As always Le slayed and her mom did an amazing job on my pedicure. I was lucky to get in same day. Will never go anywhere else

I LOVE my nails! Thank you Sarah! This was my 2nd time here prior she did my French nails I got a lot of compliments. Sarah is very meticulous comparing my hands and fingers throughout the manicure to make sure they were perfect. Her sister Sofia did a great job on my pedicure too! I have been to many salons from here to Walnut Creek (I lived in SF this is still better than anywhere I went in the city) but I'm sticking with Queens Nails and the sisters moving forward! Thanks again ladies!

Stopped in for a quick pedicure and Sophie did a killer job. She was super thorough and provided an excellent massage at the end. I'm not one to care much about where I get a pedicure or who does it, but I'll definitely come back for Sophie! I also butchered my own toenails recently and you can't even tell.

Beautiful work done by "Le" She was wonderful from prep to shaping to designing!! She took her time and what I asked for vs what I got was AMAZING. I went in around noon and it wasn't busy but not sure if it was a one-off thing. Fist time here, went in for two pedicures and were seated pretty quick. Prices are very reasonable and great customer service. The massage was exactly what we needed! The attention to detail was outstanding. Will be coming back soon!!!

Will be back & refer everyone I know! I'll list how she did my nails at the end for those interested. I looove my nails. My tech was Anna & she went above my expectations! I just had to tell her what I wanted once and she knew what to do. She was precise & focused on the details. She took her time with shaping & that's how I knew she knows how to bring my nails to life ! She even gave me tips with what to get. I had to tip her 30% because I was sooo impressed. Her hands are magic! I showed up with French tips. I wanted a soak off then an over layer on my real nails. I work in health care & I had good length so it'll protect my real nails. I had a broken nail which she fixed. She shaped & FILED THEM PERFECTLY! The best I've seen at a salon especially! Go for yourself! I asked for the design & I love it ! My daughter and I have been going here for a a couple of years. Amazing services, fair pricing and the techs know the latest trends and do beautiful work. I never have a problem with lifting and my grow outs look great. Very, very clean. I see them cleaning all the time. Check lists and owner verification. Love it.

Today was a spa day for me. Come to Queen's and get treated like a queen. Lee, Mimi, and Kim are excellent techs. I am glowing from head to toe, they are sweet and such talented people. This is THE CLEANEST NAIL SALON I have been to. If you want them to be fast or take their time they can do whichever, the results are always on point. Nails Gel Fill $33 + Design $15 Toes - $31 with regular pedi and callus treatment. P.S Mimi will make anyone's feet look beautiful, she's strong so make sure you let her know. This place is really awesome! The staff are nice and very accommodating. The salon is clean, well lit, and nicely decorated. I got a mani/pedi and it cost $50. Well worth it for the quality of the work and the long massage time! I'll definitely be returning here regularly. read more

You were inconsiderate making me wait 2 hrs in a corner without updating me how much longer i have to wait! You totally ignored me while im patiently waiting. I walked out since im sitting in there like no one in there waiting. That was rude and inconsiderate! I have an appointment the other day, i came in but i was not seen on my expected appointment time. I waited outside your door since the couch is full of customers. I waited but i decided to leave since it's unpredictable when it's my turn to see me. And also any customer would rate a business base on their experience. If a customer walk out once, its a bad sign, twice something wrong! I took chances twice, that's it! I would never come back in this place. read more

First time here and absolutely loved the experience. I called to see if they were busy and Lee told me I could come right in. Soon as I walked through the door Lee assisted me. I stopped in here during my lunch break for a walk-in gel manicure, and this is one of the best manicures I've gotten. The super friendly staff was able to take me right away, had a great selection of colors, and the salon was relatively clean looking. The woman doing my nails was so skilled she finished them in less than 30 minutes, but didn't seem like she was rushing and did a fantastic job. The coats are thin, smooth, and even, and I love my nails! I would definitely come back here. read more

I truly love this place and highly recommend. I tried many nail salons before I found this one. The place is clean and the techs are kind and professional, especially the owner. she is very talented and nice. She speaks perfect English, makes easy to communicate with when I have special requests. I sometimes show her pictures and let her make designs. Amazingly caring and conscientious people. David is very thorough and spends enough time to do a wonderful job...no short cuts and is so good at the massage that goes with the pedicure... even warms the lotion before he does the massage...this is definitely not a place to come for a "quick" procedure... they do it right and take the time needed to make you feel pampered and special...prices are very fair and well worth the kind of treatment you receive...thank you... so look forward to my next visit! read more

Very very satisfied every time I go. This is the only place that my gel lasts for 2-3 weeks without lifting!!! My nails were able to grow so long and stay strong after every visit!!!! The do an amazing job and prepping the nail before the gel application!!!!! Highly recommend. read more

I called this afternoon to see if the shop did acrylic MANICURES, i was told yes. When i got there i was greeted and told to pick a color. Next think i know the lady is putting tips on my nails, i thought that's fine, i was okay with a change. Well they couldn't find the color i had asked for so i was told to pick another one. I was fine doing so. After i was done i go to pay and the total was $44. I thought it was weird but i had never been here so i grabbed a brochure on my way out.. a full set is only $27! So why was i charged $44? I called and all the lady said was "if you don't like it come back and I'll take it off" she went on to tell me that gel polish is $44, it would have been nice to know what it was $17 more!! I was never even given a non gel option! My nails look great, yes but i will never return to this nail shop. Terrible customer service. UPDATE: I don't feel like i "lost" the disagreement, it's not about retaliation at all, it's about the fact that i was never given a non-gel option nor explained why it wasn't communicated to me that i chose a gel color. The community can make the choice for themselves, this review was to make everyone aware that the costs are not clear. I don't want the same mistake to happen to someone else. $17 more for a polish is outrageous to me. read more

Ever walk into a nail salon with a picture of nails you like and ask them to do it for you?! I have! And trust me not everyone can do what you ask for!! This place is amazing! Le can do your nails exactly how you like them. She is sweet, patient and really pays attention to what you want. Needless to say this is my new nail spot! Affordable prices, and goooood nails! Shape is key!! Thank you Le!! (I know my nails aren't for everyone, they are clear!) but they are exactly what I asked for and the shape is gorgeous. They are thin and natural looking! This is place is fantastic! They always leave my hands and my feet looking fantastic! All of the ladies do a great job with your feet, but Lee in particular is the best when it comes to manicures! She is seriously an artist and can bring just about anything you bring to her to life! The place is very clean, and all of the ladies are extremely kind! I can't recommend Queen's Nails and Spa enough. I have been going here for about a year and from the first time I came, everyone has always been so nice and welcoming. Everytime I go, it's like visiting friends, everyone always makes you feel so welcome. Everyone does amazing work, Lee can literally do anything I ask for. She is very careful and particular and always makes sure your nails are exactly the way you want them. She does amazing designs and has all kinds of dip powders as well. Spa is clean and people are nice. BUT this is what my manicure and pedicure look like less than 24hours after. Every nail on my hands is already chipped and a few on my toes. I've never had a mani pedi chip this quickly. I would go back and ask them to fix it but I'm headed to a wedding today. Came all the way from SF to this nail shop cos my cousin who leaves not too far from the shop recommended it. No regrets! I got a last minute 5:30pm appointment and was pampered. They took their time to do my mani and pedi, the hand and foot massage is everything. Gonna sleep like a baby tonight. Lee is great!!! She is very warm and welcoming. She did exactly what I wanted and was fast and efficient. I enjoyed a great pedicure and got a acrylic fill w/shellac. I decided to come and get my nails done by Lee because of all the amazing reviews she's received on here and I was not disappointed!!! My appointment was at 5p and she took me within 5 minutes of my appointment. I haven't had acrylics in about a year and was expecting a full set to take over an hour, but she took just over 30 mins to complete it, and they are AMAZING!!!!! Her speed does not mean your nails will be of lesser quality, I am obsessed and recommending everyone!!! read more

The place is super clean and staff is really nice, but my nails are less than mediocre. It looked pretty sloppy when I walked out the door but fast forward 3 days later, they are looking pretty bad, my little sister could have done a better job. Everyone seems to love them, that's why I gave them a try, but maybe I'm just too picky. They definitely need to put in some effort on the polish part, other than that prices are fair And people are nice. read more

I love this salon . Lee does AMAZING work, is friendly, professional, clean and flexible. Any time I make an appointment she makes sure to take care of me in a timely manner and makes my nails look great! My gel acrylics last for at least 3-4 weeks and the product she uses on my nails is wonderful. My mother, my sister, and a few friends have all switched to Queens Nails because of their kindness, great customer service and beautiful work. BEST NAIL SPOT EVER!!!!!!!! Didn't get her name , but she was the younger girl in the front. I had to get a fill so bad, and on my way to work i spotted this nail spot. However, I will admit that I did come in when I had a Gel-X tip split from another salon and they helped me with a new nail and tried to match the color as much as possible. The pedicures, mainly gel ones LAST 3+ weeks. It's probably their top and base because I've brought in my own gel (LeChat) and the results were the same. (I do avoid using DND/Daisy since I'm not a fan of them.) They also cut my nails as short as I request them to and VERY SHORT. Massages sometimes can be hit or miss since I need a firm, deep tissue. But I will say the consistency of having pedicures that can last forever is great! Don't change Kevin and Team! My only cons are that they don't do Russian/dry manicures as a normal mani treatment. Prices are a little high, but that's typical Diablo Valley prices. Oakland/Berkeley/Alameda are around 10-15% cheaper.

Pedicure issue: I asked for a square French tip. I explicitly stated this before my toenails were cut. Despite that, the technician cut my toenails into a shape that made a square tip impossible without acrylic. This was acknowledged as a mistake by the technician herself. I reasonably asked that acrylic be added at no extra charge, since the issue was created by the salon. This turned into unnecessary back-and-forth and delay. Manicure issue: I was then moved to another station for my hands. Again, I showed reference photos multiple times and clearly asked for a medium-length, narrow almond shape (sharper tip, not stiletto, not short). I repeatedly said I did not want short nails. Despite this, my nails were shaped into very short, triangular tips that looked nothing like the reference photos. I stopped the service because it was clearly not going in the right direction. Time & service failure: After nearly 3 hours, I had: * No completed pedicure * No completed manicure This was extremely frustrating, especially given the appointment time and the fact that I was very clear and patient throughout. Pricing concern: I also questioned a $20 upcharge for gold foil on all 10 fingers (a material that costs only a few dollars for a large quantity). The pricing felt excessive and unjustified, especially considering the service issues. Bottom line: This salon was unable to execute very basic requests (square French tip pedicure, almond-shaped manicure) despite clear communication and reference photos. The experience was disorganized, time-consuming, and disappointing. I relied on Google reviews to choose this salon and unfortunately felt misled by them. I would not return, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for precise shaping, consistency, or respect for their time.

I had an amazing experience at Queen's Nails and Spa. Came in to do my nails with my bf after a stressful week. I showed my nail technician a picture of the design I wanted, and it turned out perfectly. I'm super impressed with the quality of the work. She is clearly passionate about what she does, taking her time to create the perfect shape and paying attention to every little detail. I left feeling very pampered and happy with the results. The price is also very good too! It can get pretty busy here, so I suggest calling ahead to make an appointment, as walk-ins might not always be an option due to their high demand. I also liked the way the shop looked, it was like a high end nail shop and made me feel like a celebrity. I wish I lived close by so I could come here more often. Third red flag was when I told her the mistakes she was making she got mad and put more powder on my nail which turned into a ball and now my nail looks more horrible than before. I asked if there was someone else that could do my nails she spoked in another language to her coworker and just told me wait for her 20 min. I said okay she then just rolled her eyes at me and was very rude. To be honest I just wanted to leave and say screw this but I am not going to be rude and step walk away plus they had just started my nails and I needed them finished. Definitely not coming back after this horrible experience. Lady's sorry but if you want nails Done go to another place save your money from this nail salon cuz this experience is not worth it.
