promising to fix everything for me before the investigation was completed. I really appreciate how he handled the situation and believe this is how a good dealership should operate.
