welp.. definitely not the OG QnS on Lacienega back n the day!! my friend wanted to try the ice cream (as they remembered it) and that wasnt gonna happen this time around.. it had hints of what it used to be.. the food too, but in a nutshell.. I wont be back not even if it was free.. its overpriced.. inside a cupcake shop .. long wait in a uncomfortable waiting area outside after you order inside.. i wish I would have went somewhere else and saved our $50 yes $50 for two burgers one large fry and a can of shasta soda..and a few cupcakes that I also regret. I heard so much about Quick and Split so I decided to stop by the Crenshaw location. I ordered three tacos. First of all, it took about 45 minutes to get my order. I was given a device that lights up when your order is ready; mine never did beep or light up. I went back inside to ask the young lady how much longer for my order. She really couldn't give me an answer, so I asked her, "Would it be another 20 or 30 minutes?" At this point, I was going to ask for my money back. She walked to the back and then came back towards me with my order in a bag. Once I arrived at my car, I opened up my bag to check my order. My taco was so greasy that when I opened up one of the tacos, all the grease from the paper the tacos were wrapped in landed on the front of my hoodie. The tacos were so greasy you could have fried chicken with all the oil. I tried to reach out to the owner or the manager online to let them know about my experience; so far, I haven't heard back from anyone. I will never purchase anything from Quick and Split again. When I heard Quick N Split was open again I had to go down to Inglewood and and see if it was as good as the ones I grew up one. And yes it was! The burgers and fries was just as good as before! Bought 3 beef tacos crispy and 1 turkey taco crispy and a strawberry shake all for $21.00. Sometimes, you just can't go back, and we love the Glory Days. Let's talk it over about how terrible they were. They were greasy, and one of them barely had any meat in it and the turkey tasted disgusting. I went here bc of I heard the food was great. I ordered a combo burrito with ground turkey my husband got a turkey burger w/cheese. They both were so over seasoned (salty) we couldn't finish them. my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. the burgers were delicious with sizable patties and the fries, chili cheese fries, and chili cheese fries w/pastrami, were excellent. The old Quick 'N Split was one our favorites in the 90's and this new one has restored that feeling. definitely coming back for more. read more

I called one of my friends to give me a recommendation for a good juicy burger in the LA area since I had to drop someone off at LAX. She recommended Quick N Split. When I got to the area I passed up the restaurant because it's name is on the window. The big advertisement is for Cupcakes. Apparently, most of the customers are smart & order in advance. Everything was delicious. Only thing disappointing was I got the burger with pastrami on it & there wasn't much pastrami on it. The burger was hand made. It was very good. When in LA, I stop by here... Typically, it tastes like the old school Quick n Split. One time I had a turkey taco and when I put it in my mouth, it was nasty before I bit it. It was rancid or old. Something wasn't right. Fries are always good except for today. Today they were burnt and cold... the beef tacos didn't have the normal hot sauce... and they were cold as if they had been sitting there... entire meal was horrible. I was quoted 30 minutes. It took 1 hour! They are so busy putting together those lousy and skimpy looking fruit arrangements. The lady at the counter isn't pleasant at all either. She smiled at ONE WOMAN and she knew her! It seemed like I was bothering her today. Anyways... they need to hire more people to work there. And a kinder person at the counter. read more

I went to Quick n Split yesterday. I had a Lip Dripper which is a taco, ground turkey with pastrami, lettuce and tomato. I then remembered why it was called the Lip Dripper. I was so excited to try this place but when my partner and I arrived we were met with an extremely rude cashier. She rolled her eyes the entire interaction and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then I ordered two cupcakes. I ordered a birthday cake and strawberry cupcake little to my knowledge the birthday cake cupcake was actually birthday cake and not vanilla when I ordered the vanilla cupcake, I was told "we don't have vanilla cupcakes. That's birthday cake", sidenote there aren't any signs on any of the cupcakes so to me it just look like a vanilla cupcake so that was unfortunate. as far as the food was not so good well seasoned and sloppily made I will not be returning to quick n split Inglewood. read more
