I placed an order online for 2 pizza's and a calzone. Estimate said 40-50 minutes. An hour later I called to ask why our delivery hasn't arrived. The confused lady who answered said, "oh sorry, no delivery driver today". I let her know about my order, and she said, "I can start on it now." Oh that's awesome, thanks! You decided to make it after it was ordered an hour prior? If you did NOT have a driver available, then your ordering portal should have OBVIOUSLY disabled the delivery option. Did that even occur to anyone? Would I recommend Queens pizza? In the past I would have said yes, but the awful customer service, lack of empathy or even a whiff of accountability shows this establishment needs a dramatic overhaul. Their store hours say they close at 9pm, their website says they close at 9pm. I ordered on their website, was charged the money, when I arrived at 8:05 the store was closed. Lights off, tables and chairs put away. The hours on the door weren't changed, they still said 9pm. Now I'm out $30. read more

UPDATE: April 2021 I was evicted from my home I've lived in for over years. I'll be missing all my Bay Area favs and I'm planning on probably relocating back home to the Midwest. There's ZERO diversity and originality in their restaurants or retailers in that area. I'm going to be sad to move all the good places California has offered me over these decades, but my family wants me back and with the climbing prices on housing it's the best choice. 5 stars for the price, quick and fresh service, and good pizza. Morgan hill is a city that has been slowly developed over the years. New additions have come to town and has added a lot to the city. I am not from Morgan Hill, but I find myself frequenting the city. From reviews, it seems like this place was taken over by new ownership. My bf now works in Morgan Hill and mentioned he'll be picking up pizza on the way home from work. By the time he got home, it was still hot which was great. He got two pizzas which was way too much, but that just meant leftovers for the next few days. I got pizza Monday and it's now Wednesday and I'm still working on it. When we first moved to Morgan Hill we were on the hunt for a great pizza place in the area. We stumbled across Queens Pizza on DoorDash and we haven't had any other pizza since then. They have some great options and the crust and toppings are always perfect! We especially enjoyed the pastrami pizza and the pepperoni breadsticks! As promised on Nextdoor, I finally tried this place. I ordered the Special veggie and the Carnivore pizzas. I also added the Luau pizza coz I love Hawaiian pizza. I called instead of using the online ordering system. Got my order in 45 mins which I did not mind coz I was picking up the children from school. The children went crazy over the aroma coming from the box. Food tasted warm and delicious. One of the best pizzas in town. If you want authentic pizza and not the cheap ones, this is your go-to. The staff is very friendly and will accommodate to your needs. The pizza is good. Several toppings on a large pizza for around $26 (not including tip) is a pretty good deal. It can feed one person for two meals I'd say. I really enjoy the chipotle chicken as I like the sauce and the spiciness. I called the online app company, they couldn't find the owner either. The person said they would refund my money, but no. After a few days the charge on my credit card went through. Avoid this place like the plague. They do not follow their operating hours. It basically seems like they open when they want to. Service is a negative 5 star. This place is never busy because their service is horrendous. There are only 1-2 people working at this place and I've seen paint dry faster than these people move. It takes them anywhere from 30-60 mins to make 1 pizza. They could literally only have 1 order and it will take them an hour to make it. It is amazing how they keep their doors open. read more

We love this place. Pizza, Stromboli, and calzones are so good! I like that you can order online. Pick up is easy. They're always done really fast. Highly recommend! Terrible service over the phone. Pizza ordered though yelp app. It was canceled due to not being able to fulfill the order? I call. Lady answers. I ask if they deliver. She said yes. I query why my order was cancelled. "Because your order didn't meet minimum order" Pizza total was $19 ish. Nothing saying about minimum delivery when ordered. Confirmed with Apple Pay I queried how we could have of the same pizza delivered here last week with a 2l bottle of soda totaling $22. Then she hung up. I called back. A little disappointed this time. The food is normally really good but this time I ordered spaghetti and it's listed as ground beef. My husband does not eat pork and when he bit into the spaghetti, he instantly knew it was pork. He called the restaurant and they verified it was pork. This family owned pizza shop is excellent, Jamie and his wife runs the establishment with his adult kids helping often. They are friendly, courteous and there pizza is excellent. I would highly recommend them. Expect about a 25 minute wait but we'll worth it. Great family and restaurant. read more
