The latest is releasing ~$230 from a $4,500 check days before Thanksgiving, and the release date not being until.... A day after Thanksgiving. What if I had needed that money for the holiday, for travel, food, etc. Not even releasing $500 which I thought was standard, just a lesser small amount. I left Wells Fargo to not support banks but this credit union, or this branch, is really terrible. And their app is terrible, really no reason to use this institution. I guess the task of finding a more rewarding credit union will be making it on to my planner soon, I have larger checks coming and I can't imagine the onslaught of headaches and holds that Arrowhead can't wait to lay on me.

There was very little acknowledgment, guidance, or effort to make my daughter feel welcomed as a new Navy Federal member. Opening your first account should be a positive experience, especially when your family has been loyal Navy Federal members and recommended the credit union to you. What bothered me most was the lack of interest in helping us. We did not walk in expecting special treatment, we simply expected basic customer service, communication, and assistance. Instead, we walked out feeling as though our business was not valued. I have other children who will eventually need accounts opened, and after this experience, I will absolutely NOT bring them to the Ontario branch. I would rather make the drive to San Bernardino, where we have consistently been treated with professionalism and respect. Navy Federal has always set a higher standard in my experience, but unfortunately, the Ontario location did not come close to meeting it. The back seat was practically ripped off, there were coffee stains all over the interior, scratches on the paint, and just looked like a total sham. The 2016 model car was listed for 14k out the door but I wouldn't have even paid 5 for it. Mike says that there was a small coffee stain in the back seat... let me correct my statement. With half of the back seat practically ripped out, and several "stains and holes through the front seats, I don't think just a coffee stain is the issue. The seats wouldn't even recline in a coupe... how the hell else would anyone get back there?? They also take pictures of the only good looking sides of the car, meanwhile the rest is most likely already stripped for parts. This place is a great to buy a car if you like it broken. I want to add that with my bankruptcy, I was offered the Karma Guarantee to 3 other personal loans and 2 credit cards and I was approved. So believing the Karma Guarantee I received a hard inquiry to my credit report, so I don't know why I was offered the Karma Guarantee with onemain financial since they knew of my credit history since onemain financial partnered with credit karma and knew of my bankruptcy.
