About an hour after he left he called me back to let me know it was actually going to now require more testing and in fact he didn't 100% diagnose it after talking to his boss he was only 80% sure it was the ignition switch....I reluctantly agreed to go ahead and have them come back out because I had already waited two weeks with no car and was in a hurry to get it finished! I have text messages from the mechanic agreeing to come see me on a Tuesday to do the further testing needed to make the diagnosis and order correct part. I texted the mechanic the morning of appointment asking for an estimated time they would come out because I needed to let someone know where I had to hide my key do to not being able to get off work. The man texted back and said he'd check schedule and get back to me. Hours went bye and I hadn't heard a thing. I called and texted several numbers with no response. When the boss did finally answer my third call he told me I wasn't on his schedule until Friday even though again I had text from mechanic proving he put me on schedule for Tuesday. I was very unhappy with my experience here. I don't feel like they care very much about customer satisfaction communication or professionalism on their part. My work schedule did not work with their operating hours, so I sent my friend in my car to get these tires put on. For context, this is a black man. My car also has a variety of human equality stickers on it. These workers proceeded to treat my friend very differently than their white customers, as in speaking rudely, making wait longer than others, being stared at the whole time, giving him a hard time because his name wasn't on the receipt even though he told them he was there picking up tires on my behalf. The store is also loaded with confederate flags and Trump merchandise. The workers did put the tires on. However, they broke two of my rain guards on my windows and one of the tires popped within a month of getting them put on. I would never EVER recommend a shop that targets someone with different viewpoints of them, to go as far as damaging their property. When leaving, my friend was in line to get keys. The man at the counter physically handed everyone else (who was white) their keys back and told them to have a nice day but threw my keys at my friend and said "there you go." This is unacceptable business practice. This is a vile way to treat others and I morally cannot ever recommend this business to anyone.
