Close-up of the entrance. Note the small sign that says "welcome.. we are open" along with their schedule... LIARS!

Actually working and being open the hours you publish online and on your doors would be a nice start! Not everyone has your "bankers hours". Absolutely worthless for anyone on non-standard alternate hours.

I still love this location of Quest Diagnostics. I have to go at least twice a year and they are consistently great. Pro tip: Make an appointment, and if you like showing up early - try not to be more than 5 minutes early. I usually get seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time consistently! The lobby is a little warm - so don't bundle up :)

No customer service!!!! Just corporate greed!!! Lololol.

They have already replaced customer service with a computer check-in. If they could figure out how to make money without attending to any people... that would be the perfect business model for quest! Lol. They suck ss!!

The way they have drop off specimens protocols is ridiculous. There should be a better way instead of having to wait hours as a walk-in.

After signing in, I waited maybe one or two minutes in the waiting area before being called in. The staff were extremely polite and professional. I stood in the hallway trying to figure out where to go, hoping she would come back, and get me. I guess when she didn't see me, she called my name loudly from the room. I had to figure out who called me, and from which room she was in. When I sat down, she immediately told me to hold my arm out, (stiff) and don't move. I was used to being verified first, but I guess they don't do that anymore. I tried to tell Elizabeth that my other arm was better because the vein was more visible, but she cut me off, and said, "Don't move." As I sat there, I could feel the needle moving around in my arm. I asked her what happened. She said, "You moved. I told you to stay still." She spoke to me in a tone that sounded like she was scolding a child. When I told her that she was hurting my arm with the needle, she pulled it out, and walked out of the room. I could hear her asking for help. When Shakira said she would do it. Shakira came in, verified me, then took my blood. She was polite, hospitable, and quick. That is how it should have been done from the beginning. I don't know why Elizabeth was the way she was with me, but it was unacceptable. I will make sure that if I ever come back to this location, she is not my phlebotomist.

When I first walked in, I handed the front desk lady my paperwork and was told I needed to fill out the registration. I asked where to do that, and apparently the registration was on an upright iPad near the front. Silly me for missing it. A lot of the people in the waiting room noticed how rude the interaction felt, and several people even commented to me about it afterward. I honestly tried to give grace because she may have been stressed or overwhelmed, and I know healthcare can be difficult. But the reason I'm writing this review is because of Dana, the blonde phlebotomist in the back. She was absolutely wonderful. I hadn't had much water that morning because of an earlier appointment, so finding a vein was a little difficult, but Dana stayed patient, calm, kind, and professional the entire time. She talked with me, joked around a little to help me relax, asked how my day was going, and truly made the whole experience better. Dana has such a beautiful soul and gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had getting blood drawn. Employees like her deserve recognition because they genuinely make a difference in people's days. So while the front experience may not have been ideal, Dana completely turned it around for me. God bless you, Dana -- thank you for your kindness and for making my day better.

In my case, I set a 1030 am appointment and they still couldn't help me even after an hour, so I had to leave. The next morning, I checked in at 715 am, and the online kiosk let me know to return at 9 am to 930 am, since the wait was projected to be over 2 hours and implied that my place would still be kept in line. I did, actually at 855 am, and at about 930 am, still wasn't called. At that time, I went to the counter, asked about it, and was told I lost my place in line. So, 40 minutes later and almost 3 hours after I was first here, I'm waiting for my blood to still be drawn for a Monday doctor's appointment. This place is a disorganized mess and a disaster on all levels. The staff needs more urgency, more people, and you'd have less frustrated patients.

Their online check in is the easiest, and the best. As on as I pulled up, I whioped out my handy-dandy cell phone, and checked in. Within five minutes I received a response to proceed to the front desk. The receptionist who greeted me was very nice, and pointed me to the room. As I waited I watched As one of the labs tech walked around complaining about a previous patient. She didn't have anyone in the room with her, so I assume she was on the phone. After about 10 minutes, that same woman with redish-orangish hair walked in and asked me my name. After getting all of my information she proceeded to prepare my arm. As I turned my head, and squeezed my husband's hand, she angrily said, "What are you doing?!" I wasn't sure what she was referring to, so I asked her what she was talking about. She said I was acting weird (?) I told her that my husband is my support system, and I always hold his hand because I don't like needles. She said, "The next time you go into a lab, let someone know you need a hand to hold." Again, I was confused by her statement because holding my husband's hand didn't require a lecture. I'm not sure what was going on with her, but she clearly was in an argumentative mood. When she was done, she told me to advise my doctor of my fear of needles. For someone who has willingly come in for labs, being treated disrespectfully is unnecessary.

I checked in for my 8:10 AM appointment and waited while monitoring the patient queue board, going in and out of my car to ensure I didn't miss my name. At some point my name disappeared from the board even though other 8:10 names were still listed. When I went inside to ask about it, staff would not explain what had happened for approximately 10 minutes. An employee named Eric eventually stated that he had called my name three times and that I would have to check in again and be placed on the standby list. When I calmly asked whether an exception could be made since I had been actively monitoring the board and waiting nearby, he told me to "lower my voice" even though I was not raising it, and then closed the door while I was still trying to understand what to do next. After another wait, he came out and waved me back, which made me believe I would finally be seen. Instead, he informed me that it was now 9:02 AM and implied that because I had mentioned wanting the test done before 9:00 AM, they would not perform the test. When I attempted to clarify that my doctor had only recommended testing before 9 AM, he dismissed me and said he had other patients. This interaction left me extremely upset and in tears. The lack of clear communication and the dismissive manner in which I was treated were unacceptable for a medical facility. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses both the communication process and the level of professionalism shown to patients.
