Anna is the absolute most attention to detail nail tech I've ever had. She has amazing skills and is an extremely interesting and entertaining person to spend an hour with. I always get gel nail polish on my hands and feet and I have gotten just a manicure once and a manicure/pedicure and it is perfect. It's not fancy, but it's clean and quiet. So glad I found this place! I moved to the Concord/Clayton area about a year and a half ago and couldn't find a nail salon I loved that was close by until Queens. I made an appointment and they were ready for me by my appointment time. Everyone was so friendly and I love their attention to detail. I'm very happy with my gel manicure and regular pedicure. I've been searching around the Concord area for a decent nail salon as I wanted to find the perfect place to do my nails before my wedding. I've gone here a few times now and service has been different each time I have gone. 1st visit I called on a Sunday and they told me they had availability for me to come in. When I got there they took me in right away. The nail tech that helped me was super nice and was attentive to what I wanted. I got a regular polish pedicure and manicure with no polish. She did a decent quality job. Offered to do a design which ended up being super cute. 2nd visit I did a walk in on a Wednesday to take my now husband to get our nails done before our wedding. They had availability for both of us and we were seated within 10 minutes of being there. The nail techs were super nice and was attentive to what we wanted. I ended up getting a gel polish pedicure and manicure with no polish. Quality was okay. The nail tech kept asking me if I wanted my hands filed to square round, but this time around I told her I wanted them round. I did have to fix the filing job afterwards since she still filed them to square round. Also, she got gel polish on a portion of my skin. I ended up having to cut it and file the nail to look decent. 3rd visit was this past Sunday. I called to see if they had availability and was told over the phone that they could get me in if I came right away. I let them know that I could be there in 15 minutes. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who promptly asked me if I had an appointment. I explained to her that the person I talked to on the phone told me I could come in, but they did not take my name down. She said that she could squeeze me in, but said it in a tone making it seem like I should have had an appointment (this is literally the reason why I call on the weekends...). The nail tech was nice though this time around it felt rushed. I was not offered the deluxe pedicure which I thought was really odd as I was really looking forward to getting the CBD treatment! This visit I felt like I was more of a burden than being welcome by the staff. Quality was decent. I was not offered a design this time around. Overall: Customer service from the nail techs and the reception staff is spotty depending on who you get and on which day. Quality is okay and might also be spotty depending on the nail tech you get. Salon is very clean looking and plastic liners in the pedicure basins. It is unclear if they use sterilized tools, brand new foot scrubs, nail files, or nail buffers. I would assume and hope they do. Snacks and water are at the waiting area which is a nice perk. Overall, this is one of the nicer nail salons I've been to in the time I've been in Concord. It can be on the pricier end though. read more

I've been coming here for several months now. I usually come in on the weekends and have relatively short notices for when my schedule will allow me to come in. As long as I call ahead, Li is always able to find a spot for me (requires some flexibility on my part). My nails always look amazing and the color options are plentiful! Usually there's good music playing, the salon is also a clean and bright space, I look forward to coming every time - especially the leg and foot massage. The team is always so accommodating. I'm not one to recommend businesses unless I truly believe in them, and I've not only brought my daughter with me several times (she's 10); I recently brought my best friend here. I got my nails done here on 10/1/20. This was my first time getting them done since the beginning of Covid. I made an appointment with Lee after reading some positive reviews here on Yelp. When I first walked into the salon Lee was not wearing a mask along with another lady who was working there. She put her mask on only after she started working on my nails. Also, Lee's two young daughters were there laying on the couch with blankets (no masks). When I asked Lee about this she said it was due to their school being online & not being able to leave them home alone. So right off the bat I didn't have a great first impression. Lee took her time & did a pretty good job on my nails. However, it's only 6 days later & my gel manicure is already starting to come off.
