He also noticed that I had originally planned to have an alignment done but had to skip it because of the earlier delay, so he offered to perform the alignment at no charge. I was extremely grateful for the gesture and very impressed that they responded to my review so quickly. It is obvious that they care about their reputation, their customers, and the level of service they provide. I returned for the alignment, and it was completed in less than 35 minutes. The entire follow-up experience was excellent. Anyone can have a bad day or run into scheduling issues, but what really says a lot about a business is how they respond when something goes wrong.
