Worst appointment service ever. The phone automation is difficult and long. And still not able to make the apt. You can't talk to anybody.

I went in today for routine lab. The wait wasn't that long or at lest not as long as it usually is. The lobby was actually quite calm. I say this because everyone including staff is always so upset due to the long waits. I don't know what changed but today was quite pleasant and the wait was worth it. Thanks Quest for working with your staff and creating a great environment with staff that has loads of positive energy!!! It makes a difference in the wait time. Question though could you sell water? Just asking... Oh by the way that computer check in is very misleading and hard for the elderly! If my husband had to do this alone he would have to ask for help! because one would assume that the girl behind the counter is there to assist not to make you feel dumb by pointing to the screen!!! I arrive around 7:30 am. They open earlier than other labs at 7:00 am which I thought was great providing flexibility for others who only have time to do it before work. There were ton of people when I walked in so I figured it's be an hour wait. I waited about 15 minutes and just like that, I was out of there. The front staff was friendly but my phlebotomists was amazing. She was sweet, fast and drew blood in one try. I had nurses poke around 3 different times until I was told I needed to go to a lab. Then, she got it done just like that! Out of all the Quest Diagnositics I've been to, this lab was the most efficient! read more

Had to go for my blood work today. 25 years of this and I'm still a baby about it. LoL! I cant see the needle or I freak out. Never been to this location before. Nice staff. Clean and organized. Monica did my bloodwork and right away realised I was nervous. She was very quick and made the experience easier by talking to me. Would recommend this location. Suggestion make an appointment. Walk-ins welcome but wait time was an hour. Allot of people here. read more

Front desk attendants are very rude and have no compassion for people what so ever... I ask her to please do my blood withdrawal before taking my blood pressure since I get anxious about it and the front desk (which is who was about to do my bio screening) told me Noo !! she lied saying she wasn't gonne do any blood testing when I know my screens require that then she said to stop talking multiple times like she was in a rush... This is my worst nightmare experience in this place... They just don't care about patients.. read more

This site (not all Quest) have very rude employee to be involved at the front desk. This employee is suppose to provide customer service among other duties. I suppose this employee skipped the customer service part. Day after 4th July this site office us full. She must had a bad 4th because she is very condescending and rude in the way she was speaking to everyone. The black lady was very nice but the white long haired (with designs streaks) was snappy with everyone. Yet when discussing 4th of july details she was very excited, polite, uplifting (opposite how she treated me and others behind me). One example is : I made an call earlier saying drug testing starts at 10pm". The tone and body language was very condescending. Secondly I been waiting for 10-15 mins so if I didn't hear it, people that were there waiting b4 me didnt hear it, then maybe announce it again. Better yet you may want to have a sign up to prevent you from "yelling" your announcement. This employee should be required to take remedial customer service training ASAP. By the reading of other surveys I am not the only one who has complained. She is clearly upset that they are busy and/or have to come work day after 4th. The only thing I can conclude is the owner/corporate, and notice manager doesn't value customer service but only the volume of numbers they can push through. West tropical location is completely opposite, professional, not to busy to greet clients/customers. I would not recommend anyone to THIS location however, the other two have been great( w Saraha and w. Tropical). We pay for service as well as decent customers service. We do not and shouldn't tolerate rude customers service. Shame on quest corporation for not properly handling this rude employee. read more

I was a walk in at 9:12 am and there was a 9:30 appointment available. I scanned my ID and insurance cards and I was all checked in. Five minutes later, I was called in. The orders were in the system and the process was extremely seamless. I had a very pleasant interaction with the staff and customers at this location. This place does not care if you're a fasting diabetic. My sugar was 87 and I was feeling lightheaded. I told them and they said well you have 9 people ahead of you. I said I wanted to speak to a manager because they should take diabetic complaints more seriously and they gave me a phone number that doesn't ring to anyone except an automated system. Also, their website said it was a 44 minute wait and I was there for that long and then they said it would be an hour and a half wait. I contacted their patient advocate email and never was contacted regarding my experience. Go to a different location if you can!!! read more

Update:went in with appointment and waited 2 mins from check in and out in 15 mins. It was a really busy day based on waiting room, but staff still kind and personable. Great experience. Recommend getting appointment on busy days, it's really easy online. Really impressed with this site. Great front office people. Very nice and helpful. Got in and out in 20 mins with 2 kids getting blood drawn. The phlebotomists were amazing and very nice. Great work! read more

So this is the third time I've been to this location. The last time I was there the technician made a pin cushion out of my arm, had trouble finding the vein. This time I'm a walk in set in the waiting room over an hour and did not get seen, even though there were two missed appointments. Tried calling, automated service says they do not make appointments for this location. Went online, nothing available for 3 days.....this place sucks. My wife had a 8:45 am appointment, and wasn't seen until a half an hour later. All the while being told to just wait. Other people were coming in with later appointments, and being taken immediately. There was no one at the desk, and when she did come out, her answer was, to just wait! She later said that the system was different now, and my wife made her appointment to far in advance. I just had the most pleasant experience one could have in getting stuck with a needle. It was with Kristina H., she was the phlebotomist who drew my blood. She immediately put me at ease by teasingly asking me what I was doing with this enormous bag I had in addition to my purse (it had my Christmas cards that I thought I had time to address since I hadn't made an appointment). We laughed so much about me "dragging" this bag to Quest, that I barely felt the prick and it was over before I knew it. She liken me to Erykah Badu's "Bag Lady" song. Really, REALLY slow. I've been here for almost 2 1/2 hours waiting to do a drug screen (pee in a cup). They have no way of knowing how long the wait is. The staff seems friendly, but I haven't seen anyone go out of their way to help anyone. Just a bad way to run a business in my opinion. If you HAVE to come here, do not "walk in". Make an appointment online. The downside of that is there are no appointments available for about two weeks! read more

Very small, hot , loud and crowded waiting room. Booked my appointment a month in advance thankfully or else im sure i would have waited hours. The environment and staff not very friendly with those of us with a hearing disability. You check in on a computer tablet instead of a human being. The only reason I use this lab is referral from physicians. There is no phone support to talk to anyone, just an automated circle of prompts with no real help. No written directions are included for specimen collection (how much is a half sheet of paper going to cost you?) and no two people give you the same instructions. I showed up at 730, just a half hour after opening. We are required to wait outside. I have been waiting 1 1/2 hour to get in. They have elderly waiting outside in the heat with no shade and no seating provided. This is an unreal expectation. With summer coming up this is not going work. They need to implement a mobile alert system so individuals can stay cool, especially for your sick and elderly. read more

This place is horrible for a Urine drug test! I came in to do a drug test for the nursing program I was going to. The first time I was just under 30mL but the temperature didn't read. The second time I was at 30mL but again the temperature didn't read! They had no other way in checking the temperature and this is ridiculous!!!! Then on my report they said REFUSAL! I'm beyond pissed off with this. They should have put unable to accept specimen due to the temperature not reading. They told me it was my fault because I took too long. Never in my life have I ever had this be an issue and I have done plenty of drug tests for new jobs. And in my 11 years with the military, I have never had an issue with a urine analysis test, and I have never refused a drug test ever! This is not right! Do not go here for a urine analysis! Go to the Quest on W. Tropical parkway, they are nicer and have alternative ways to read the temperature. read more

Unprofessional! There was 3 ppl. Waiting for 12 minutes before anyone in front desk showed up. What kind of customer service is this? Than when the lady finally came out, she had an attitude w us like we were the ones who made her wait that long. We were so confused on her attitude, it looked like she hated her job and was tired of having to deal w clients. I ended up leaving and decided to go elsewhere beacuse her attitude and professionalism was horrible and I'd prefer to give my business to another place. Upon entry of this facility I noticed it was very full which was to be expected. But being the savvy well-planned individual that I am I made an appointment I made a mistake at coming to early. With this being said if you plan on going to this particular location I highly recommend making an appointment online via the quest website and showing up on time to your appointment. This will be easy and you will be in and out in no time. The phlebotomist was very professional and the cleanliness level was stellar I highly recommend this facility as well as online appointments. read more

Visited Quest today for blood tests. I use paratransit transportation and I must have requested some stupid time for pickup. (It was me; when I checked my transpo request I had scheduled pickup way too early.) All of the women at Quest were most accommodating. When transportation driver arrived for pickup I was just about to start my procedure. I was frustrated with myself and asked the driver to leave but the women at Quest talked to the driver on my behalf and he agreed to wait a few minutes. Quick as a flash, the Quest staff/phlebotomist (hope she doesn't kill me because I forgot her name) had completed my tests and I didn't have to pay for Lyft to get me home. That meant a lot to me and I will never forget how caring they were. Thank you women. I ask that Quest Support-Business Customer Service pass along my review to the "Women of Quest." read more

I do not understand why Southwest Medical or Senior Dimension does biz with this company. It is not an employee problem it is a management problem. I have now as of today 3 referrals for test they have not sent my previous test or performed the proper test requested. Called Quest Corporate to explain their failure. They would not expedite an appointment for me anywhere in Las Vegas. Went to Aliante 1:30 pm everyone in the waiting room was complaining. 3 out-loud stated they were there from 10:30 a m No receptionist so each tech that came to desk had to listen. The lady ahead of me. Asked how many ahead of her as she was there at 10:30 and the tech replied 8, but I don't know how many left. The nurse of SMA said this is a common complaint. Senior Dimensions are aware. I do hope it brings in a good competitor for Quest. read more

Came for lab work had all the PPE on, read the messages on door before entering, got physically pushed out of building all while being yelled at by the 6 foot rent a cop who told us we needed to wait outside. My wife, sister-in-law and I had appointment for blood work at the Aliante Quest office. We signed in and everything was going fine. I was called within a minute of my appointment. However, problem was my two doctors did not forwaqrd the lab work to quest. I was concerned that I would have to reschedule - but the staff (especially Kristina) said no problem. You can call them and have them fax the info to us. This worked extremely well for me. The three of us were all take care of on time and in a superb manner. The technicians were wonderful to work with. We have been going there for quite a while and every time we go get excellent treatment from everyone. Kristina is an absolutely outstanding employee and her professionalism is a great asset for the Quest Organization. I have been waiting 3 hours and am still waiting to get blood work done. I have to be fasting for this test. They call one person in every 15mins. Do not go to this location. Unless you have an appointment. That is if you can get an appointment at the time you need but usually 1 1/2 -2 weeks out. So I really hope your life doesn't depend on these labs! I walked right in to this Quest and only waited about 10 minutes. The office staff was neither rude nor friendly, just somewhat professional, but like they could care less. The phlebotomist was one of the best I've ever had. She was friendly and professional. She got the needle right in without a problem. It was quick and easy. I don't even have a little bruise! i came here for blood work for my Austic child which he tends to get seizures when fluster and anxiety. they refused service because he did wasnt wearing a mask. he is special needs with medical issues so he is exemp from wearing a mask. also there policy states if a patient has a medical condition they will be exempt from wearing a mask. i called corporate and they also said medical condition will be exempt and sent me an email of that policy. my appointment was at 1:50pm in which i was there 1:45 they called us in about 1:50pm and then the disagreement went on until 2:00pm. then on top of that one phlebotomist said she wont take us now because it was 2:00 and my appointment was at 1:50pm. she said i have to do a walk in or make another appointment. it 2:00pm so now you have no appointment and to reschedule or do a walk in. i have never had this kind of horrible service from the many other quest diagnostic. all the ones i have been to were understanding and made it as comfortable for my special needs child. this is has become discrimination to my special needs child. read more

I would not give this place any stars if I had a choice. I arrived to this place at 10:50am for a drug screen. I am a Registered Nurse and normally we take blood tests for drug screens so I didn't think they would require a urine test (I had emptied my bladder prior to my arrival). The lady who helped me first took me to urinate in a cup and when it didn't pass the necessary line, she informed me I had 3 hours to attempt to fill the line. She had me drink water with NO instruction of how much to drink and told me to wait in the lobby. After I had consumed 6 cups of water, she noticed I was still drinking and told me to stop because it would dilute my urine (if she had communicated this, I wouldn't have drank all that water). Mind you, I don't do drug urine tests often so I'm a little hazy on the details of it. So, it is now 12:20pm, my bladder is now full and I'm ready to urinate before I pee on myself. All the lab techs are in the back and I can hear them chatting and laughing, so I knock on the door and tell the lady that I'm ready to urinate in the cup. She tells me they're all busy, I have to sign in and to sit down. Are you kidding me?? I can't believe I wasn't told I had to sign in again otherwise I would've signed it before my bladder became so full. I wait another 10mins and by this time, my heart is racing, I can't think straight, so I knock on the door again and the same lady comes out. She states that I've just taken her away from her patient and someone will be with me and I'm next and shuts the door. Another 10mins go by, and I'm about ready to run next door to urinate. But I waited so long and I'm not going to pay to get another test done (as was told to me when I first couldn't urinate enough). Finally, the lady gets me, does not apologize or show any empathy at all. Tells me I have to do the process all over again. Takes me to the restroom, is very short with her words and ends our visit with a simple "Thank you". WOW! I work for the largest insurance company that refers our patients to your company and this is the kind of employees they hire to help our patients... Someone is going to hear about this! read more

Slooow af, I've been waiting 40+ min for a urine drug test- I have never in my life waited over 20min for a urine test.

Been here for 10 min and no one has been to the desk. Signal here sucks which makes for a longer wait. I think there is only one person here checking in and taking blood. This is the only Quest Diagnostics for miles around. They should invest in more employees and better signal (I have ATT) On the other hand, this is the cleanest and most comfortable QD I've ever been to. read more

I've been seeing a hemotologist but due to my insurance I have to come to quest .. I am a hard stick aka they have trouble catching my veins . Even with long waits I always come back to this location specifically for Brandy . Not to mention the front desk lady is super friendly and down to earth . She is great and it really helps ease my anxiety with something that is never fun to do . As I type this I'm sitting in the waiting area for my third time now and even with over an hour wait I am in a good mood because the energy here is on point and the staff seems to love what they do . Of all the quests this one is my favorite even if nobody ever loves coming here . If you want an appt they book four weeks out so I recommend when you make your doctors appt you make your blood work one too if you can .. read more

Went to this location as a walk in to have my child's blood drawn. Showed up at 3:34, they closed at 3:30 and they wouldn't draw her blood. Medical facilities have gone down hill and a majority of facilities that we have dealt with in the past 6 months just don't care about patient care anymore. I work in radiology and we wouldn't turn a patient away by 4 minutes. If my insurance allowed me to go somewhere else I would, it's a shame that we don't have that option unless as a cash patient. read more
