This is the worst mistake I have made in many many years. They tell you they can lower your payments, and they did in fact lower the interest rate. At the same time they add on a worthless warranty, third party, and add a year onto the loan. We went from owing $6000 to owing $10000. Payments dropped $60 a month but went from three years to four years. So what exactly did I save??? My advice is run, don't walk away from these people! read more

I can actually say I had a good experience with quick auto funding, I received a mailer stating I could refinance my car so I called in gave them my information I was invited in for a vehicle inspection I was hesitant to go in but I did. They lowered my interest rate quite a bit, I was offered theft and other stuff but I respectfully declined and they had no problem. My experience with Quick Auto Funding was absolutely terrible. On September 9, 2013 I refinanced my auto loan and at this time the salesperson (?) added an extended warranty with Drivers Choice for $1500.00, claiming it was better than the manufacturer's (Chrysler). After completing the process I found there was a $100.00 deductable for each occurance that the salesperson(?) neglected to tell me about. I then cancelled the warranty, in writing with Drivers Choice and on October 9, 2013, Drivers Choice sent my refund check of $1500.00 to Quick Auto Funding to be forwarded to my new lender and applied to the loan balance. Quick Auto Funding held onto my $1500.00 for four months, until January 27, 2014. It took numerous phone calls to Quick Auto Funding and on each call I was assured the check would be sent out that week. They even went so far as to send me an email, dated December 10, 2013, along with a copy of the check, dated November 27, 2013, assuring me it would be sent out that week. Only after filing complaints with The Better Business Bureau, the State Attorney General, the Department of Business Oversight, the Federal Trade Commision and the Consumer Complaint Department, did they send the check. Also, don't make the same mistake I did. BEFORE signing your loan documents add up the amount your new monthly payments will come to by simply multiplying the new monthly amount by the number of months, and then do the same with your present loan. I went to Quick Auto Funding just a few weeks ago to refinance my car. They really helped me out with all my needs, went over different options that would be good for me in order to re finance my car. They were able to take care of everything in one day. Costumer service was immaculate! I did not feel as if they were trying to sell me other unnecessary things, like different warranty's etc. They actually went over my numbers in regards to how much I will be saving, lower my payments without having to pay in the long run more than what I owe, because my car is older I saved 600 dollars with an interest rate of 4.5 compared to 9.0 which is great! However my mom was able to save $6000 with an interest rate of 4.3 % compared to 14 % interest rate. I really appreciate the generosity and all the time they devoted to help me obtain great numbers. Can I rate this minus five stars? I have dealt with these yahoos twice now. The first time they said my husbands score was two low and that we owed to much on our car loan to get approved. We were ok with that. This month They contacted us again saying they could get us approved. We gathered what paper work we had at the moment and rushed to Upland to meet with Carlos and Jasson. They put all our stuff in and Carlos came back and said "Congratulations you've been approved." "All we need is proof of income, address, and insurance." My husband told them he is 1099 status and we were told thats fine just fax copies of this weeks pay stubs. My car payment is also due and I asked Carlos about it to which he responded "Don't worry about it, we got you covered." Now my payment will be late. Today Jasson called and informed me that because my husband gets a 1099 we will not be approved. No sympathy for the fact that now I will have to pay a late charge. I called in after hearing a commercial on the radio. The application I completed over the phone and it only took about 10 minutes. I received a phone call the next day and was told my application was approved! I was able to save about $200 a month on my car payment - I couldn't be happier. If you don't need to refinance don't call them and do your self and stay away from them. They will provide you with an approval but they will add some many additional products to the loan that you are better off getting a new car instead of refinancing with them. If at anytime you want to cancel the process they will charge you about $1,000 to cancel. Worst company ever. read more

I was a little lerry about going to Quick Auto Funding but I decided to see what it was all about. Man I am glad I did. Not only was it great service but they helped me lower my interest rate and car payment. My interest rate was at 24% with a car payment of $478. By the time they were done with my loan I got a short loan and my interest rate is now 8.9% & car payment is $310. How can you beat that!!! read more
