Owner looked bothered to have customers. We ordered french toast, quiche lorraine and a nutella croissant for my toddler. The quiche was not fresh - it tasted like it has been in the fridge for weeks and had a really soggy/watery consistency. French toasts were also microwaved and the apple juice that we ordered for our daughter tasted rotten. In addition to this, when ordering at 11:20am owner stated that NO lunch items available - only breakfast. We'd be surprised if we don't get food poisoning from this experience. Stay away from this place. $60 charge for food that was made in a microwave. read more

Wow!! This place is a hidden gem. Cozy mom & pop shop. We chose to sit outside on the relaxing back deck, where we made a chipmunk friend! The menu had so many delicious sounding options but we were advised by the owner that their quiche was the best - and he was not wrong!! Both the Quiche Lorraine and Veggie Quiche were excellent. Charming little French restaurant in Plattsburgh! The main waitress (I think she's the owner) is originally from France and was so nice. The day we went the had a tomato soup as the special so we ordered that and the butternut squash soup, both of which were delicious. I ordered the special quiche of the day which was asparagus and mushroom, and my boyfriend got the croque monsieur (which he dipped in the above mentioned soups!) for dessert we split the chocolate mousse, also very delicious! We both got their house made iced tea, it was so nice to drink fresh tea not made from a mix! Definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the Plattsburgh area. My wife and I stopped at Quiche et Crepe on our way to the airport to head back to New Orleans. We were looking for a local restaurant as we did with every meal where we ate out. My wife and I were thoroughly surprised with the friendly hosts/owners as well as the meal which was fantastic. My wife ordered the Benedict and I got the Omelet. The meals were accompanied by an Almond crescent which I highly recommend. A delightful surprise! Quiche Et Crepe features homemade, organic real food that is delicious. We stopped for lunch and it was like we'd been transported to a French bistro. I had the salmon and asparagus crepe--a wonderful combination textures and flavors. My husband had the bacon and broccoli quiche which was also delicious. What a GEM of a restaurant. HIGHLY recommended. We had breakfast and everything was DELICIOUS!! The husband is a talented chef and the wife a lovely, kind hostess. We had the Crêpe Benedict with Croissant and the Spinach Quiche (also served with a croissant). Our lovely hostess recommended the almond croissant and it was AMAZINGLY delicious. We are in town for a family event and we're looking for a spot for breakfast. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Roger and Evelyn are delightful people. The food is delicious. We had the quiche Lorraine and the spinach, tomato, feta quiche. Both were so delicious. The crust was perfect and delicate. The flavors and texture of the quiche were perfect. Authentic French quiche. The croissants are truly authentic French croissants. Buttery and flaky melt in your moth. The marmalade tasted homemade as well. Roger special made a decaf French press for me. Definitely worth the 1 mile detour off of the main road. Do yourself a favor and stop by. Age 50+ owner started airing his unsolicited pro-Trump political complaints when I picked up my order, not what I went into Quiche & Crepe for. Consequently, I will not go back. A complaining business owner diminishes one's appetite. A Republican customer wouldn't like it if a business owner started airing anti-Republican political beliefs, either, so mean-spirited opinions should be kept out of the takeout experience. read more

We were greeted warmly by a female owner/manager. She said it was a beautiful day to sit on the patio, so we agreed. We followed a male owner/manager outside. He said nothing at first, no greeting, no hospitality. He sat us and said something about them being understaffed and it might be a bit of a wait until we could order, so "just hang out" he said. No problem. When he asked for drink orders, we all just got water, and he was like, "Good because I'm out of juice." When we placed our orders, I asked for no ham on my crepe Benedict and he said, "But that won't taste good," and I thought he was joshing me but he was serious. I said that I can't have the ham, and he goes, "Alright so just a crepe and egg then?" and sorta rolled his eyes. Once we put in our order, he weirdly told us it was gonna be a bit of a wait because he only has one stove. The woman running the restaurant was amazing! She was super nice and friendly. We were there on Labor Day. The owner was very friendly and the food was amazing. Plattsburgh DOES have a decent restaurant after all! Hands down the best meal out we have had since moving to the area. Salmon asparagus crepe was absolutely delicious. We will be back. Again and again. I stopped by this little place while on vacation. I very much enjoyed their tomato and pepper soup, bean salad, feta and spinach quiche, chicken and strawberry salad and their croissants. All the food was exceptionally prepared and served at the perfect temperature! It was easy to tell that they use only the freshest ingredients. The strawberries in my salad tasted like I had just picked them from the field. The croissant and the crust of the quiche were the perfect combination of buttery and flakey. It was truly an exceptional meal! I highly recommend a visit to anyone who appreciates French food or a beautiful prepared meal of wonderfully subtle flavors. I had the plain croissant which was fluffy and buttery. Another person in my parter had the almond croissant which I was lucky enough to taste and oh my goodness it was so amazing! The filling was to die for! After we were done the server brought a dessert tray over and we ordered a slice of the chocolate pie with a coconut meringue and the pear caramel mousse.
