I will NEVER EVER go to this place again! I could not believe the way I witnessed them speaking to and treating their customers, specifically women of color! Some of the other white customers even walked out because of it! Horrible customer service and even worse nail service. I ended having to go back after TWO DAYS because the "gel polish" started chipping off. Instead of apologizing or simply trying to fix the problem I was told that it was not her "fault", and if I don't like the service, I don't have to come back. Got my eyelashes done regularly by Ty who does an excellent job, then recommended the place to my mom & sister in law & mother in law for my wedding. My mother in law got Ty but my mom & sister in law got the owners daughter & she did a terrible job! They both had to go get them redone before the wedding which thankfully Ty was willing to do. Now, the owner would like her daughter to be the one doing lashes so has pushed Ty out by taking her clients. One of my good friends gets her eyebrows waxed here by a lady named Julie. I've gone here a couple of times too, but I'm way more into my girl Cindy at Vinitas. Julie though is a very friendly lady and she does a really great job if you're into waxing and not threading. My friend told me though that Julie is not here anymore so that sucks and the biggest thing i hated was the other ladies would try and pressure me into getting a pedicure when my toes would already be perfectly done or get a manicure or something else done, which in my book isn't all that cool. read more

I have been to several nail salons within and out of cerritos, and this is by far my favorite. I was honestly so close to giving up hope until i found this nail salon. The people are so nice and do a phenomenal job. I spent my entire time there laughing and talking, all while being so happy with how my nails were turning out. They really emphasize quality here. I highly recommend Lin!!! She is so sweet and gave me the best matte, burgundy acrylics I have ever had. I told her my nails were sensitive to the machine; she lowered the machine intensity down and took her time to make sure i wasn't in pain and that it was still being done accurately. The prices are the way you see it here! They are not like other salons that add on additional charges that aren't on the menu where the reasoning for the additional charge changes every time. Got a gel mani and reg pedi done here. The experience was good and work was okay but my gel did not last, which I'm okay with bc I tend to get tired of looking at the color after a while. I just hate when it gets discolored and cracks. Color on my toes lasted a month or longer, couldn't make it back sooner bc I was 9months pregnant and Ran out of time. LOL! Sitting here right now. Not happy. I'm a bit on the picky side, so with that said, I have one complaint. And to me it's part of my decision in going back to a place. Its almost noon in late May and It's hotter inside then outside. I tell them and they give me a small fan. Are you kidding me??? They better work fast to get me out. When you go to treatment for yourself close to summer on a warm day: about 85 outside, make sure inside is comfortable most customers don't want beauty service when the salon is hot. You don't relax and enjoy it. Now after being inside they are pretty nice and professional but so quiet. I'm used to a fun busy salon but that's cool and depending on your mood you can decide. They did a nice job and super sweet. Just an observation another woman wanted more sophisticated nail art which they don't do. I saw very old designs behind a station, I don't do nail art but if you want it, they are pretty basic. Clean but noticed pedicure tools not in own sanitary bags, but since very clean I didn't walk out. It just know not to go back. I do think they spoke about me. This salon is just average and depending on which nail technician you get, your manicure/pedicure will look alright or terrible. If you want your manicure/pedicure to look great, you will have to go someplace else. Considering this salon just does an average job, you would think there is no wait time, however even with an appointment, you may have to wait more than 35 minutes, which is unacceptable. The other thing is that after a few days, the gel manicure does not look fresh and it already starts to chip. For all of these reasons, this salon does not deserve a high rating. read more

Found this place on Yelp & gave them a shot based off the reviews. I've had the hardest time finding a clean, consistent, good quality & reasonable place. Today I was impressed with all the ladies. The girl who did my pedicure (didn't get her name) was very good & thorough. Cindy did my nails (new full set acrylics). She was really good!! Very detailed & took her time. This place was good & met my high expectations but without even trying. I will go back to Cindy & hope each experience will be just as good. I need one consistent place to remain loyal to. I don't like bouncing around looking for a place I can rely on. Its expensive to keep your nails up & unfortunately too many places overcharge without delivering consistent good quality. I love this salon. I've been going there for about 2 years and always have a very good experience. All the ladies are wonderful and professional. They go out of their way to please you and make you comfortable. One thing that I don't see in many other salons is that they use a new liner for every patron in the foot bath for extra cleanliness. That's definitely a plus for me along with sealed sterile instruments as I'm in the health care field. Their facials are wonderful. Their mani pedis and messages are excellent.
