After continuously asking to look at the camera, that female then said 'and when I see you take the lighter we will call the police' to that I responded 'when's it's proven that she's innocent, I want your full name to issue a formal complaint to corporate'. The female then rolled her eyes and said something in her language. When I asked the male associate to review the camera and zoom in, it was found that the woman was wrong. I immediately pressed for the female cashier's name to issue to corporate and she refused the entire time. That female repeatedly urged that if we did not leave she would call the police. Only for my cousins sake, we left. The woman working over night at the 7/11 severely needs retraining in interpersonal relations/customer service training.
