I am quoted a multi tire price. Amd promised an alignment if I need it. First problem when I pick it up it's 37 degrees out of alignment and they want me to take it like that, saying they can't align it. So I have to wait an additional three days for the manager to fix that. Then after I get home I notice the spare is NOT even the same size as the tires they put on. I don't like that and call to get my spare tire matching what they just put on. He says he'll do it for the same tire price as the $800 of tires I just bought a few days ago. A multi tire purchase. But when I get in there he's up charging and charging me to mount the tire. NOT WHAT WE AGREED TO. And he claims free mounting is only for multi tire purchases. I just bought $800 worth of tires in this same location a couple days ago. Not to mention he said he would do it for the same price. These guys are incompetent and they DO NOT honor their agreements or responsibilities to customers. They have seen my last dollar! Purchase here at your own risk. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. How short sided. The service here sucks, they advertise for services they obviously can't provide and that should be enough of a reason NOT to use them.
