Don't forget to download the My Quest app. So convenient to book an appointment, check in and view test results.

I had blood work to be done and luckily [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was able to get an appointment on short notice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Made an appointment through their app and was able to check in via the app as well. So easy :)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was NYE and they closed early at 12:00 pm so they were pretty busy. I was called about 15-20 after my appointment time. The young lady that took care of me was nice and drew blood without any issues. I got my results online a day or so later. Interior is clean and spacious. Parking is plentiful but can get busy depending on the time of day. Highly recommend.

My Obgyn provided me with a form to get additional bloodwork done at Quest Diagnostics. Looking online, I was able to book a reservation at Quest Diagnostics on a Saturday at 6:30 A.M. When I was leaving my house that morning, I almost forgot my form and had to go back! Luckily, I was still able to make my appointment on time! When I arrived at this Quest Diagnostics location, in Northwest Centennial Hills, off of the 95/Buffalo exit, I was able to check-in through a text message that Quest Diagnostics had automated to my mobile phone. Once I checked in, I received another text message that informed me to go inside the building. When I walked inside Quest Diagnostics, I was the only person there! One of the team members at Quest Diagnostics was outside in the main entrance area already asking for me! This was one of the best experiences I've had a Quest Diagnostics. I didn't have to wait and the team took me back immediately for my bloodwork. It took less than 5 minutes! The process was simple! I'll be booking another reservation appointment again in the future at this Quest Diagnostics location!

Terrible App design. That's what's in this photo.

Worst APP Ever for IOS! While the lab staff are great, the app consitently states "We're having trouble signing you in. Please try again later." I have changed and reset my password multiple times over the months. I works for maybe a week and then stops working again and won't log you. WTF Quest, are you diagnostic tests as poor as the quality of your App engineers? Seriously, get with the program

Drink lots of water to prepare for a blood draw!

I had heard of Quest before for many years but never needed to use them. Previously, all my lab work was able to be done within the same medical group or facility of my doctor. However with my new doctor, the blood work was ordered to be done here and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was pleasantly surprised at how simple it was to schedule an appointment online, checking in at the kiosk or through text/smartphone upon arrival, and even as a walk-in patient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Every staff member I've interacted with was excellent - skilled and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I did have a nasty bruise from where the needle drew blood but I think that's just my vein's fault. The only feedback I can offer is if they could lower the volume on the ads on the TV in the waiting room, it's very loud no matter where you're sitting. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Big shoutout to Grace for taking care of us as the last patient of the day, we really appreciated her professionalism and empathy and helping to minimize our stress.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We came as standby, waited about an hour (which is to be expected) and I saw so many staff members go out of their way to be helpful and kind to the people waiting. They always asked if anyone had questions. They were patient when helping people navigate the check-in kiosk. I was very impressed with that. The waiting room is clean and if you make an appointment ahead of time, you barely wait at all.

I went on Thursday to get a blood and urine analysis for an annual employment physical and it was an efficient visit. The first thing you notice is that there are no receptionists in the lobby, it is kiosk only. This can provide problems if you have an issue with your appointment upon arrival. It would be tough to get someone to talk to you. They have TVs that have a list of the names that have signed in, but they in no way tell you the order in which you will be seen, which is confusing. I was called back within 3 minutes of my appointment time, that was nice. The phlebotomist was skilled and professional while drawing 8 tubes of blood. Overall, a quick, painless visit.

Blood draw after being poke by a non professional!

When I complained that I had always had my bloodwork done there from that same doctor, they pointed to a sign that said "Only Optumcare patients" but I am an Optumcare patient, and my doctor is an Optumcare subscriber. It was kind of humiliating they way they did it, in front of the whole waiting room of people. I was stunned. It was 7.00 a.m. and I was hungry, fasting, and had driven over 12 miles. They were kind of rude about it, like "hey idiot, can't you read." So I called SW Medical hotline. They said my doctor is not an Optumcare doctor too. But then I had another procedure that same day at SW Medical, in radiology, and they said he was an Optumcare provider and had no problem with me and my order for that procedure. So what a stupid #heutshow!!

When I first walked in, I handed the front desk lady my paperwork and was told I needed to fill out the registration. I asked where to do that, and apparently the registration was on an upright iPad near the front. Silly me for missing it. A lot of the people in the waiting room noticed how rude the interaction felt, and several people even commented to me about it afterward. I honestly tried to give grace because she may have been stressed or overwhelmed, and I know healthcare can be difficult. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of Dana, the blonde phlebotomist in the back. She was absolutely wonderful. I hadn't had much water that morning because of an earlier appointment, so finding a vein was a little difficult, but Dana stayed patient, calm, kind, and professional the entire time. She talked with me, joked around a little to help me relax, asked how my day was going, and truly made the whole experience better. Dana has such a beautiful soul and gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had getting blood drawn. Employees like her deserve recognition because they genuinely make a difference in people's days. So while the front experience may not have been ideal, Dana completely turned it around for me. God bless you, Dana -- thank you for your kindness and for making my day better.

In my case, I set a 1030 am appointment and they still couldn't help me even after an hour, so I had to leave. The next morning, I checked in at 715 am, and the online kiosk let me know to return at 9 am to 930 am, since the wait was projected to be over 2 hours and implied that my place would still be kept in line. I did, actually at 855 am, and at about 930 am, still wasn't called. At that time, I went to the counter, asked about it, and was told I lost my place in line. So, 40 minutes later and almost 3 hours after I was first here, I'm waiting for my blood to still be drawn for a Monday doctor's appointment. This place is a disorganized mess and a disaster on all levels. The staff needs more urgency, more people, and you'd have less frustrated patients.

The only reason my family and I continue to go to this location is because it's literally across the street from our house. Pure convenience. Other than that, every single experience we've had here has been awful, and today was the final straw. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:20 AM. Knowing how busy they usually are, I arrived early at 11:00 AM, went inside, scanned my barcode, scanned my ID, and followed every single prompt on their check-in machine. I then sat and waited. After nearly 45 minutes of waiting without being called--while watching others go ahead of me--I finally got up to ask a staff member when I might be seen, especially since I had another appointment to get to at 1:00 PM. The employee checked the system and told me I was never checked in and that I "didn't do what I needed to do" to get my name on the board. That was incredibly frustrating because I absolutely followed all of their instructions. Being told it was somehow my fault, after doing exactly what their system required, was beyond infuriating. To make matters worse, the woman I asked for help was extremely rude, unkind, and clearly annoyed that I even approached her for assistance. There was no empathy, no attempt to resolve the issue smoothly--just attitude. The care was horrible. The atmosphere of this location is also terrible. The waiting room is tiny and completely impractical. There's barely room for people to sit, let alone for patients who come in with wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, or other mobility needs. It feels cramped, uncomfortable, and honestly not accommodating at all. On top of that, it always feels understaffed, which probably explains the constant chaos--but it doesn't excuse it. Overall, this Quest Diagnostics location is disorganized, unfriendly, and incredibly frustrating to deal with. Convenience is the only thing it has going for it, and even that isn't worth the stress anymore. I do not recommend this location to anyone if you have other options.

I stood in the hallway trying to figure out where to go, hoping she would come back, and get me. I guess when she didn't see me, she called my name loudly from the room. I had to figure out who called me, and from which room she was in. When I sat down, she immediately told me to hold my arm out, (stiff) and don't move. I was used to being verified first, but I guess they don't do that anymore. I tried to tell Elizabeth that my other arm was better because the vein was more visible, but she cut me off, and said, "Don't move." As I sat there, I could feel the needle moving around in my arm. I asked her what happened. She said, "You moved. I told you to stay still." She spoke to me in a tone that sounded like she was scolding a child. Their online check in is the easiest, and the best. As on as I pulled up, I whioped out my handy-dandy cell phone, and checked in. Within five minutes I received a response to proceed to the front desk. The receptionist who greeted me was very nice, and pointed me to the room. As I waited I watched As one of the labs tech walked around complaining about a previous patient. She didn't have anyone in the room with her, so I assume she was on the phone. After about 10 minutes, that same woman with redish-orangish hair walked in and asked me my name. After getting all of my information she proceeded to prepare my arm. As I turned my head, and squeezed my husband's hand, she angrily said, "What are you doing?!" I wasn't sure what she was referring to, so I asked her what she was talking about. She said I was acting weird (?) I told her that my husband is my support system, and I always hold his hand because I don't like needles. She said, "The next time you go into a lab, let someone know you need a hand to hold." Again, I was confused by her statement because holding my husband's hand didn't require a lecture. I'm not sure what was going on with her, but she clearly was in an argumentative mood. When she was done, she told me to advise my doctor of my fear of needles. For someone who has willingly come in for labs, being treated disrespectfully is unnecessary.

I went online to schedule appointments near me, but the closest location had no same day availability. This Decatur Blvd location was the next closest, so I booked three appointments...one at 10:30 a.m. and two at 10:40 a.m. for my daughters and myself. Parking was a bit limited right in front, so I ended up parking closer to Sprouts. Inside, there were a few seats available. The check in kiosk was somewhat frustrating to use since it's a tablet behind a plastic screen and very finicky with touch. I checked us three in on each three kiosks, and the one on the far right worked the best. Although our appointments were scheduled for specific times, we weren't called back until about 15 minutes after the first 10:30 a.m. appointment. Once we were taken back, however, we were seen one after another without any further delays. The first phlebotomist (Room #10), who drew blood for my youngest daughter and myself, was professional, friendly, and helpful. My youngest was nervous at first, but she relaxed once the needle was inserted, thanks to the phlebotomist's calm demeanor. Unfortunately, the experience with the second phlebotomist (Room #4), who drew blood for my oldest daughter, was not pleasant. She was rude and unfriendly from the moment we entered the room. During our visit, another employee asked her if she could help with a client who had a shy bladder because he needed to go to lunch. She responded rudely, saying, "Did you not get the email that we can't change donors?" It was clear he hadn't received the message, or he wouldn't have asked. She could have easy spoke to him much nicer, especially since we were also in the room. Overall, while part of the staff was great, this interaction felt unprofessional and lacking in courtesy, which really impacted the experience towards the end of our appointments.
